Description
The present invention relates to a wiring duct system that supplies electric power and signals to electrical equipment, and more particularly, to a small-sized wiring duct system that supplies electric power and signals to electrical equipment of low power specifications.
Conventionally, it is known to provide a wiring duct system in which a wiring duct is laid on a ceiling in a factory, a store, or an office. In this wiring duct system, the power source of various lighting fixtures and other electric appliances can be taken out from an arbitrary position, and the attachment and detachment of the plugs of the lighting fixtures and electric appliances can be easily performed.
Electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures connected to the wiring duct used in the wiring duct system is generally of a high power specification, and therefore the size and structure of the wiring duct must comply with safety standards such as JIS standards. For example, structural restrictions are provided at the opening of the wiring duct, and the separation distance between power lines and communication lines provided in the wiring duct is standardized and standardized in order to prevent noise and fire. In addition, connection members such as an insertion-type joiner and a rotary plug attached from an opening provided on one side of the wiring duct are also structurally restricted.
A wiring duct plug is known in which the space for rotating the connection member is reduced from the plug to reduce the size of the plug and the size of the wiring duct (see, for example, Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 10, the wiring duct plug is inserted into the opening of the
In recent years, there are wiring ducts that can be connected not only to high-power electrical equipment but also to low-power electrical equipment such as various sensors. In this wiring duct, since the electrical equipment to be connected is subject to weak electric power, distance restrictions between conductors such as power lines and communication lines provided in the wiring duct are suppressed, and the wiring duct itself can be reduced in size and thickness. it can.
However, the small and thin wiring duct as described above has a problem that the connection fixing structure with a connecting member such as a plug or a joiner inserted into the wiring duct is various and undefined. For example, the
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and in a small wiring duct, the connecting member can be fixed to the wiring duct by simply inserting a connecting member such as a plug, and the power supply to the electrical equipment and the communication signal An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring duct system that enables transmission.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an outer shell provided with a pair of conductors, and a wiring duct for supplying at least one of electric power and signals to the connecting member held by the outer shell via the conductor. According to the present invention, the connecting member can be fixed to the wiring duct simply by inserting a connecting member such as a plug into the slit-shaped opening space of the wiring duct, and power supply to the electrical equipment connected to the wiring duct can be achieved. Transmission of communication signals is also possible.
A wiring duct system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
A wiring duct system according to
The
The
Next, the structure of the
The housing, which is the outer shell of the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3A, a pair of
The inner surface of the
If the
The
Next, the
The
Next, a connection structure between the
The user can connect the
FIG. 5 shows the
As described above, the
(First modification)
A first modification of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In this modification, as shown in FIG. 6A, the
The
Thus, in this modification, by accommodating the
In addition, the vertical shape of the
(Embodiment 2)
Hereinafter,
In FIG. 8A, the
In FIG. 8B, a pair of
In FIG.8 (c), arrangement | positioning of the
In FIG. 8D, the arrangement of the
The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of units can be added to the
