Claims (7)
- 複数の金属材の層より成る帯状又は板状金属複合体を加圧成形により製造する方法であって、
各層の金属材としてアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金を使用した複数の金属層(12,14;12,13,15)を積層したコア金属層を準備するステップであって、前記コア金属層(12,14;12,13,15)の1つ金属層の、隣接する金属層(12)と面する側に帯状の凹部(14a,14b)を設け、前記加圧成形によって、前記凹部が前記隣接する金属層(12)によって閉じられるようにする、該ステップと、
ステンレス鋼又はチタンのいずれかの金属材からなる2つのカバー金属層(30,32)の間に、前記コア金属層を配置するステップと、
前記コア金属層と前記カバー金属層とから構成されるアセンブリを、前記コア金属層の金属材の再結晶温度よりは高いが前記カバー金属層の金属材の再結晶温度よりは低い温度まで加熱するステップと、
加熱された前記アセンブリを加圧成形するステップであって、前記アセンブリの板厚減少を生起し、前記複数の金属材の層の境界面領域に於いて拡散接合を行なう、該アセンブリを加圧成形するステップとを、この順に含み、
前記アセンブリを加圧成形するステップが、
加熱された前記アセンブリに対して加圧成形を行う第1の加圧ステップであって、前記アセンブリに、加圧成形によって第1の板厚減少を生起させるとともに、前記複数の金属材の層の境界面領域に於いて拡散接合を生じさせるが、加圧による前記カバー金属層の板厚減少は無視できるほど小さい、該第1の加圧ステップと、
前記カバー金属層が前記コア金属層に接合した前記アセンブリに対して更に同一の温度条件下で加圧成形を行なう第2の加圧ステップであって、前記アセンブリに第2の板厚減少を生起させ、前記コア金属層の金属と前記カバー金属層の金属は各々が板厚減少を生ずる、該第2の加圧ステップとを含み、
前記第1の板厚減少と第2の板厚減少の大きさを、前記コア金属層の全板厚減少が25%以下となるように選択することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記凹部が、対応する前記金属層(13)の全厚さにわたる深さを有することにより貫通開口をなし、該貫通開口が、前記加圧成形によって、当該金属層(13)に隣接する2つの金属層(12,15)によって閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部(14a,14b)又は貫通開口部(16,18)に接続部分(34a−34e)が付加されて蛇行通路(34)又は同様な構造が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧成形の前に、金属製筒体(20,21,22,23)が前記凹部(14a,14b)又は貫通開口部(16,18)に挿入され、その後加圧成形により、前記金属製筒体(20,21,22,23)が前記コア金属層(12,14;12,13,15)の少なくとも1つの金属材内に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧成形の前または後に、別体の部材(26,28)が、前記凹部(14a,14b)又は貫通開口部(16,18)内の前記筒体(20,22)内に装入されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記別体の部材(26,28)として、温度センサー、RFIDチップ、圧電チップ又は同様のインテリジェント・チップ、或いはペルティエ素子が使用されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧成形による前記コア金属層(12,14;12,13,15)の全板厚減少が、5乃至25%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
