Claims (6)
- 手術用アクセスデバイスにおいて、
近位端、遠位端、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで延びる長さ方向軸線、及び前記アクセスデバイスを貫通したアクセスチャンネルと、
前記アクセスデバイスの前記近位端に配置された外リング、内リング、及び前記外リングと前記内リングとの間を延びるチューブ状シースであって、前記アクセスチャンネルが該チューブ状シースを通って延びているチューブ状シースを含む開創器と、を含み、前記開創器の前記外リングは、その環状軸線を中心として回転でき、これによって、前記内リングと前記外リングとの間の前記チューブ状シースの有効長さを調節でき、
前記アクセスデバイスの前記遠位端に配置され、前記開創器に連結された内部リトラクターをさらに含み、前記内部リトラクターは、前記開創器の前記内リングに連結され、この内リングから遠位方向に延びている複数の細長い遠位方向に延びる整形可能部材を含む、手術用アクセスデバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の手術用アクセスデバイスにおいて、

前記内部リトラクターには少なくとも一つのウィンドウが貫通している、手術用アクセスデバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の手術用アクセスデバイスにおいて、
前記内部リトラクターは、前記内リングのまわりに配置されたハブをさらに含み、前記複数の細長い遠位方向に延びる整形可能部材は、前記ハブから延び、前記ハブ上で扇子構造をなして摺動できる、手術用アクセスデバイス。
