概要
生体認証構成要素は、マイクロフォン、カメラ、指紋スキャナ、ハンド・スキャナ、虹彩スキャナ、及び網膜スキャナのうちの一つである。更に、或る実施形態においては、記憶媒体は以下のための指令を含み得る。即ち、交信構成要素を用いて、記憶された電子医療記録を有するサーバーと交信すること、サーバーの電子医療記録入力を問い合わせること、及び、電子医療記録によって示されたものとして、生体認証構成要素からの生体データがユーザーに一致するか否かを判定することである。
例えば、監視クライアントは、監視クライアントとスマートフォンとの間の双方向音声通信を達成することができるスマートフォンとし得る。錠剤ディスペンサーと監視クライアントとは、それらの間の双方向音声及び視覚通信(例えば、テレビ会議を介して)のために構成し得る。監視クライアントは、ユーザーに服用遵守決定を促し得る(例えば、ポップアップ対話は、選択可能な「はい」及び「いいえ」ボタンと共に「貴方は錠剤を服用したか?」を尋ね得る)。服用遵守の決定は、錠剤ディスペンサーと監視クライアントとのうちの少なくとも一方により記録し得る。
複数の凹所の一つの凹所へ挿入された挿入錠剤容器に配置されたラベルを読み取る。プロセッサは、以下の一つ以上を含む一つ以上のパラメータを判定し得る。即ち、投薬量値、補充日付、補充時間、ラベルにおける文字、錠剤容器の挿入の時間、錠剤容器の挿入の日付、錠剤容器における錠剤の数、及び/又は複数の凹所の一つの凹所へ挿入された挿入錠剤容器におけるラベルの画像を用いる処方を満たした日付である。これらのパラメータは、監視クライアントへ通信される。
錠剤ディスペンサーは、ユーザー・インターフェースを与えるように構成されたタッチ・スクリーンを有し得る(例えば、上部から見て複数の凹所の中心内に配置されている)。
棚の重量は、予めプログラムされている場合があるか及び/又は棚上の錠剤の投与に先立って計測され得る。
或る実施形態においては、ログ入力はRFIDタグ、例えば患者へ取り付けられたRFIDタグへ入力される。
カレンダーは、患者がどの日に服用遵守したかについて示し得る。例えば、カレンダーは服用遵守の日について青を非服用遵守の日について赤を示し得る。
許可されたユーザーは、例えば非服用遵守の日に応答して、監視クライアント2のインターフェースを用いて処方を修正し得る。監視クライアント2及び/又は監視クライアント2のユーザーは認証され得るか及び/又は、本明細書で言及した任意の認証又は認可を用いて、例えばユーザー名及びパスワードを用いて、錠剤投与予定を見るか修正するに先立って許可し得る。
錠剤ディスペンサー69は、図3のシステム32を或る実施形態に使用若しくは含み得る。
この錠剤ディスペンサー80は、錠剤ディスペンサー10に加えて及び/又はそれに代えて図1のシステム1と共に使用し得るか、或いは錠剤ディスペンサー80は独立型デバイスである場合がある。錠剤ディスペンサー80は、或る実施形態においてシステム32を使用し得る。
錠剤ディスペンサー100は、図3のシステム32を或る実施形態に使用若しくは含み得る。
Claims (26)
- 錠剤ディスペンサーであって、
開口を規定するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されて前記開口に連動するように結合された錠剤投与機構と、
前記ハウジングに連動するように結合された凹所と、
前記凹所の画像を撮るために配置された第1の錠剤視認カメラと、
前記ハウジングに隣接する領域の画像を撮るために配置された認識カメラと、
前記錠剤投与機構、第1の錠剤視認カメラ、及び前記認識カメラと作動的に通信する少なくとも一つのプロセッサと、
プロセッサ実行指令を記憶するための記憶媒体とを備え、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
前記錠剤投与機構に錠剤を投与するように指令し、
第1の錠剤視認カメラに錠剤の第1の画像を撮るように指令し、
第1の画像内の錠剤の存在を判定し、
第1の錠剤視認カメラに第2の画像を撮るように指令し、
第2の画像内の錠剤の非存在を判定し、
第1の画像が錠剤の画像を含み、かつ、第2の画像が錠剤の他の画像を含まないならば、服用遵守が生じたと判定し、及び
前記認識カメラに第3の画像を撮るように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、錠剤が前記錠剤投与機構により投与された後、所定の時間が経過した後に、前記認識カメラに第3の画像を撮るように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記ハウジングに連動するように結合されたボタンを更に備え、このボタンは前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、前記ボタンが押されたときのみ、錠剤を投与することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記ハウジングに連動するように結合されたボタンを更に備え、このボタンは前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、前記ボタンが押されたとき、前記認識カメラに第3の画像を撮るように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記ハウジングに連動するように結合されたボタンを更に備え、このボタンは前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、前記ボタンが押されたとき、予め定められた予定に従って前記認識カメラに第3の画像を含む複数の画像を撮るように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記ハウジングに連動するように結合されたボタンを更に備え、このボタンは前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、前記ボタンが押されたとき、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサが、一連の取り込み画像の一つの取り込み画像内に少なくとも一つの顔を認識するまで、前記認識カメラに一連の画像を撮るように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
前記記憶媒体内の第3の画像を記憶し、及び、
前記記憶媒体内の第3の画像を暗号化するように指令することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項7の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶された第3の画像が一対の非対称の暗号化キーの公開キーを用いて暗号化される錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項7の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサに作動的に通信する通信構成要素を更に備え、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、前記暗号化された第3の画像を前記通信構成要素を介してサーバーへ作動的に通信することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
第3の画像内の顔が許可されたユーザーであるか否かを判定し、及び、
第3の画像をこの第3の画像内の顔が認可されたユーザーであるか否かの指標と共にサーバーへ通信することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記ハウジング内に配置されたスピーカーを更に含み、前記少なくとも1一つのプロセッサは前記スピーカーと作動的に通信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、第2の画像が錠剤を含み、かつ、所定の時間が経過したときに、前記スピーカーに注意喚起を可聴的に鳴らせるように指令するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、第1の画像を用いて錠剤を認識させるように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項12の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサは、錠剤の色、錠剤の形状、錠剤における文字、及び錠剤の複数の色とのうちの少なくとも一つを用いて錠剤を特定する錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記凹所と一体的にされたスケールを更に含み、前記少なくとも1一つのプロセッサは前記スケールと作動的に通信してそれから重量を受信し、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記スケールを用いて推定された重量に基づいて錠剤を認識するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項14の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサは前記凹所内に配置されたカップの推定重量を減じることにより錠剤の重量を推定する錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、透明なカップ底部を通じて錠剤の画像を撮るように配置された第2の錠剤視認カメラを更に備える錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項16の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、第2の錠剤視認カメラは前記凹所内に配置されて前記凹所に結合されたものの一つである錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項17の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
第2の錠剤視認カメラに錠剤を含む第4の画像を撮るように指令し、及び、
第1及び第4の画像を用いて錠剤を特定することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項18の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサは、第1及び第4の画像を用いて判定された錠剤の色、錠剤の形状、錠剤における文字、及び錠剤の複数の色とのうちの少なくとも一つを用いて錠剤を特定する錠剤ディスペンサー。
- 請求項18の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
第2の錠剤視認カメラに錠剤を含む第4の画像を撮るように指令し、及び、
錠剤の第1及び第4の画像を利用して服用遵守を判定することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、タッチ・スクリーンを更に備え、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサは前記タッチ・スクリーンと作動的に通信する錠剤ディスペンサー。

記憶された電子的医療記録を有するサーバーに前記通信構成要素を用いて通信し、
前記サーバーの電子的医療記録入力に問い合わせ、及び、
前記生体認証構成要素からの前記生体データが前記電子的医療記録により示されたユーザーに一致するか否かを判定することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーは更に、
前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信するマイクロフォンと、
前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信するスピーカーとを備え、
前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
前記スピーカーに一連の単語が発せられるように要請する音声記録を再生するように指令し、
前記マイクロフォンを用いて音を記録し、及び、
前記音に従ってユーザーを認証し、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサは、前記音における声が、認証されたユーザーに一致するとき、ユーザーを認証することを実行するように構成された錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと作動的に通信する通信構成要素を更に備え、前記錠剤ディスペンサーは更に、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサに連動するように結合されて前記錠剤ディスペンサーの位置を判定するように構成された全地球側位システム構成要素も備え、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、
前記錠剤ディスペンサーの位置が前記全地球側位システム構成要素により判定された予め定められた許可された領域内にあるか否かを判定し、及び、
前記錠剤ディスペンサーが予め定められた許可された領域外にあることを前記通信構成要素を介してサーバーへ通信することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。 - 請求項1の錠剤ディスペンサーにおいて、前記記憶媒体はプロセッサ実行指令を更に含み、そのプロセッサ実行指令は、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサにより、第3の画像内の顔が未認証のユーザーであると判定して、第3の画像及び未認証のユーザーが第3の画像内に存するという指標をサーバーへ通信することを実行するように構成されている錠剤ディスペンサー。
