Claims (10)
- 地上走行ゴムタイヤ式無人コンテナ輸送車(10)と、地上走行ゴムタイヤ式有人コンテナ輸送車(10)とが用いられるコンテナ操作システムであって、前記両種類のコンテナ輸送車は、コンテナブリッジ(2)とコンテナ保管施設(3)との間でコンテナを輸送するとともに、埠頭(1)において前記コンテナブリッジ(2)を介してコンテナの積み降ろしを行うように構成されており、
地上走行ゴムタイヤ式有人コンテナ輸送車(10)のみが用いられる少なくとも1つの手動エリア(B)が設けられており、
地上走行ゴムタイヤ式無人コンテナ輸送車(10)のみが用いられる少なくとも1つの自動エリア(A)が設けられており、
前記各コンテナ輸送車(10)は、それぞれ、無人モード又は有人モードを任意に選択して運転することができ、従って、前記自動エリア(A)又は前記手動エリア(B)を任意に選択して走行することができ、前記自動エリア(A)と前記手動エリア(B)とは互いに離間した位置にある、コンテナ操作システム。 - 前記自動エリア(A)は、人が進入できないように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記自動エリア(A)と前記手動エリア(B)との間にはセキュリティーチェックポイント(11)が設けられており、これによって、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)に乗ったドライバーの前記手動エリア(B)から前記自動エリア(A)への進入が防止されている、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記自動エリア(A)及び前記手動エリア(B)のそれぞれにおいてコンテナ輸送手段が用いられ、
前記コンテナ輸送手段は、前記コンテナブリッジ(2)及び前記コンテナ保管施設(3)の少なくとも1つの近傍においてコンテナを上げ降ろしすることにより、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)に対する荷の積み降ろしを行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。 - 各コンテナ輸送手段は、無人モード又は有人モードを任意に選択して運転することができる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンテナブリッジ(2)及び前記コンテナ保管施設(3)の少なくとも1つの近傍において、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)によってコンテナを自動的に上げ降ろしすることができる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記地上走行コンテナ輸送車(10)は、補助装置を用いて有人モードで運転することができるAGVである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記補助装置はドライバーキャビン(12)を含み、前記ドライバーキャビンは、有人運転におけるステアリング、移動制御、及び制動のための制御システム(13)を備える、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライバーキャビン(12)は、地上走行コンテナ輸送車(10)の前面(14)に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御システム(13)は、前記AGVの車両制御手段に接続するための有人運転用インターフェイス(15)を有し、前記制御システム(13)は、始動後に、前記AGVの車両制御に介入し、制御を引き継ぐ、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
