(d)接着促進剤層(d)と、
(e)外層又は表面層の1つとして、少なくとも1つのホモ−及び/又はコポリアミドに基づく層(e)と
からなる層配列を含み、その際、層(a)の熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーのビカー軟化点は少なくとも100℃である。

比較例1〜3(CE1〜CE3)の多層フィルムは、3層(CE2)、4層(CE1)又は5層(CE3)から構成される。本発明例1〜4(IE1〜IE4) の本発明多層フィルムは、それぞれ5層から構成される。多層フィルムの個々の層は、それぞれ以下に列記する順番で相互に直接に隣接する。比較例CE1〜CE3の多層フィルム並びにまた本発明例1、2及び4(IE1、IE2及びIE4)の多層フィルムは、それぞれインフレートフィルム共押出法によりチューブラフィルムの形状で製造した。本発明例3(IE3)の多層フィルムは、キャストフィルム共押出によりフラットフィルム形状に製造した後、シールしてチューブにした。
下記%データーの全ては、それぞれ重量%である。下記μmデーターの全ては、多層フィルムの各層厚さに関連する。
本発明例1〜4(IE1〜IE4)の本発明多層フィルムの伸展性、同様に比較例1〜3(CE1〜CE3)の多層フィルムの伸展性を、前記の方法によりそれぞれ決定した。
Claims (15)
- 地下パイプの修復用の挿入管であって、
− 内側チューブとして、液体に対し不透過性であり、かつ紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムであって、
(a)外層の1つとして、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づく層(a)と、
(b)接着促進剤層(b)と、
(c)少なくとも1つのホモ−及び/又はコポリアミドに基づく内側に位置する層(c)と、
(d)接着促進剤層(d)と、
(e)外層の1つとして、少なくとも1つのホモ−及び/又はコポリアミドに基づく層(e)と
からなる層配列を含むチューブラフィルム形状の多層フィルムと、その際、層(a)の熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーのビカー軟化点は少なくとも100℃であり、
− 外側チューブとして、液体を通さず、紫外線及び/又は短波長可視光を反射及び/又は吸収する、外側に位置する単層又は多層チューブラフィルムと、
− それらの間に位置する、反応性合成樹脂を含浸させた支持材と、

- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの層(c)及び層(e)は、同一層構造及び/又は同一組成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの層(c)及び層(e)は、異なる層構造及び/又は異なる組成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの接着促進剤層(b)及び接着促進剤層(d)は、それぞれ相互に独立して少なくとも1つの変性熱可塑性オレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムは、前記層(a)〜(e)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムは、紫外線に対し、少なくとも80%の程度まで透過性であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの表面層(a)が支持材に直接に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 地下パイプの修復用のパイプ修復系であって、修復を要するパイプ中に挿入するために設けられる請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管と、紫外線及び/又は短波長可視光を放射する放射源とを含む、パイプ修復系。
- 前記地下パイプが地下下水管である請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの総厚さに対して、前記層(a)の厚さは、少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムの層(c)及び層(e)は、同一層厚さ及び/又は同一ポリアミド成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の挿入管。
- 液体に対し不透過性であり、紫外線に対し少なくともある程度透過性である多層フィルムは、200nm〜400nmの波長範囲の紫外線に対し、少なくとも90%の程度まで透過性であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の挿入管。
- 前記地下パイプが地下下水管であり、前記放射源がUV源である請求項10に記載のパイプ修復系。
