以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したけれども、本発明は上述の実施形態に限られるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した限りにおいて様々に変更して実施することができる。例えば、次のように変更して実施することができる。

Claims (5)
- ケースと、
モータの出力が伝達される軸、該軸に貫通された歯車、及び、該軸を回転可能に支持し且つ該歯車を保持するキャリアを有し、前記ケース内部に収納される減速機構と、
前記減速機構の出力が伝達される軸部と、
前記軸部に結合されたピニオンと、
を備え、
前記ピニオンと前記軸部とは一体に形成され、前記軸部と前記キャリアとはスプライン結合しており、
前記ケースに保持され前記キャリアを回転可能に支持する一対の軸受と、前記軸部と螺合し且つ前記キャリアに保持されるねじ部材と、を更に備え、
前記ピニオンの端面及び前記軸部の端面の少なくとも一方は、前記キャリアの所定の対向面と軸方向に向かい合って受けられており、
前記ピニオン及び前記軸部は、前記軸部が前記ねじ部材から受ける軸力によって前記キャリアに保持されており、
前記キャリアに回転可能に支持されている前記軸の同軸部が、前記ねじ部材と径方向に向かい合っていることを特徴とする、減速装置。 - ケースと、
モータの出力が伝達される歯車及び当該歯車を保持するキャリアを有し、前記ケース内部に収納される減速機構と、
前記減速機構の出力が伝達される軸部と、
前記軸部に結合されたピニオンと、
を備え、
前記ピニオンと前記軸部とは一体に形成され、前記軸部と前記キャリアとはスプライン結合しており、
前記ケースに保持され前記キャリアを回転可能に支持する一対の軸受を更に備え、
前記軸部は、前記軸部と前記キャリアとがスプライン結合している部分を軸方向に挟むように設けられ前記キャリアにそれぞれ嵌合する一対の嵌合部を有し、
一対の前記嵌合部は、それぞれ、前記キャリアにしまりばめによって固定されていることを特徴とする、減速装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の減速装置であって、
前記軸部は、雄スプライン歯部を外周に有する凸部を含み、
前記キャリアは、前記雄スプライン歯部に噛み合う雌スプライン歯部を内周に有する凹部を含むことを特徴とする、減速装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載の減速装置であって、
前記軸部は、前記キャリアを介して一対の前記軸受に回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とする、減速装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の減速装置であって、
前記軸部と前記キャリアとがスプライン結合している部分と、一対の前記軸受の一方とは、前記軸部の径方向に向かい合っていることを特徴とする、減速装置。
