Description

The present invention relates to a pipe connector for connecting a first tubular member connected to a gas device and a second tubular member connected to a gas supply source.

For example, to supply fuel gas from a gas cylinder (or buried gas pipe) to a gas stove as a gas appliance, for connecting a gas pipe from the gas cylinder (or buried gas pipe) and a stove side connecting portion of the gas stove A piping structure using a pipe joint with a gas stopper is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this piping structure, a recessed portion for a pipe joint and a recessed portion for a gas pipe are provided in a part of the side wall of the gas stove, and the fitting with a gas stopper is accommodated in the recessed portion for the pipe joint, and the gas pipe is disposed in the recessed portion for the pipe. Part of it is housed. The gas stove is housed and installed in the upper space of the kitchen counter of the system kitchen, for example, and by accommodating a part of the gas pipe and the pipe fitting with a gas stopper in this way in the recessed part for the pipe joint and the recessed part for the pipe, A part of the gas piping, a fitting with a gas stopper, etc. do not protrude into the space below the kitchen counter (usually the storage space for storing cooking utensils is provided under the kitchen counter) This storage space can be widely used.

However, in order to configure the gas stove in this way, the structure is greatly different from that of the conventional gas stove. Therefore, it is necessary to newly develop the gas stove itself, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.

For this reason, when a normal gas stove is used, the gas pipe from the gas cylinder (or gas buried pipe) is connected to the gas stove by a pipe structure as shown in FIG. 11, for example. In FIG. 11A, an upper space is provided above the kitchen counter 4 of the system kitchen 2, and a gas stove 6 (built-in type) is accommodated and mounted in this upper space. A storage space 8 is provided below the kitchen counter 4, and the storage space 8 is partitioned into an upper storage space 12 on the upper side and a lower storage space 14 on the lower side by a partition member 10, for example. A pair of opening / closing doors 16 is provided at the opening of the storage space 8 so as to be freely opened and closed.

A gas pipe 18 from a gas cylinder or the like is disposed so as to extend forward in the storage space 8 (specifically, the upper storage space 12) of the kitchen counter 4. On the other hand, the stove side connection portion 22 of the gas stove 6 protrudes into the storage space 8 (upper storage space 12) through the opening of the decorative support plate 20 of the kitchen counter 4. When connecting the gas pipe 18 and the stove side connecting portion 22, as shown in FIG. 11B, the position adjustment connecting member 24 is connected to the stove side connecting portion 22. Next, as shown in FIG. 11 (c), the first connection portion 28 of the gas plug-attached pipe joint 26 is connected to the position adjusting connection member 24, and thereafter, the second connection portion 30 of the gas plug-attached pipe joint 26 is connected to the second connection portion 30. The gas pipe 18 is connected, and the gas pipe 18 and the stove side connection portion 22 are thus connected via the position adjusting connection member 24 and the gas plug-attached pipe joint 26.

However, in such a piping structure, since the position adjustment connecting member 24 is connected to the stove side connecting portion 22 of the gas stove 6 and the pipe fitting 26 with a gas stopper is connected to the position adjusting connecting member 24, this gas The fitting 26 with a stopper is positioned so as to largely protrude into the storage space 8 (upper storage space 12) of the kitchen counter 4, and the storage space 8 is largely occupied by the fitting 26 with a gas stopper, the gas pipe 18, and the like. There is a problem that the space that can be stored in the storage space is reduced.

An object of the present invention is to provide a pipe connector that can be connected with a small occupied space as compared with the conventional case when connecting a gas pipe and a device side connecting portion using a storage space. .

The pipe connector according to claim 1 of the present invention is a pipe for connecting a first tubular member on the gas equipment side and a second tubular member on the gas supply source side, which are placed and accommodated in the upper space of the kitchen counter. A connection tool,
A connector main body having a first connection part mounted on the first tubular member side and a second connection part connected to the second tubular member side; a connection pipe member connected to the first tubular member; An auxiliary sleeve attached to the connection pipe member, and the first connection portion and the second connection portion are arranged in a substantially vertical positional relationship,
The connection pipe member is attached to the first connection portion of the connector main body so as to be movable in an axial direction and relatively rotatable, and the auxiliary sleeve is movable in the axial direction to the connection pipe member. And mounted so as to rotate integrally with the connecting pipe member,
The first connecting portion and the connecting pipe member are configured to move relatively in the axial direction without requiring relative rotation of the two,
When connecting to the first tubular member, the connection pipe member is connected to the first tubular member through a connection opening of the kitchen counter, and the connection is made after the second tubular member is connected to the second connection portion. When the tool body is moved in the axial direction and is removed from the first tubular member, the auxiliary sleeve is moved in the axial direction in a direction away from the first tubular member, and the second connecting portion is moved to the second connection portion. When the tubular member is connected, the auxiliary sleeve is rotated in the detaching direction, whereby the connecting tube member is rotated in the detaching direction with respect to the first tubular member.

In the pipe connector according to claim 2 of the present invention, the auxiliary sleeve has a first position located on the connecting pipe member side and a second position moved outward in the axial direction from the first position. It is characterized in that it is mounted so as to be movable between the positions.

According to the pipe connector of claim 1 of the present invention, this pipe connector is used to connect the gas equipment side and the gas supply source side placed and accommodated in the upper space of the kitchen counter, The connection tool main body has a first connection part connected to the first tubular member on the gas equipment side, and a second connection part connected to the second tubular member on the gas supply source side, The second connecting portion is arranged in a substantially vertical positional relationship. The pipe connector includes a connection pipe member mounted on the first connection portion side of the connection tool main body and an auxiliary sleeve mounted on the connection tool main body, and the connection pipe member is axially connected to the first connection portion. The auxiliary sleeve is configured to be movable and relatively rotatable, and the auxiliary sleeve is configured to be movable in the axial direction of the connecting pipe member and to rotate integrally with the connecting pipe member, and is connected to the first connecting portion. The tube member is configured to move relatively in the axial direction without requiring relative rotation between the two. Accordingly, the auxiliary sleeve is moved in the axial direction in a direction away from the gas device, and the auxiliary sleeve is rotated in the tightening direction in the moved state, thereby fastening the connecting pipe member integrally with the auxiliary sleeve. It can be attached to the first tubular member on the gas equipment side by rotating in the direction. And in this mounting state, a relatively large space is ensured on the side opposite to the gas equipment side of the connector body by moving the first connection portion in the axial direction relative to the connecting pipe member. And the space can be used effectively. Further, when removing the connecting pipe member from the first tubular member, the auxiliary sleeve is moved in the axial direction in a direction away from the gas device, and in this state, the connecting pipe member is detached via the auxiliary sleeve. It is allowed to rotate in the direction. In such a state, by rotating the auxiliary sleeve in the detaching direction, the connecting tube member is integrated with the auxiliary sleeve in the detaching direction in a state where the second tubular member is connected to the second connecting portion of the connector body. It is rotated and a connection pipe member (and the connector main body etc. with which this was mounted | worn) can be removed from a 1st tubular member of gas equipment as needed.

According to the pipe connector of claim 2 of the present invention, the auxiliary sleeve is movable in the axial direction between the first position and the second position, and when the auxiliary sleeve is in the second position, Since it moves outward in the axial direction from the position 1, the connection pipe member is rotated in the tightening direction via the auxiliary sleeve when it is connected to the first tubular member of the gas appliance by being positioned at the second position. In addition, when removing from the first tubular member, the auxiliary sleeve can be rotated in the detaching direction.

When the tightening member 78 is tightened, as shown in FIG. One end side (most part) of the tightening member 78 is accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60.

An inner protrusion 98 protruding radially inward is provided at the other end side (the lower side in FIGS. 1 and 2) of the tightening member 78, that is, in the other end portion in this form. Connecting means 99 is interposed between 98 and the first connecting portion 56 of the valve housing body 54. In this embodiment, the connecting means 99 includes a substantially C-shaped connecting ring 100, and the connecting ring 100 is provided with an annular groove and a first connection provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner protrusion 98 of the tightening member 78. It is mounted over an annular groove provided on the outer peripheral surface of the portion 56. Accordingly, when the tightening member 78 is rotated in the tightening direction, one end thereof is accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connection pipe member 60, and accordingly, the valve housing body 54 is connected to the connection pipe member 60 via the connecting means 99. And the other end protrudes from the annular housing recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60, and accordingly, the valve housing main body 54 is connected via the connecting means 99. Is moved away from the connecting pipe member 60. Note that the outer peripheral shape of the other end portion is formed in, for example, a hexagonal shape corresponding to the shape of the tightening tool so that the tightening member 78 described later can be easily tightened. Shape may be sufficient.

The auxiliary sleeve 79 is formed of a sleeve-like member, and is movable in the axial direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 1 and 2) with respect to the outer peripheral side of the annular housing protrusion 84 of the connection pipe member 60 and the connection pipe. It is mounted so as to rotate integrally with the member 60. An engaging means 101 is interposed between the annular housing projection 84 of the connecting pipe member 60 and the auxiliary sleeve 79. In this embodiment, the engaging means 101 is composed of a pair of engaging rings 103, and the pair of engaging rings 101 is provided. Engagement rings 103 are attached to both ends of the annular housing projection 84, and corresponding recesses 105 are provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of both ends of the auxiliary sleeve 79 corresponding to the pair of engagement rings 103. 103 is detachably engaged with the engagement recess 105. Accordingly, the auxiliary sleeve 79 has a first position where the pair of engagement rings 103 engage with the pair of engagement recesses 105 (the position shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6), and the connection pipe member 60. It is movable in the axial direction between a second position (position shown in FIGS. 2 to 4) where the engagement ring 103 on the end side and the engagement recess 105 on the one end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79 are engaged. . When in the first position, the auxiliary sleeve 79 is located on the other end side of the connecting pipe member 60 and does not protrude outwardly. However, when in the second position, the other end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79 is By projecting outward in the axial direction from the other end of the connecting pipe member 60 and projecting in this manner, a portion where the connecting pipe member 60 can be rotated can be lengthened in the axial direction.

Regarding the auxiliary sleeve 79, the outer peripheral surface shape thereof is formed in, for example, a hexagonal shape corresponding to the shape of the tightening tool so as to facilitate the rotation in the tightening direction and the disengagement direction described later. It can be formed in an appropriate shape. In relation to this, the inner peripheral shape of the auxiliary sleeve 79 is also formed, for example, in a hexagonal shape, and the outer peripheral shape of the annular accommodating projection 84 of the connecting pipe member 60 is also formed in a hexagonal shape correspondingly. However, these shapes may also be appropriate shapes such as octagonal shapes, or splines that extend in the axial direction may be provided.

In this embodiment, a pair of engagement rings 103 are attached to both ends of the annular housing projection 84, but on the contrary, these engagement rings 103 are attached to the inner peripheral surfaces of both ends of the auxiliary sleeve 79. In such a case, the engagement recess 105 corresponding to the engagement ring 103 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the annular housing protrusion 84 of the connection pipe member 60.

In such a pipe connector 52, the first connecting portion 56 side of the valve housing main body 54 is connected to the gas stove 62, and the second connecting portion 58 is connected to the gas pipe 66 on the gas supply source side. A stove-side connecting portion 64 (first tubular member) is provided at the bottom of the gas stove 62, and an internal thread portion 102 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the stove-side connecting portion 64. As will be described later, it is screwed into the female threaded portion 102 of the stove side connecting portion 64.

Further, a female screw portion 106 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the second connection portion 58 of the valve housing main body 54, and a gas pipe 66 (second tubular member) connected to a gas cylinder (not shown) as a gas supply source or the like. A male screw portion 104 is provided at the tip, and the male screw portion 104 of the gas pipe 66 is screwed to the female screw portion 106 of the second connection portion 58 as described later.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6 together with FIG. 2, a pipe connection operation using the pipe connector 52 described above will be described. Referring to FIG. 3, for example, the kitchen counter is provided with an upper space 110, and the gas stove 62 is placed and accommodated in the upper space 110, and in such a state, the support legs 112 ( (Only one is shown in FIG. 3) is placed on the decorative support plate 114 of the kitchen counter.

To connect the stove side connecting portion 64 (first tubular member) of the gas stove 62 attached to the kitchen counter in this way and the gas pipe 66 (second tubular member) on the gas supply source side, first, as shown in FIG. As described above, the connecting pipe member 60 of the pipe connector 52 is connected to the stove side connecting portion 64. At the time of this connection, the auxiliary sleeve 79 is positioned at the second position, and its end protrudes outward in the axial direction from the connection pipe member 60. In this state, the male thread 82 on the distal end side of the connection pipe member 60 is provided. Is screwed into the female threaded portion 102 of the stove-side connecting portion 64 through the connection opening 116 of the decorative support plate 114, and an attachment tool (not shown) is engaged with the auxiliary sleeve 79 and rotated in the tightening direction. Thus, the connecting tube member 60 is rotated integrally with the auxiliary sleeve 79 in the tightening direction, and the male screw portion 82 is screwed to the female screw portion 102 of the stove side connecting portion 64, and thus the connecting tube. The member 60 is detachably connected to the gas stove 62. At this time, since the valve housing main body 54 is rotatable relative to the connecting pipe member 60, the valve housing main body 54 does not rotate. When the protruding amount of the connecting tube member 60 (annular housing projection 84) from the decorative support plate 114 is large, the auxiliary sleeve 79 is rotated in the tightening direction while the auxiliary sleeve 79 is positioned at the first position. Can do.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the auxiliary sleeve 79 is moved to the gas stove 62 side in the axial direction and positioned at the first position, and the gas pipe 66 is connected to the second connection portion 58 of the valve housing body 54. The gas pipe 66 may be connected by screwing the male screw part 104 of the gas pipe 66 to the female screw part 106 of the second connecting part 58 and rotating the gas pipe 66 in the tightening direction. 66 is detachably connected to the valve housing body 54.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the tightening member 78 is tightened to move the valve housing main body 54 upward to the gas stove 62 side. The tightening may be performed by engaging a tightening tool (not shown) with the hexagonal portion at the lower end of the tightening member 78 and rotating in the tightening direction. The internal thread portion 90 and the external thread portion 96 on the tightening member 78 side cause the tightening member 78 to move upward toward the gas stove 62 so that one end of the tightening member 78 is accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60 and tightened. The valve housing main body 54 is moved to the gas stove 62 side through the connecting ring 100 along with the upward movement of the fitting member 78, and for example, one end (that is, the upper end) of the fastening member 78 is placed on the bottom surface of the annular housing recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60. It is tightened until it abuts (or until the other end portion of the tightening member 78 abuts on the front end surface of the annular accommodating projection 84 of the connection pipe member 60), and the gas pipe 66 is thus interposed via the pipe connector 52. It is connected to the gas stove 62.

In such a connection state, the tightening member 78 moves in the axial direction toward the stove side connecting portion 64 (that is, the gas stove 62), and one end portion (upper portion in FIG. 6) of the annular housing recess 88 of the connecting tube member 60. Since the valve housing main body 54 is also moved to the stove side connecting portion 64 side by being located above the connection opening 116 of the decorative support plate 114 in the state of being accommodated in FIG. 5 and FIG. As can be easily understood, the amount of protrusion of the valve housing body 54 into the storage space 118 of the kitchen counter can be kept small, and the occupied space of the storage space 118 can be reduced. In such a connection state, the pipe connector 52 is accommodated in the upper part of the storage space 118 of the kitchen counter as compared with the conventional case, so that the gas pipe 66 is also located in the upper part of the storage space 118. Thus, the space occupied by the pipe connector 52 and the gas pipe 66 can be kept small.

In order to remove the pipe connector 52 from the stove side connecting portion 64 of the gas stove 62, the auxiliary sleeve 79 is moved axially outward (downward in FIG. 6) through the connection opening 116 of the decorative support plate 11, as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. ) And the auxiliary sleeve 79 may be rotated in the detaching direction (loosening direction) after being positioned at the second position. When the auxiliary sleeve 79 is positioned at the second position, the end of the auxiliary sleeve 79 (the lower end in FIG. 6) protrudes from the decorative support plate 114. In such a state, the removal tool ( (Not shown) can be easily engaged. When the auxiliary sleeve 79 is removed and rotated with a tool in the loosening direction, the connecting pipe member 60 is also rotated integrally with the auxiliary sleeve 79 and the gas pipe 66 is connected to the valve housing main body 54. Accordingly, the valve housing 54, the connecting pipe member 60, and the tightening member 78 can be detachably detached from the stove side connecting portion 64 of the gas stove 62. When the amount of protrusion of the auxiliary sleeve 79 from the decorative support plate 11 is large, the auxiliary sleeve 79 can be detached by engaging the removal tool while holding the auxiliary sleeve 79 in the first position.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, with reference to FIG.7 and FIG.8, 2nd Embodiment of a pipe connector is described. In the second embodiment, the tightening member as in the first embodiment is omitted. In the following embodiments, members that are substantially the same as those in the above-described embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.

7 and 8, in the connecting pipe 52A of the second embodiment, the connecting pipe member 60A is disposed in the axial direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 7 and 8) on the distal end side of the first connecting portion 56A of the valve housing body 54A. ) Is movably mounted, and is rotatably mounted relative to the first connecting portion 56A. A male screw portion 82 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of one end side (the upper end portion in FIGS. 7 and 8) of the connecting pipe member 60A. Further, an inner annular flange 120 projecting radially inward is provided at the other end of the connecting pipe member 60A, and an annular engagement projection 122 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner annular flange 120. ing. The engagement protrusion 122 can be provided integrally with the inner annular flange 120, but is constituted by a metal engagement ring (for example, a C ring) or the like, and this engagement ring is attached to the inner annular flange 120. Thus, the engaging protrusion 122 may function.

Further, the outer peripheral surface on one end side (the tip end side that is the upper side in FIGS. 7 and 8) of the first connection portion 56A of the valve housing 54A is spaced three in the axial direction as in the first embodiment. Two O-rings 92 and 94 are attached, and these O-rings 92 and 94 seal between the inner peripheral surface of the connecting pipe member 60A.

Further, a plurality of (this portion is spaced apart in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the base side of the first connecting portion 56A (the portion between the mounting portion where the O-rings 92 and 94 are mounted and the valve housing main body 54A). In the embodiment, four) receiving recesses 124a to 124d are provided. These receiving recesses 124a to 124d are annularly provided in the first connecting portion 56A, and their shapes correspond to the shapes of the engaging protrusions 122 on the connecting pipe member 60A side, and the engaging protrusions 122 have a plurality of receiving portions. It is selectively detachably engaged with any of the recesses 124a to 124d.

Furthermore, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is movable in the axial direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 7 and 8) on the outer peripheral side of the other end side of the connection pipe member 60A and rotates integrally with the connection pipe member 60A. It is installed. An engaging means 101A is interposed between the connecting pipe member 60A and the auxiliary sleeve 79A. In this embodiment, the engaging means 101A is composed of one engaging ring 103, and the engaging ring 103 is connected to the connecting pipe member. 60A is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the other end, and corresponding to the engagement ring 103, an engagement recess 105 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of both ends of the auxiliary sleeve 79A. The engagement ring 103 is engaged with and disengaged from the engagement recess 105. Freely engaged. Therefore, the auxiliary sleeve 79A has a first position (in FIG. 8) in which the engagement ring 103 engages with the engagement recess 105 on the one end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79A (lower engagement recess in FIGS. 7 and 8). And a second position (the position shown in FIG. 7) where the engagement ring 103 engages with the engagement recess 105 (the upper engagement recess in FIGS. 7 and 8) on the other end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79A. ) In the axial direction. When in the first position, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is positioned on the other end side of the connecting pipe member 60 and does not protrude outward in the axial direction. However, when in the second position, the auxiliary sleeve 79A The end side protrudes outward in the axial direction from the other end of the connecting pipe member 60A. In addition, about the engagement ring 103, you may make it provide two (a pair) in the other end side of 60 A of connecting pipe members similarly to 1st Embodiment.

In this embodiment, an annular flange 128 projecting radially outward is further provided in the intermediate portion of the connecting pipe member 60A, and the auxiliary sleeve 79A further exceeds the second position by the annular flange 128. It is prevented from moving to one end side (upper side in FIGS. 7 and 8) of the connecting pipe member 60A.

Also in this second embodiment, the outer peripheral shape of the auxiliary sleeve 79A is formed in, for example, a hexagonal shape corresponding to the shape of the tightening tool so as to facilitate the rotation in the tightening direction and the disengaging direction. The inner peripheral shape of the sleeve 79A is also formed in, for example, a hexagonal shape. Correspondingly, the outer peripheral shape on the other end side of the connecting pipe member 60A is also formed in a hexagonal shape.

Also in the pipe connector 52A of the second embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the male thread portion 82 of the connection pipe member 60A is screwed to the stove side connection portion (not shown) of the gas stove. That is, at the time of connection, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is positioned at the second position shown in FIG. 7, and when the auxiliary sleeve 79A is rotated in the tightening direction with a tightening tool (not shown) in this state, The connecting pipe member 60A is rotated integrally with the auxiliary sleeve 79A in the tightening direction, and the male screw portion 82 of the connecting pipe member 60A is screwed to the stove side connecting portion (not shown) of the gas stove.

Then, after screwing, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is moved to the gas stove side to be positioned at the first position, and a male pipe portion (not shown) of the gas pipe is screwed to the second connection portion 58 of the valve housing body 54A. Thereafter, the valve housing main body 54A is pushed upward to the gas stove side. Thus, the valve housing body 54A is moved relatively upward with respect to the connection pipe member 60A connected to the gas stove, and the engagement protrusion 122 on the connection pipe member 60A side is, for example, the specific receiving recess on the most distal side. It moves from the state engaged with 124a (see FIG. 7) to the state where it is detachably engaged with the receiving recess 124d (see FIG. 8) on the most base side. As described above, even when the pipe connector 52A of the second embodiment is used, the gas pipe can be connected to the gas stove via the pipe connector 52A in substantially the same manner as described above. The same effect as the embodiment can be achieved.

To remove the pipe connector 52A from the gas stove, the valve housing main body 54A is pulled down (in the direction away from the gas stove), and the auxiliary sleeve 79A is positioned at the second position in such a state. The auxiliary sleeve 79A may be rotated in the detaching direction (loosening direction). When the valve housing main body 54A is pulled down, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is allowed to move to the second position. When the auxiliary sleeve 79A is positioned at the second position and then rotated in the disengagement direction, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is integrated with the auxiliary sleeve 79A. Thus, the connecting pipe member 60A is rotated in the disengagement direction, and the connecting pipe member 60A of the pipe connector 52A is detachably removed from the gas stove with the gas pipe connected to the valve housing main body 54A. be able to.

In the second embodiment, the engaging projection 122 is provided on the connecting pipe member 60A, and the plurality of receiving recesses 124a to 124d are provided on the first connecting portion 56A. The portion 122 may be provided in the first connection portion 56A, and the plurality of receiving recesses 124a to 124d may be provided in the connection pipe member 60A. The number of receiving recesses 124 can be set as appropriate.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, with reference to FIG.9 and FIG.10, 3rd Embodiment of a pipe connector is described. In the third embodiment, the tightening member is omitted, and the auxiliary sleeve is configured to be accommodated in the annular accommodating recess of the connecting pipe member.

9 and 10, in the connection pipe fitting 52B of the third embodiment, the connection pipe member 60B is disposed in the axial direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 9 and 10) on the distal end side of the first connection portion 56B of the valve housing body 54B. ) And is rotatably mounted relative to the first connecting portion 56B. The connecting pipe member 60B includes a sleeve-like main body 80B, and a male screw portion 82 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of one end side (the upper side in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the sleeve-like main body 80B. Further, the other end side (the lower side in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the sleeve-shaped main body 80B is provided with an annular housing projection 84B that projects radially outward, and one end of the annular housing projection 84B is annular. It is connected to the sleeve-like main body 80B via the flange 86B, and an annular housing recess 88 is defined between the sleeve-like main body 80B and the annular housing protrusion 84B.

In this embodiment, one O-ring 92 having a small cross-sectional diameter and one O-ring 94 having a large cross-sectional diameter are provided between the outer peripheral surface of the first connecting portion 56B and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve-like main body 80B of the connecting pipe member 60B. They are arranged one by one. An annular contact ring 152 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the other end (the lower end in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the sleeve-shaped main body 80B, and the valve housing main body 54B is related to the contact ring 152. The outer diameter of the intermediate portion in the axial direction of the first connection portion 56B is smaller than both end portions thereof. Accordingly, when the connection pipe member 60B is moved relatively upward in FIG. 9 with respect to the first connection portion 60B, the contact ring 152 contacts the step portion of the intermediate small diameter portion of the first connection portion 56B (see FIG. 9), the upward movement of the connecting pipe member 60B from this contact state is prevented.

In this embodiment, one end side (the upper end side in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the auxiliary sleeve 79B is accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60B. More specifically, the auxiliary sleeve 79B is formed of a sleeve-like member, and one end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79B can be accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connecting pipe member 60B, and the other end is axially extending from the annular accommodating recess 88 in FIGS. It projects outward (vertical direction), and the outer peripheral shape of the projecting other end is formed in a hexagonal shape, for example.

In this embodiment, the auxiliary sleeve 79B is mounted on the outer peripheral side of the sleeve-like main body 80B of the connecting pipe member 60B so as to be movable in the axial direction and to rotate integrally with the sleeve-like main body 80B. In substantially the same manner, the outer peripheral shape of the sleeve-shaped main body 80B is formed, for example, in a hexagonal shape, and the inner peripheral shape of the auxiliary sleeve 79B is also formed, for example, in a hexagonal shape.

In this embodiment, a plurality of (three in this example) engagement rings 154a, 154b, and 154c are attached to the hexagonal inner peripheral surface of the auxiliary sleeve 79B at intervals in the axial direction. The rings 154a, 154b and 154c constitute the engaging means. The engagement rings 154a, 154b, 154c are formed in, for example, a hexagonal shape corresponding to the inner peripheral surface shape of the auxiliary sleeve 79B. Further, a hexagonal small protrusion 156 protruding outward in the radial direction is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve-like main body 80B of the connecting pipe member 60B. Since the auxiliary sleeve 79B is configured in this way, the auxiliary sleeve 79B is axially out of the first position (position shown in FIG. 10) accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connection pipe member 60B and the other end of the connection pipe member 60B. Between the second position protruding in the direction (the position shown in FIG. 9) in the axial direction and when in the first position, as shown in FIG. 10, the innermost engagement of the auxiliary sleeve 79B. When the coupling ring 154c is located at a position over the small protrusion 156 of the sleeve-like main body 80B and is at the second position, as shown in FIG. 9, the two engagement rings 154a on the distal end side of the auxiliary sleeve 79B are disposed. , 154b, the small protrusion 156 is positioned.

In this pipe connector 52B, a connecting means 158 is further interposed between the auxiliary sleeve 79B and the first connecting portion 56B of the valve housing main body 54B. In this embodiment, the connecting means 158 includes a substantially C-shaped connecting ring 160, and this connecting ring 160 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the other end (the lower end in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the auxiliary sleeve 79B. The annular groove and the annular groove provided on the outer peripheral surface of the proximal end portion of the first connecting portion 56 are mounted. Therefore, when the valve housing main body 54B is moved in the direction close to (or away from) the connecting pipe member 60B, the auxiliary sleeve 79B and the valve housing main body 54B are connected to the first position via the connection ring 160. (Or the second position).

Also in the pipe connector 52B of the third embodiment, the male screw portion 82 of the connection pipe member 60B is screwed to the stove side connection portion (not shown) of the gas stove, as in the first embodiment. That is, in this connection, the valve housing main body 54B is pulled downward in FIG. 9 to position the auxiliary sleeve 79B in the second position shown in FIG. 9, and in this state, the other end of the auxiliary sleeve 79B (for example, When the hexagonal part) is rotated in the tightening direction by a tightening tool (not shown), the connection pipe member 60B is rotated integrally with the auxiliary sleeve 79B in the tightening direction, and thus the connection pipe The male screw portion 82 of the member 60B is screwed to the stove side connecting portion (not shown) of the gas stove.

Then, after screwing, a male screw portion (not shown) of the gas pipe is screwed to the second connection portion 58 of the valve housing main body 54B, and then the valve housing main body 54B is pushed upward to the gas stove side. As a result, the valve housing body 54B and the auxiliary sleeve 79B are moved relatively upward with respect to the connecting pipe member 60B connected to the gas stove, thereby ensuring a relatively large space below the valve housing body 54B. Can do. Further, the auxiliary sleeve 79B is positioned at the first position, and one end thereof is accommodated in the annular accommodating recess 88 of the connection pipe member 60B, and the occupied height in the vertical direction of the pipe connection tool 52B is reduced. As described above, even when the pipe connector 52B of the third embodiment is used, the gas pipe can be connected to the gas stove via the pipe connector 52B as described above. The effect similar to a form can be achieved.

To remove the pipe connector 52B from the gas stove, the valve sleeve main body 54B is pulled downward (in the direction away from the gas stove) to position the auxiliary sleeve 79B in the second position, and in this state, the auxiliary sleeve 79B is detached. What is necessary is just to rotate to a direction (loosening direction). When the valve housing main body 54A is pulled downward, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is positioned at the second position via the connection ring 160. When the auxiliary sleeve 79A is rotated in the disengagement direction in this state, the auxiliary sleeve 79A is integrated with the auxiliary sleeve 79B. The connecting pipe member 60B is rotated in the disengagement direction. Thus, the connecting pipe member 60B of the pipe connector 52B can be detached from the gas stove with the gas pipe connected to the valve housing body 54B. it can.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of the pipe connector according to this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this Embodiment, A various change thru | or correction | amendment are possible without deviating from the scope of the present invention.
