Description
図1に示した装置を次の方法で製造した。2600mmの長さ、80mmの外径及び2mmの厚さを有する鋼製シリンダー1を採用した。入口オリフィスを備えるシリンダーの端部の一方からそれぞれ450、1300及び2200mmにおいて、12mmの深さを有する3つのスリットを、シリンダーの軸線に対し直角の面に切った。シリンダーの他方の端部に、40mmの直径の出口オリフィス7を有する切頭円錐形ノズルを設けた。次に、スリットに隣接しかつスリットの下流側の壁部セクション(出口オリフィス7の側面)を、70mmの直径及び80mmの高さを有する鋼製コーンを用いて前記セクションに対し圧力を加えることによって変形させた。これにより、変形された壁部セクション4、4’と4’’が得られた。L1とL2の寸法は、それぞれ60と30mmであり、2の形状係数が得られた。
図5に示した装置を同様の方法で製造した。2500mmの長さ、168mmの外径及び2.8mmの厚さを有する鋼製シリンダーを採用した。入口オリフィスを備えるシリンダーの端部の一方からそれぞれ450、1200及び1950mmにおいて、24mmの深さを有する3つのスリットを、シリンダーの軸線に対し直角の面に切断した。シリンダーの他方の端部に、200mmの長さ及び75mmの直径の出口オリフィス7とを有する切頭円錐形ノズルを設けた。次に、スリットに隣接しかつスリットの下流側の壁部セクション(出口オリフィス7の側面)を、130mmの直径を有する鋼製球体の四分の一を用いて前記セクションに対し圧力を加えることによって変形させた。これにより、変形された壁部セクション4、4’と4’’が得られた。L1とL2の寸法は、それぞれ115と59mmであり、1.9の形状係数が得られた。
実施例3では、図6に示した装置を次の方法でさらに製造した。2695mmの長さ、88.9mmの外径及び2.1mmの厚さを有する鋼製シリンダーを採用した。入口オリフィスを備えるシリンダーの端部の一方からそれぞれ774、1622及び2470mmにおいて、12mmの深さを有する第1の一連の3つのスリットを、シリンダーの軸線に対し直角の面に切断した。僅かにより小さな深さを有する第2の一連の3つのスリットを、それぞれ350、1198と2046mmにおいて同様に切断した。シリンダーの他方の端部に、200mmの長さ及び40mmの直径の出口オリフィスとを有する切頭円錐形ノズル6を設けた。次に、スリットに隣接しかつスリットの下流側の壁部セクション(出口オリフィスの側面)を、70mmの直径を有する鋼製球体の四分の一を用いて前記セクションに対し圧力を加えることによって変形させた。これにより、変形された壁部セクション4、4’と4’’等が得られた。L1とL2の値は、第1の一連のスリットそれぞれについて61と30mmであり、約2の形状係数が得られた。第2の一連のスリットでは、L1とL2の値は53と21であり、2.5の形状係数が得られた。
石炭発電所の炉のSO2成分を軽減するために、石炭発電所の炉からの煙道ガスダクト内の重炭酸ナトリウムの注入について、実施例1の装置を試験した。重炭酸ナトリウムとSO2汚染物質との反応後に、粒子分離を電気フィルタによって実行した。煙道ガスは次の特性を有した。
・ 平均流量250000の乾燥Nm3/h(0℃、1気圧で正規化されたm3)と、5容量%の湿度及び6%の酸素含有量を有する。
・ 煙道ガス平均温度180℃
・ SO2含有量:800mg/Nm3
・ ダスト含有量:16g/Nm3
石炭発電所の他の炉からの煙道ガスダクト内の重炭酸ナトリウムの注入について、実施例2の装置を試験した。煙道ガスの特性及びSO2緩和の結果が、表4に示されている。

この場合、
・ 合計質量DSIは、注入された乾燥吸収剤の合計質量である。
・ 除去されたSO2の合計質量は、乾燥吸収剤注入(Dry Sorbent Injection)(DSI)によって除去されたSO2の合計質量である。
・ ISRは、理想的な化学量論比(Ideal Stoichiometric Ratio)である(SO2が重炭酸ナトリウムで除去される場合、ISR=2.625トン/トンのSO2)。

- 流体を規制された仕方で分配するための装置であって、前記流体は、固体粒子を含むガスであり、
円筒形又は平行六面体形のパイプ(1)を有し、前記パイプは、少なくとも1つの入口オリフィス(2)と、前記パイプ(1)に沿って点在しかつ前記パイプの側壁に配置された一連の出口オリフィス(3)と、を有し、
前記パイプが、前記パイプの直径よりも小さい直径を有する補足的出口オリフィス(7)として作用する開口した下流端を有することを特徴とし、

固体粒子を含むガスを、前記装置の少なくとも1つの入口オリフィス(2)に導入し、
前記装置の少なくとも1つの出口オリフィスによって制限された前記側壁の前記少なくとも一部分(4)の形状を、前記側壁の前記少なくとも一部分に沿って移動する前記固体粒子を含むガスの方向によって所望の分配の獲得が可能となるように、前記空間内における前記装置の位置決めに適合させる、方法。 - 前記固体粒子は、100μmよりも大きな平均直径D50を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記固体粒子は、50μmよりも小さな平均直径D50を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記固体粒子が、煙道ガス処理のために意図された組成物を含む、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置を製造するための方法であって、
断面を有する少なくとも1つのスリットを、少なくとも1つの入口オリフィスが設けられたパイプにあけ、
前記スリットの断面は、前記パイプの長さ方向に対して実質的に垂直な方向であり、又は、前記パイプの中心における流体の速度ベクトルの反対方向に対して15〜60度の範囲の角度を有し、又は、前記パイプの中心における流体の速度ベクトルの方向に対して15〜60度の範囲の角度を有し、
前記実質的に垂直な方向は、前記スリットの断面の法線が、前記パイプの中心においてかつ前記断面の流体の速度ベクトルの方向に対して15度の最大角度を有することを意味し、
前記スリットの下流側縁部を前記パイプの内側に配置するために前記側壁の少なくとも一部分を変形させるように、圧力を前記スリットの下流側縁部に隣接する前記パイプの側壁の少なくとも一部分に円錐形状又は球形状の物品によって加える、方法。 - 煙道ガス処理方法であって、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置を、処理すべき煙道ガスが移動する煙道の内側に配置し、
反応性粒子を含むガスストリームを前記パイプの入口オリフィスに導入して、前記ガスストリームを前記煙道内で均一に分配させ、
前記粒子を、前記煙道ガスと反応させて、前記煙道ガスを処理し、次に、前記処理された煙道ガスを濾過して、前記粒子から前記煙道ガスを分離する、方法。 - 固体粒子を含むガスの分配を、前記装置内で測定されたガスの速度が10m/sよりも大きいとき、50mbarよりも小さい容器内の圧力降下と共に行う、請求項8に記載の煙道ガス処理の方法。
- 前記反応性粒子が重炭酸ナトリウム又はトロナを含む、請求項8に記載の煙道ガス処理の方法。
