前記締結部材は、
外形が略円柱状の円筒状部と、
前記円筒状部の一端において前記円筒状部から径方向に拡がる頭部と、
前記円筒状部および前記頭部をその軸方向に貫通するボルト用孔と、を有し、
前記ボルト部材は、
前記ボルト用孔に挿入可能であって雄ネジが設けられた軸部と、
前記ボルト用孔に挿入不能であって前記軸部の一端に一体化され前記軸部を回転させる工具または装置に連結可能または係合可能な頭部と、を有し、
前記拡径部材は、
略円錐台形の拡径部と、
前記拡径部の下底をその底面として前記拡径部に一体となった外形が略円柱状の本体と、からなり、
その軸心を前記雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが貫通し、
前記拡径部は、前記本体とは反対側の端の外径が前記ボルト用孔の内径よりも小さく、
前記本体は、その外径が前記ボルト用孔の内径よりも大きく、
