Description

The present invention relates to a detachable holding device, and a scattered salt capturing device that includes the holding device and captures the salt scattered in the atmosphere in order to measure the amount of scattered salt.

In order to predict salt damage caused by sea salt particles such as insulators and steel towers in power transmission systems, the amount of salt scattered in the atmosphere (hereinafter, the amount of salt contained in the unit volume is the amount of salt in the air, and this is multiplied by the wind speed). It is necessary to measure the amount of salt (sprayed salt content), and for that purpose, it is necessary to capture the salt scattered in the atmosphere. The dry gauze method stipulated in JIS Z2382 is to install gauze in a wooden frame with open windows and install it in a well-ventilated place where it does not get wet in the rain. It is made to adhere and the amount of the attached salt is measured.

In addition, in the outside air introduction device described in Patent Document 1, a tape-like salt removal filter is provided in the outside air introduction portion that introduces outside air into the outdoor structure, and salt is captured by the salt removal filter, thereby Prevents salt from entering the interior of the outdoor structure. Here, in the outside air introduction device described in Patent Document 1, a new surface of the salt removal filter is sent to the outside air introduction unit, and a mechanism for retracting the surface on which the salt is attached from the outside air introduction unit is continuously provided. Capable of capturing salt.

In addition, the inclined surface 132C and the inclined surface 132E are arranged so as to be aligned vertically in parallel with each other, and the inclined surface 132D and the inclined surface 132F are arranged so as to be inclined in the opposite directions and aligned vertically. The inclined surface 132E and the side surface 132A form an acute corner (for example, about 60 °) 132H, and the inclined surface 132F and the side surface 132B form an obtuse corner (for example, about 120 °) 132I. Yes.

A plurality of (for example, three) fixed-side guide protrusions 134 are arranged at predetermined intervals (for example, every 60 °) in the circumferential direction of the fixed portion 110 (see the AA cross section in FIG. 5). The fixed guide protrusion 134 includes a pair of left and right inclined surfaces 134A and 134B. One inclined surface 134A is provided so as to incline upward at a predetermined angle (for example, about 30 °) from one end in the width direction to the center, and the other inclined surface 134B increases from the center in the width direction to the other end. It is provided to incline upward at a predetermined angle (for example, about 30 °). That is, the inclined surfaces 134A and 134B are inclined to the opposite side with respect to the inclined surfaces 132E and 132F. In addition, the upper ends of the inclined surfaces 134A and 134B are located at the same height, whereby a stepped portion 134C is formed at the boundary between the inclined surface 134A and the inclined surface 134B.

Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the inclined surface 134A is arranged so that the center portion thereof is positioned vertically above the corner portion 132H, and the inclined surface 134B has the center portions of the step portion 132G and the corner portion 132J. It is arranged to be positioned vertically upward. That is, the fixed-side guide protrusion 134 is arranged so as to be shifted in the circumferential direction by a predetermined angle (for example, 15 °) with respect to the fixed-side protrusion 132, and a part of the inclined surface 134 A of the fixed-side guide protrusion 134. (For example, half the length) is located vertically above the space between the fixed-side protrusions 132.

A plurality (for example, three) of the detachable side protrusions 136 are arranged at a predetermined interval (for example, every 60 °) in the circumferential direction of the detachable portion 120 (see the section BB in FIG. 5). The detachable side protrusion 134 includes a pair of left and right vertical side surfaces 136A and 136B and a pair of upper and lower inclined surfaces 136C and 136D. Further, the lateral width of the detachable side projection 136 (the interval between the pair of left and right side surfaces 136A, 136B) is slightly narrower than the lateral width of the space between the plurality of fixed side projections 132.

The inclined surface 136C is provided above the fixed-side protrusion 132 so as to be inclined upward at a predetermined angle (for example, about 30 °) from one end to the other end in the width direction. In addition, the inclined surface 136D is provided below the fixed-side protruding portion 132 so as to be inclined downward at a predetermined angle (for example, about 30 °) from one end to the other end in the width direction. That is, the inclined surfaces 136C and 136D are inclined to the opposite sides.

The inclined surface 136C and the side surface 136A form an obtuse angle (for example, about 120 °) corner, and the inclined surface 136C and the side surface 136B form an acute angle (for example, about 60 °) corner 136E. Further, the inclined surface 136D and the side surface 136A form an obtuse angle (for example, about 120 °) corner portion, and the inclined surface 136D and the side surface 136B form an acute angle (for example, about 60 °) corner portion 136F. .

The inclined surface 136C is parallel to the inclined surfaces 134A and 134B of the fixed-side guide protrusion 134 and the inclined surface 132D of the fixed-side protrusion 132, and the inclined surfaces 132C, 132E, and 132F of the fixed-side protrusion 132. It is inclined to the opposite side. The inclined surface 136D is parallel to the inclined surfaces 132C, 132E, and 132F of the fixed-side protrusion 132, and is inclined to the opposite side to the inclined surfaces 134A and 134B of the fixed-side guide protrusion 134.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the detachable part 120 is mounted on the fixed part 110 and is locked by the lock mechanism 130, the lower inclined surface 136 </ b> D on the lower side of the detachable side protrusion 136 and the upper side of the fixed side protrusion 132. Is in contact with one of the inclined surfaces 132E, and the lower corner portion 136F of the detachable side projection portion 136 and the stepped portion 132G of the stationary side projection portion 132 are fitted together.

Here, the spring 138 is a compression coil spring, and one end thereof is attached to the center of the lower surface of the lid portion 112 of the fixing portion 110, and is elastically deformed between the lid portion 112 and the lid portion 122 </ b> A of the detachable portion 120. And intervened in a compressed state. As a result, the attaching / detaching portion 120 is urged downward by the elastic force of the spring 138, and the inclined surface 136D on the lower side of the attaching / detaching projection 136 and the one inclined surface 132E on the upper side of the fixing projection 132 are pressed against each other. The Therefore, rattling in the fixing part 110 of the detachable part 120 is suppressed, and the locked state by the lock mechanism 130 is maintained.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the operation mechanism 30 includes a rope 32 and pulleys 34 and 36. One end of the rope 32 is attached to the center of the lid portion 122 </ b> A of the attaching / detaching portion 120. Further, the pulleys 34 and 36 are disposed so as to be rotatable about horizontal axes parallel to each other above the fixed portion 110, and are supported by the hundreds of boxes 1.

Here, the rope 32 is passed through the hole 112 </ b> A at the center of the lid portion 112 of the fixing portion 110 and is wound around the pulleys 34 and 36. The pulley 34 is arranged such that the rope 32 extending vertically upward from the hole 112A is turned in the horizontal direction, and the pulley 34 is arranged so that the rope 32 extending horizontally from the pulley 34 is turned vertically downward. Yes.

6-13 is a figure for demonstrating the procedure which attaches the attachment / detachment part 120 to the fixing | fixed part 110. FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, when attaching / detaching part 120 to / from fixed part 110, attaching / detaching part 120 is raised by pulling rope 32. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the position of the detachable side protrusion 136 is shifted in the circumferential direction with respect to the position of the space between the fixed side protrusions 132, the detachable side protrusion 136. The corner 136E contacts the inclined surface 132C of the fixed-side protrusion 132 (see FIG. 7), or the inclined surface 136C of the detachable-side protrusion 136 contacts the inclined surface 132D. Here, as shown in FIG. 7, when the corner portion 136E hits the inclined surface 132C, the corner portion 136E is guided obliquely upward by the inclined surface 132C, so that the detachable portion 120 is viewed in a plan view. By rotating in the turning direction, the detachable side protrusion 136 is guided to the space between the fixed side protrusions 132. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when the inclined surface 136C hits the inclined surface 132D, the inclined surface 136C is guided obliquely upward by the inclined surface 132D, so that the detachable portion 120 is counterclockwise in plan view. By rotating in the turning direction, the detachable side protrusion 136 is guided to the space between the fixed side protrusions 132.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, when the detachable side protrusion 136 passes through the space between the fixed side protrusions 132, the detachable part 120 moves upward in the fixed part 110. Here, as shown in FIG. 10, when the attaching / detaching portion 120 is pulled up to the back of the fixing portion 110, the inclined surface 136 </ b> C of the attaching / detaching side protrusion 136 hits the inclined surface 134 </ b> A of the fixing side guide protrusion 134. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the inclined surface 136C is guided obliquely upward by the inclined surface 134A, whereby the attaching / detaching portion 120 rotates counterclockwise in a plan view, and the corner portion of the attaching / detaching side protrusion 136 is provided. 136E fits into the stepped portion 134C of the fixed-side guide projection 134. Thereby, the rotation of the detachable portion 120 in the counterclockwise direction in plan view is stopped.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, when the pulled rope 32 is loosened, the attaching / detaching portion 120 is lowered by its own weight and the elastic force of the spring 138, and the inclined surface 136 </ b> D of the attaching / detaching side protruding portion 136 is fixed to the fixed side protruding portion 132. It hits the inclined surface 132E. The inclined surface 136D is guided obliquely downward by the inclined surface 132E. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 13, the attaching / detaching portion 120 rotates counterclockwise in a plan view, and the corner portion 136 </ b> F of the attaching / detaching side protruding portion 136 fits into the stepped portion 132 </ b> G of the fixed side protruding portion 132. The part 120 is locked to the fixed part 110 by the lock mechanism 130.

14-18 is a figure for demonstrating the procedure which removes the attachment / detachment part 120 from the fixing | fixed part 110. FIG. As shown in FIG. 14, when detaching the detachable portion 120 from the fixed portion 110, the detachable portion 120 is temporarily raised by pulling the rope 32. At this time, as shown in FIG. 15, the inclined surface 136 </ b> C of the attaching / detaching-side protrusion 136 hits the inclined surface 134 </ b> B of the fixed-side guide protrusion 134. The inclined surface 136C is guided obliquely upward by the inclined surface 134B, so that the detachable portion 120 rotates counterclockwise in plan view.

Next, as shown in FIG. 16, when the rope 32 that has been pulled is loosened, the attaching / detaching portion 120 is lowered by its own weight and the elastic force of the spring 138, and the inclined surface 136 </ b> D of the attaching / detaching side protruding portion 136 is fixed to the fixed side protruding portion 132. It hits the inclined surface 132F. Then, as shown in FIG. 17, the inclined surface 136D is guided obliquely downward by the inclined surface 132F, whereby the attaching / detaching portion 120 rotates counterclockwise, and the attaching / detaching side protrusion 136 becomes the fixed side protrusion. Guided to the space between the parts 132. As a result, as shown in FIG. 18, the lock mechanism 130 is unlocked, and the detachable portion 120 can be detached from the fixed portion 110.

As described above, the holding device 100 according to the present embodiment is a detachable holding device that detachably holds the salt trap 20 that is an installation target in the hundreds of boxes 1 that are installed at a high place. A cylindrical fixing part 110 fixed so that the open end is positioned at the lower side at a position, and arranged coaxially with the fixing part 110 to hold the salt trap 20 and inserted into the fixing part 110 from below; The cylindrical attaching / detaching portion 120 that comes out downward from the inside of the fixing portion 110 and the attaching / detaching portion 120 inserted into the fixing portion 110 are rotated around its axis and guided to a predetermined holding position, and the predetermined holding position. And a locking mechanism 130 for rotating the attaching / detaching portion 120 raised from the position around the axis thereof to guide to a predetermined lowered position. Thereby, for example, by attaching the rope 32 to the attaching / detaching part 120 and pulling up the attaching / detaching part 120 by the rope 32 as in the present embodiment, the attaching / detaching part 120 can be attached to or detached from the fixing part 110, It is possible to easily perform the work of installing and collecting the salt-capturing body 20 in the high-yield box box 1.

The locking mechanism 130 includes a plurality of detachable side protrusions 136 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the detachable portion 120 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of detachable sides on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed portion 110 in the circumferential direction. From a plurality of fixed-side protrusions 132 provided so as to form a space through which the detachable-side protrusion 136 can pass at the same interval as the protrusions 136, and the fixed-side protrusions 132 on the inner peripheral surface of the fixing part 110 Also, a fixed-side guide protrusion 134 provided at the same interval as the plurality of attachment / detachment-side protrusions 136 is provided on the upper side. Here, the attachment / detachment-side protrusion 136 is formed with upper and lower inclined surfaces 136C and 136D that are inclined opposite to each other. In addition, left and right inclined surfaces 132C and 132D that are inclined opposite to each other are formed below the fixed-side protrusion 132 so that the central portion in the horizontal width direction protrudes downward. In addition, left and right inclined surfaces 132E and 132F that are parallel to each other are formed on the upper portion of the fixed-side protruding portion 132, and a stepped portion 132G is formed in which a sharp corner portion 136F below the detachable-side protruding portion 136 is fitted in the central portion in the lateral width direction. Left and right inclined surfaces 134A and 134B that are formed in the above-described manner and are inclined in parallel with each other and on the opposite side of the inclined surfaces 132E and 132F on the upper side of the fixed-side protrusion 132, Is formed so that a stepped portion 134 </ b> C into which the acute corner 136 </ b> E on the upper side of the detachable projection 136 is fitted can be formed. Further, the fixed-side guide protrusion 134 is arranged such that the left and right inclined surfaces 134A and 134B are positioned on the left and right acute corners 132H and 132J above the fixed-side protrusion 132. As a result, the attaching / detaching portion 120 inserted into the fixing portion 110 is rotated around its axis to guide it to a predetermined holding position, or the attaching / detaching portion 120 raised from the predetermined holding position is set around its axis. It can be rotated and guided to a predetermined lowered position.

Further, one end of a rope 32 which is a linear member for pulling up the detachable portion 120 is attached to the upper portion of the detachable portion 120, and the other end side of the rope 32 is turned downward by pulleys 34 and 36. As a result, the scattered salt content capturing body 20 installed in the high-capacity box 1 can be installed or recovered by a simple operation of pulling up the detachable part 120 by the rope 32.

Further, a spring 138 as an urging member is disposed between the upper part of the attaching / detaching part 120 and the upper part of the fixing part 110, and the attaching / detaching part 120 is urged downward by the spring 138. Thereby, rattling in the fixing part 110 of the detachable part 120 can be suppressed.

Moreover, in the scattered salt content capturing apparatus 10 according to the present embodiment, the salt content capturing body 20 is installed in the leaf box 1 provided with the louver 2 on the side surface, so that the salt content capturing body 20 has a roof at the installation location. An amount of salt corresponding to the wind speed can be attached so as not to be affected by rain.

FIG. 19 is an elevational sectional view showing a modification of the operation mechanism 30. As shown in this figure, in this embodiment, one end of the rope 32 is attached to a floor surface, a structure, or the like below the hundred-leaf box 1 via a spring 39. The spring 39 is a tension coil spring, and the spring 39 is elastically extended and the rope 32 is in a tensioned state.

Here, the elastic coefficient of the spring 39 is set to be lower than the elastic coefficient of the spring 138 so that the force of pulling down the rope 32 by the spring 39 does not exceed the force of pressing the detachable portion 120 by the spring 138. . As a result, the rope 32 can be held at a fixed position without being loosened, and the function of the lock mechanism 130 can be prevented from being hindered by the tension of the rope 32.

As mentioned above, although the form for implementing this invention was demonstrated, the said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the present invention has been described by taking as an example the case where the installation target installed at a high place is the scattered salt capturing body 20, but for other installation targets such as various sensors and light bulbs. However, the present invention can be applied.

Further, in the above embodiment, the detachable part 120 is attached to and detached from the fixed part 110 by pulling up the detachable part 120 with the rope 32, but the detachable part 120 is pushed up with a stick. May be configured to be attached to and detached from the fixed portion 110. Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the salt content capturing body 20 was made into the cylindrical shape, it is good also as other cylindrical shapes, such as a rectangular tube shape.
