Claims (3)
- 基材層上にバリア層が積層一体化されてなる二枚のバリアフィルムユニット同士を上記バリア層同士が対向し且つ上記バリア層間にラミネート層を介した状態に積層一体化してなり、上記一方のバリアフィルムユニットにおけるバリア層に上記ラミネート層を区画するための凸部が形成されていることを特徴とするバリアフィルム。
- 凸部が格子状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 基板上に形成されたデバイス素子と、このデバイス素子を封止しているバリアフィルムとを含むデバイス素子封止構造であって、上記バリアフィルムは、基材層上にバリア層が積層一体化されてなる二枚のバリアフィルムユニット同士を上記バリア層同士が対向し且つ上記バリア層間にラミネート層を介した状態に積層一体化してなり、上記一方のバリアフィルムユニットにおけるバリア層に格子状に凸部が形成されていることを特徴とするデバイス素子封止構造。
