Claims (9)
- 採血器具であって:チャンバー(28)を画定しているカニューレ(10)ハブ;軸を画定している流入カニューレ(12)であって、遠位端部、及び該流入カニューレ(12)を貫通する内腔を有しており、該流入カニューレ(12)の該遠位端部が該カニューレハブ(10)の外部に位置するように、かつ該流入カニューレ(12)を貫通する該内腔が該チャンバー(28)と連通するように該カニューレハブ(10)に取り付けられている、該流入カニューレ(12);近位端部、及び流出カニューレ(14)を貫通する内腔を有する該流出カニューレ(14)であって、該流出カニューレ(14)の該近位端部が、該カニューレハブ(10)の外部に位置するように、かつ該流出カニューレ(14)の該内腔が該チャンバー(28)と連通するように該カニューレハブ(10)に取り付けられている、該流出カニューレ(14);該カニューレハブ(10)の外部に配設された該流出カニューレ(14)の部分(32)を覆うように取り付けられた閉じたスリーブ(34);及び該チャンバー(28)と周辺環境との間を連通させるベント機構(38)を備えており、該ベント機構(38)が、管状インサート(40)を貫通する流路(42)を画定している該管状インサート(40)、及び該流路(42)に亘って延在する膜(44)を備えており、該膜(44)が、空気は通すが血液は実質的に通さない材料から形成されており、該ベント機構(38)の該管状インサート(40)が、その外面に形成された外側カラー(52)を有しており、該ベント機構(38)の該管状インサート(40)が、該カニューレハブ(10)から延びた管状突出部(50)内に収容されており、該外側カラー(52)が、該カニューレハブ(10)とは反対側の端部に隣接して形成されており、該外側カラー(52)の外径が、前記管状突出部(50)の外径に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、該採血器具。
- 前記管状突出部(50)が、前記流入カニューレ(12)の軸に対して横断方向に、特に垂直方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の採血器具。
- 前記管状突出部(50)が、前記カニューレハブ(10)、特に、前記流入カニューレ(10)を有する該カニューレハブ(10)の第1の部分(16)と一体であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の採血器具。
- 前記ベント機構(38)の前記管状インサート(40)が、圧入によって前記管状突出部(50)内に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の採血器具。
- 前記カニューレハブ(10)の前記チャンバー(28)に隣接した前記管状突出部(50)の部分において、前記流路が、内側カラー(54)によって狭められていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の採血器具。
- 前記カニューレハブ(10)が、第1の部品(16)、及び第2の部品(18)から形成されており、該第1の部品(16)が、前記流入カニューレ(12)を有し、該第2の部品(18)が、前記流出カニューレ(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の採血器具。
- 前記第1の部品(16)が、グリップ部(20)、及び前記カニューレ軸の方向に該グリップ部(20)から近位側に延びた管状部(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の採血器具。
- 前記第2の部品(18)が、全体的に管状の形状であり、圧入によって前記第1の部品の前記管状部(24)内に部分的に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の採血器具。
- 前記第2の部品(18)、及び前記第1の部品(16)の少なくとも前記管状部(22)が、透明なプラスチック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項記載の採血器具。
