Claims (4)
- 鋼鋳片の試料断面を研磨した後で、該試料断面を腐食させる鋼の凝固組織検出方法において、溶媒としてマイクロバブルを含む水を用いた腐食液に、30kHz〜3MHzの範囲で、かつ、互いに異なる2種類以上の周波数の超音波を交互に断続印加し該腐食液を水共振させながら、該試料断面を腐食させて鋼の凝固組織を現出させることを特徴とする鋼の凝固組織の検出方法。
- 前記溶媒中にピクリン酸を含ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼の凝固組織の検出方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の鋼の凝固組織の検出方法において、
腐食させて鋼の凝固組織を現出させた前記試料断面を洗浄、乾燥し、前記試料断面に形成された腐食孔に研磨粉を埋め込み、前記試料断面に透明粘着テープを貼り、前記腐食孔中の研磨粉を前記透明粘着テープに粘着せしめた後、前記透明粘着テープをはがし、次いで前記透明粘着テープを白色台紙上へ貼り付けることを特徴とする鋼の凝固組織の検出方法。 - 前記鋼鋳片が炭素含有量0.01mass%以下の鋼である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼の凝固組織の検出方法。
