Description
前記外部ケース180によって前記放熱体150が露出しないため、やけど事故及び感電事故を防止されることができ、前記照明装置1の取り扱い性を向上することができる。
図5は、前記放熱体150の斜視図であり、図6は、図5のA-A'断面を示す断面である。
但し、前記第1、2収納溝151、152の幅及び深さは、前記駆動部160及び前記発光モジュール基板130の幅及び厚さによって変化されることができる。
図12は、前記発光モジュール基板130及び前記第1絶縁リング120の結合斜視図であり、図13は、図12のB-B'断面を示す断面図である。
また、前記第1絶縁リング120の内側上端は、前記発光モジュール基板130の配光を向上するために傾斜122を有するように形成されることもできる。
図14は、前記ガイド部材100の斜視図であり、図15は、前記ガイド部材100の平面図である。
図4及び図16を参照すると、前記レンズ110は、前記発光モジュール基板130の下に形成され、前記発光モジュール基板130から放出される光の配光を調節する。
図20は、前記内部ケース170の斜視図である。
図4を参照すると、前記駆動部160は、前記放熱体150の第1収納溝151に配置されることができる。
前記外部ケース180は、前記内部ケース170と結合されて前記放熱体150、発光モジュール基板130、駆動部160等を収納し、前記照明装置1の外観を成すことができる。
Claims (16)
- 基板;
前記基板上に配置された発光素子;
前記発光素子に電源を提供し、前記基板と配線ラインを通じて接続された駆動部;
前記発光素子からの熱を放熱し、前記配線ラインが貫通するための貫通ホールを有する放熱体;
前記貫通ホールと連結されて開口部を有する絶縁体;
前記基板を前記放熱体に固定させ、一面に複数の放熱ホールを有するガイド部材;
を含み、
前記放熱体の外側面は、一方向に曲げられたウエーブ形態の凸構造を含む凹凸構造を有し、
空気が、前記発光素子から発生した熱を放射させるために前記放熱体の凹凸構造を通過し、
前記放熱体は、前記基板の全体を収納する収納溝を有し、
前記基板と前記放熱体との間に配置され、該基板が該放熱体と接触することを防止する絶縁リングを含み、
前記絶縁リングは、前記基板側の側面の一端に段差を有し、
前記絶縁リングは、前記段差において前記基板の側面及び上面と接する、照明装置。 - 前記絶縁リングは、前記基板側の側面の他端に傾斜を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体は、前記放熱体と前記配線ラインを絶縁させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体は、リング形状を有し、前記リングの直径は、前記リングが前記貫通ホールに収容される収容方向に行くほど短くなって、前記貫通ホールの直径も前記収容方向に行くほど短くなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記貫通ホールの上部直径と下部直径とが異なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体は、前記貫通ホールに収容されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体の直径は、前記貫通ホールの直径と同一であるか、小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体は、弾性を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体の側面は、傾いているか、段差を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体の外周面は、前記貫通ホールの側壁と対応することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱体を取り囲む外部ケース;
下部に前記放熱体と結合する挿入部を含む内部ケース;
前記基板の下面に位置する放熱板;
前記絶縁リング上に配置されるレンズ;
をさらに含み、
前記放熱体は、前記駆動部が位置する収納溝をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記外部ケースは、周りに形成される複数の通風ホールを含み、
前記ガイド部材の複数の放熱ホールと前記外部ケースの複数の通風ホールとの間には空気経路が形成され、
前記放熱体の凹凸構造を通過した空気は、前記複数の通風ホール又は複数の放熱ホールを通じて抜け出すことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ガイド部材が結合する前記放熱体の下部領域の第1幅は、前記放熱体の他の領域の第2幅より狭いことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体の外周面と前記放熱体の内周面とは、所定間隔に離隔されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁体の数は、複数であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱体は、前記基板下部に位置する上部面を有し、
前記貫通ホールは、前記放熱体の上部面に形成され、
前記絶縁体の上部面と前記放熱体の上部面が実質的に同一の面であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
