Claims (14)
- チアクマイシンBを生産することができる微生物、炭素源、イーストエキスを含む窒素源、微量元素、及びチアクマイシンBを吸着することができる0.5−15重量%の吸着性樹脂を含む、チアクマイシンB生産のための培地であって、前記微生物がダクチロスポランギウムアウランチアクム(Dactylosporangium aurantiacum)である上記培地。
- 前記窒素源がさらに魚粉を含む、請求項1に記載の培地。
- 前記吸着性樹脂がAmberlite(登録商標)XAD16、XAD16HP、XAD2、XAD7HP、XAD1180、XAD1600、IRC50、及びDuolite(登録商標)XAD761、並びに逆相シリカゲルからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の培地。
- 微量元素が無機塩である請求項1に記載の培地。
- 前記培地が炭素源0.2−10重量%を含む請求項1に記載の培地。
- 前記培地が窒素源0.1−5.0重量%を含む請求項1に記載の培地。
- 前記培地が微量元素0.02−2.0重量%を含む請求項1に記載の培地。
- 炭素源がグルコース、窒素源がダイズ粉、イーストエキス、及びペプトンをさらに含み、並びに微量元素がCaCO3、KCl、MgSO4・7H2O及びK2HPO4である請求項1に記載の培地。
- さらに消泡剤を含む請求項8に記載の培地。
- さらに水を含む請求項9に記載の培地。
- 炭素源がグリセリン及びグルコース、窒素源がイースト、綿実粕、及びコーンスティープリカーをさらに含み、並びに微量元素がCaCO3である請求項1に記載の培地。
- さらに消泡剤を含む請求項11に記載の培地。
- さらに水を含む請求項12に記載の培地。
