Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tissue paper product, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a tissue paper product in which a tissue paper coated with a chemical solution is stored in a storage box.

<Tissue paper products>
A bundle of tissue paper is stored in a storage box, and the tissue paper is sequentially pulled out from the outlet provided on one side of the storage box (also called a carton box or tissue carton) for use. Tissue paper products are well known. In general, the take-out method is a pop-up type in which when one piece is taken out, the next piece is continuously drawn out from the take-out port.

In this tissue paper product, there are chemical-application types in which chemical liquids such as moisturizers, softeners, etc. (usually referred to as “lotion chemicals”) are applied to the tissue paper that is stored, and general-purpose products that are not coated with chemicals, etc. Or there is a general-purpose type.

A tissue paper coated with a chemical is superior to a general-purpose product in terms of surface smoothness and softness.

Demand for chemical-coated products tended to increase at times when the chances of biting increased, such as when hay fever and influenza are prevalent, but in recent years there have been advantages in terms of usability such as smoothness and softness of the surface. It has been evaluated and used regardless of season and time, and its demand is expanding.

<Chemical solution used for chemical-coated products>
There are various types of chemical solutions used for chemical solution-coated products, but they are roughly classified into water-based chemical solutions containing water and polyol, and semi-solid oil-based chemical solutions mainly containing water-insoluble wax.

In addition, the aqueous chemical solution is excellent in affinity with the pulp fibers constituting the sheet when applied to the sheet, impregnated in the thickness direction of the sheet (also referred to as the Z direction), in the plane direction, Acts to reform. On the other hand, the oil-based chemical solution mainly coats the surface of the base material, and acts to feel the smoothness of the surface when a person touches the skin.

And since an aqueous | water-based chemical | medical solution impregnates a sheet | seat, the effect | action which extends the crepe apply | coated to the sheet | seat after application | coating is large, but such an effect | action is small with an oil-type chemical | medical solution.

There are differences in problems such as manufacturing problems depending on the characteristics of both.

<Outline of conventional manufacturing method for tissue paper products>
The flow of manufacturing tissue paper products is as follows.
First, a thin paper (also referred to as crepe paper) having a crepe is made in a papermaking facility, and the resultant is wound to produce a primary raw roll (generally also referred to as a jumbo roll).

Next, the required number of primary rolls are set in a ply machine, and a primary continuous sheet is fed out from each of the set primary rolls. 2) is produced.

Next, the secondary continuous sheet is sequentially fed out from the secondary roll, and the secondary continuous sheet is supplied to a folding facility called an interfolder, and the secondary continuous sheet is folded and sequentially laminated to produce a tissue paper bundle. The tissue paper bundle is stored in a storage box to obtain a tissue paper product.

<Types of inter-folders used to manufacture tissue paper products>
Here, in manufacturing tissue paper bundles used for tissue paper products, two types of multi-stand type (multiple type) interfolders (Patent Documents 4 and 5 below) and rotary interfolders (Patent Documents 6 and 7) are used. Inter folder is used.

As shown in Patent Documents 4 and 5, the former multi-stand type interfolder has a large number of folding mechanism sections (usually 80 to 120 machines) arranged in the line flow direction, and each folding mechanism. When two sheets of secondary continuous sheets slit to the same width as the tissue paper are supplied side by side, the two secondary continuous sheets are folded at each folding mechanism, and the upstream of the line A continuous laminated sheet in which the secondary continuous sheets folded in the folding mechanism part downstream of the line are sequentially laminated on the secondary continuous sheet folded in the folding mechanism on the side, and the required number of sheets are laminated in the most downstream A bundle is formed. Here, one machine of the folding mechanism unit is a unit of equipment that folds the secondary continuous sheets so that two sheets are aligned and folded so that each sheet is folded inward, and is a unit of the mechanism unit that is the basis of the multi-stand type interfolder. .

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 30, the rotary interfolder has a folding mechanism part composed of a pair of folding rolls 571 and 571 called folding rolls and other rolls arranged as necessary, and usually a pair of folding rolls. Each of the secondary continuous sheets S ′ and S ′ fed out from the secondary web roll is held and conveyed by the rolls, cut from the leading end side, and finally folded by the pair of folding rolls 571 and 571. At the same time, they are stacked one upon another to form a laminated sheet bundle. This rotary type interfolder X5 is relatively small and easy to switch between rolls, and has good folding quality such as sheet alignment, so it is suitable for production of high value-added products in small lots.

Furthermore, this rotary type interfolder X5 has a processing speed of usually about 80 to 100 m / min. From this processing speed, an aqueous chemical solution containing water and polyol in a wide width (about 1 to 3 m) and before the folding step. There is an advantage that it can be applied online by a gravure method or a flexo method.

<Relationship between tissue paper products and interfilers>
The multi-stand type interfolder is used to manufacture general-purpose type products that require a large amount of production, and the rotary type inter-folder has the advantage that it can be used to manufacture chemical coating types that produce less production than general-purpose types. Generally used (for example, Patent Document 1 below).

Here, when manufacturing a chemical application type product, a continuous sheet is unwound from a primary or secondary raw roll in advance by using, for example, a printer facility separately from the interfolder, and the chemical is applied and then wound up again. There is a manufacturing method of manufacturing a chemical solution coating raw roll and folding the chemical coating sheet fed from the chemical coating raw fabric roll with a rotary interfolder, but as described above, there is also a method of folding while applying a chemical solution with a rotary interfolder. It is used. The rotary type interfolder has better folding quality than the multi-stand type interfolder, and when using the multi-stand type interfolder, it is difficult to fold while managing a number of easily deformable chemical application rolls containing chemicals. The rotary type interfolder is almost used because of the reason.

However, the rotary interfolder has a disadvantage that it is inferior in productivity as compared with the multi-stand interfolder. As a specific example, in a rotary type interfolder, if a tissue paper bundle is produced at a processing speed of 100 m / min using an original roll having a width 5 times the width of the tissue paper, about 25 bundles / minute are required. In contrast, the multi-stand type interfolder can produce 435 bundles / minute at a processing speed of 100 m / minute.

<Improved rotary interfolder>
Thus, in the conventional rotary type interfolder X5, productivity is low, and it has become difficult to satisfy the growing demand for the above-described chemical solution application type products.

On the other hand, in recent years, rotary interfolders are being developed that are expected to increase the speed while maintaining the unique effects of the rotary interfolder, such as excellent folding quality. Here, this rotary interfolder is referred to as an improved rotary interfolder. This improved rotary interfolder X6 is disclosed, for example, in US Pat. No. 7,452,321 B2.

As shown in FIG. 31, the improved rotary interfolder has a complicated structure with a larger number of rolls and a longer sheet run than the conventional rotary interfolder previously shown in FIG.

The conventional rotary type interfolder X5 shown in FIG. 30 is cut while sucking on the folding rolls 571 and 571 through the vacuum holes 579 and 579, and immediately folded at the folding bars 573 and 573, and is compact. There is an advantage. However, as the processing speed increases, the tension of the continuous sheet increases, and the air resistance received by the sheet around the roll increases. There is only one vacuum hole 579 in the front end portion, the rear end portion, and the intermediate portion of the sheet, and the center and rear end portions of the sheet with respect to one through hole passing through the roll, and the front end portion of the succeeding sheet. For example, even if the vacuum capacity is increased and the cutting ability is maintained by changing the material of the blades 572 and 572, the sheet is released from the tension after cutting. However, the shrinkage of the dimension in the flow direction occurs, so that the timing of the portion that grips the leading end of the sheet is shifted and folding failure is likely to occur. Therefore, it is difficult to increase the speed.

On the other hand, in the improved rotary interfolder X6 shown in FIG. 31, the sheet cutting and sheet folding steps are separated. By this separation, the shrinkage of the cut sheet is instantaneously stabilized and held on the roll surface, so that it is possible to prevent the grip of the sheet end from being gripped in the subsequent folding, and a stable folding process is achieved. It is possible.

The improved rotary interfolder X6 has all the rolls that carry the sheet in contact with each other via the sheet, and without holding the sheet in a free state, while holding the lead end portion of the sheet with the nail, Alternatively, the sheet is transferred from the roll having each function to the roll while the sheet is held on the roll surface by vacuum, and finally the product is folded continuously by the folding roll.

As a result, the sheet can be adjusted and placed in the correct position for folding on the folding roll, and the folding of the sheet can be prevented from shifting, and the alignment of the sheet in the product can be cleaned while driving at high speed. it can.

Further, when the product specification is a Z-fold pop-up type, the sheet is supplied from only one side, the wrap rolls 681 and 681, the folding rolls 682 and 682 decelerated relative thereto, and the slightly smaller tail roll 683. 683 is used to form a swelled portion (also referred to as a bubble) 680 between the wrap roll 681 and the tail roll 683, and a so-called swollen shape of the sheet is formed on the folding roll 682. It is also possible to make a product by folding a sheet group in a state where a part of the sheet is overlapped and finally transferring the part of the sheet.

As described above, the improved rotary interfolder X6 has improved sheet retention, and high-speed production of chemical-coated tissue paper is expected. Therefore, it is desired to manufacture a chemical solution application type product in combination with such a technique as the improved rotary interfolder X6. But is. In addition to speeding up, the improved rotary interfolder X6 is manufactured using a chemical application type product, particularly an aqueous chemical solution, in addition to the following problems.

<Problems (Issues) in Improved Rotary Interfolder>
First, when an aqueous chemical solution is applied to crepe paper, which is a raw material sheet for tissue paper products, it penetrates into the sheet with time from immediately after application. And sufficient osmosis | permeation suppresses detachment | leave of the paper powder from a sheet | seat, and since a chemical | medical solution does not adhere to a roll surface, paper powder does not accumulate. For this reason, when operating a conventional relatively low-speed rotary interfolder that can take a sufficient penetration time after chemical application, the problem of paper dust accumulation is small.

However, the higher the processing speed, the stronger the tension applied to the sheet, and the shorter the permeation time of the chemical solution, so that the generation of paper powder that separates in the slit along the MD direction and the cut in the CD direction becomes remarkable. Part of the paper dust moves from roll to roll while adhering to the sheet, and part of it is scattered in the air, and part of it adheres to the equipment surface.

In the case of oil-based lotion chemicals with high viscosity, even when processing at high speed, since the chemical solution covers the sheet surface, the paper dust adheres to the oil-based lotion chemical and does not detach from the sheet. However, when an aqueous chemical solution is applied, the paper powder generated by slitting or cutting the sheet is detached from the sheet because the viscosity of the aqueous chemical solution is low.

Furthermore, when the rotary type interfolder is operated at a high speed, it is difficult to take a sufficient penetration time after applying the chemical solution, so that the chemical solution does not sufficiently penetrate the sheet, so that the chemical solution partially remains on the sheet surface and the roll surface. The chemical solution on the sheet surface is transferred and adhered to the surface. For this reason, paper dust adheres and accumulates on the portion of the chemical solution adhering to the roll surface. That is, paper powder generated from a secondary continuous sheet, or generated by slitting or cutting, is delivered at high speed while being vacuumed or gripped between many rolls while there is a portion where the chemical remains on the paper surface. The chemical solution of each roll adheres to and accumulates on the part to which the chemical solution has adhered.

In particular, as with the improved rotary type interfolder X6, when the roll configuration is complicated and the rotational speed between the rolls and the timing of delivery from roll to roll are severe, paper dust accumulation Greatly affects operability. In addition, when paper dust accumulates, it may fall off the roll surface and enter the product. The paper powder adheres and accumulates most notably on the surface of the folding roll where the cut sheet is folded.

As described above, when the speed of the rotary interfolder is increased, a problem arises due to the relationship with the aqueous chemical solution application. In particular, in the improved rotary type interfolder X6 where high speed is expected, the problem becomes remarkable.

Here, as a method of avoiding the above problem, in the ply machine or printer facility of the upstream equipment of the rotary interfolder, prepare a raw roll coated with an aqueous chemical solution and process it with a high speed rotary interfolder. It is. However, this method has three major drawbacks.

The first disadvantage of this method is that the raw roll coated with the required amount of aqueous chemical solution is easily deformed with respect to the force and the sheet is liable to be displaced with respect to the force from the side. It is deformed by the roll gripping force of the clamp lift that conveys the original fabric roll when it is taken in and out. When the raw roll is deformed, the tension of the sheet becomes unstable when processing with a rotary interfolder, which leads to wrinkling and worst paper cut. Further, when the sheet is shifted to the left and right, the slit position is shifted, and the product yield is lowered.

The second disadvantage of this method is that the film is stored or seasoned for at least 4 to 8 hours in the raw roll state, so that moisture absorption occurs during that time, the crepe is extended, and the sheet thickness of the sheet is reduced. The feeling is lost. That is, since it is highly possible that the quality is impaired, it is difficult in actual operation.

The third drawback of this method is that the high-speed rotary interfolder has the advantage of high production volume per operating time. Stopping the processing machine by changing the raw material or adjusting the processing machine. If the remaining time is the same as before, the amount of production that should have been produced, that is, the amount of reduction will increase, and in addition, the processing yield and chemical yield will be reduced, and the advantages of the high-speed rotary interfolder will be fully It cannot be fully utilized.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the problem of producing a tissue paper of chemical application type while making the best use of the processing capability of the high-speed rotary interfolder and to efficiently produce tissue paper products with high productivity. Another object is to provide a technique for suppressing the chemical liquid adhesion to the roll and the paper powder adhesion in the post-process after the manufacturing method and the chemical liquid application, and preventing the paper powder from being mixed into the tissue paper product. In addition, the present invention provides a manufacturing method that is excellent in productivity because it requires only a small improvement of existing equipment without requiring major equipment modifications.

In addition, the present invention also provides a configuration of a rotary interfolder that can be operated at a high speed particularly suitable for the present invention.

Means for solving the above problems and their effects are as follows.
[Invention of Claim 1]
A tissue paper product manufacturing method including a tissue paper bundle forming step of forming a tissue paper bundle from a continuous sheet,
After laminating a primary continuous sheet made of crepe paper having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 unwound from a primary raw roll uncoated with a chemical solution,
4 by its chemical uncoated flexographic printing method an aqueous chemical solution containing water 15% by mass or both main component polyol against the one surface of the laminated continuous sheet or non-contact liquid applying method without processing the roll 0.0 to 5.0 g / m 2 applied,
Furthermore, the laminated continuous sheet coated with the chemical solution is continuously fed to the rotary mechanism mechanism of the rotary interfolder system as a continuous sheet without processing into a roll,
In the folding mechanism part, the laminated continuous sheet is cut in the width direction, and the cut sheet is folded into a tissue paper bundle,
In addition, the processing speed is 150 to 250 m / min in the case of the flexographic printing method, and 150 to 200 m / min in the case of the non-contact type chemical solution coating method, and the time from application of the aqueous chemical solution to the completion of folding is 1.0 to 4 0. A method for producing tissue paper products, characterized in that the time is 0 second.

The present invention is a method of laminating a primary continuous sheet unwound from a primary raw roll to continuously form a laminated continuous sheet, and further applying an aqueous chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet, and further applying the chemical solution The laminated continuous sheets are continuously folded by the rotary interfolder folding mechanism so that the CD direction of the primary continuous sheet is the folding edge.

In the present invention, the continuous sheet unwound from the primary roll is processed into a tissue paper bundle without going through a single winding process. Therefore, there is no process of placing and storing the original roll coated with the chemical solution, and there are no operational problems due to the movement of the original roll coated with the chemical solution, deformation due to moisture absorption, or the like.

Further, it is possible to eliminate time production loss at the start of processing at the center of the secondary raw roll, and it is possible to reduce processing loss and chemical solution loss. In this manufacturing method, an on-line chemical solution measuring device can be attached to further reduce the loss at the start of application. Moreover, it is also possible to prepare a multiple of the required number of primary rolls to be applied to the ply machine side, attach an auto splicing device, and operate continuously. By installing these facilities, processing loss can be further reduced.

In the present invention, since the processing speed is 150 m / min or more, the problem of productivity is also improved.

Furthermore, since folding is performed in the same manner as the rotary type interfolder, folding quality is improved.

Here, in the present invention, in particular, when the application amount of the aqueous chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet is 4.0 to 5.0 g / m 2 , the folding mechanism can be operated at a high speed, and the product is soft with the chemical solution. A high quality product with a sufficiently smooth surface can be obtained. That is, it is easy to achieve both high productivity and high quality without any operational problems.

Furthermore, when the time from the application of the aqueous chemical solution to the completion of folding is 1.0 to 4.0 seconds, the aqueous chemical solution is placed in the laminated continuous sheet until the laminated continuous sheet comes into contact with the roll group constituting the folding mechanism unit. In order to suppress the generation of paper dust, the powder penetrates sufficiently, and the paper powder does not adhere to and accumulate on the roll group constituting the folding mechanism section. However, if it exceeds 4.0 seconds, the sheet becomes stiff due to the penetration of the water-based chemicals, resulting in sheet folding failure.

On the other hand, the present invention also has an advantage that a large space for application equipment is not required separately from the ply machine and the interfolder for applying the chemical solution.

In the present invention, since the secondary raw roll is not stored, processing loss and chemical loss can be reduced, and the paper thickness, bulk, and thickness are not lost. For this purpose, since uniform coating is required over the entire width and width of the continuous laminated sheet at the time of coating, an equal amount and a uniform coating amount on both outer surfaces of the secondary laminated sheet are obtained. An applicable flexo transfer coating method, or a non-contact rotor dampening method or an inkjet coating method is employed.

If the chemical liquid application is a flexographic printing method, uniform chemical liquid application can be reliably performed even if high speed operation at a processing speed of 150 m / min or more is performed.

Further, if the chemical solution coating is a non-contact coating method, there is an advantage that even when the processing speed is 150 m / min or more, the amount of the chemical solution applied to both outer surfaces can be adjusted to obtain a uniform sheet quality with no difference between the front and the back. . Furthermore, since it is a non-contact coating, there is an advantage in quality that it is easy to maintain the paper thickness.

In addition, the chemical | medical solution in this invention means the chemical | medical solution which apply | coats a softness | flexibility, softness, and the smoothness of the surface to tissue paper, such as a moisturizer and a softening agent, and does not contain only a fragrance | flavor.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
"Tissue paper products"
1 to 3 illustrate a tissue paper product X1 according to the present invention. In the tissue paper product X1 according to the present invention, a bundle of tissue paper 10 in which a plurality of tissue papers 1 are folded and overlaid is provided in a storage box 2 in which an outlet or an outlet forming portion 21 is formed on the upper surface 2U. When a set of tissue paper 1 is taken out from the outlet when stored and used, a part of a pair of lower layers stacked adjacent to each other is exposed from the outlet. One set here refers to a cut sheet unit of tissue paper, and consists of single-layer or multi-layer crepe paper.

[Storage box]
A storage box 2 in which a bundle 10 of tissue paper 1 is stored is a rectangular parallelepiped box called a carton box. The storage box 2 has a product appearance, and has an annular perforation line 21 as an outlet forming portion 21 on the upper surface 20U as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 showing the tissue paper product X1. A paper box 20 and a resin film 22 that covers a range 21 a surrounded by the perforation line 21 from the inside of the paper box are provided.

The paper box 20 is a paper box that forms the outline of the storage box, and the construction of the paper box of the known storage box is adopted for the size, shape, developed shape, and the like.
As the shape, a hexahedron shape having a rectangular upper surface 2U constituted by a pair of parallel long edges 20L, 20L in the illustrated example and a pair of parallel short edges 20S, 20S shorter than these can be exemplified, As its structure, the upper surface 2U, the bottom surface (not shown), the side surface 2S connecting them, the bottom surface side end surface piece 23B, the side surface end surface piece 23S, and the upper surface side end surface piece 23U connected to both side edges in the longitudinal direction of each surface. The side surface end piece 23S is folded back to the inner surface side of the box, and then the upper surface side end surface piece 23U and the bottom surface side end surface piece 23B are folded to overlap each other, and the contact portion of each piece is a hot melt adhesive or the like A structure constituted by bonding can be exemplified.

The size of the storage box 2 is slightly larger than the bundle 10 of the tissue paper 1 and is an inner shape that is approximately 1 to 20 mm larger than the outer shape of the bundle 10. When the size of the general storage box 2 is exemplified, the longitudinal edge is generally 110 to 320 mm, the short edge is 70 to 200 mm, and the height is about 40 to 150 mm. Even at least in the present invention, the storage box 1 having this size can be used.

As a material of the paper box 20, for example, a known paper material mainly using various pulps such as virgin pulp and waste paper pulp can be adopted. Preferably, the material of the paper box is a coated cardboard having a basis weight of 250 to 500 g / m 2 , preferably 350 to 400 g / m 2 .

Note that the paper box is not shown in the figure, but a single character, figure, picture, symbol, or a combination thereof, such as a floral pattern, spiral pattern, wave pattern, dot pattern, turtle shell pattern, star pattern, cross pattern, geometric pattern, etc. The appropriate pattern comprised by can be employ | adopted. The pattern can be applied to the outer surface of the paper box by a known printing method such as gravure printing.

On the other hand, the perforation line 21 formed on the upper surface 2U of the paper box 20 has an annular shape, is formed by a known method and a cut tie ratio, and a specific shape in a range surrounded by this is not necessarily limited. However, in the present invention, the storage box 2 is typically an approximately oval shape or a rectangle having a long side in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the paper box, as shown in the drawing, and has high take-out and convenience. This shape, which can be produced on many existing production lines, is preferred.

On the other hand, the resin film 22 is larger than the size of the range surrounded by the perforation line, and is, for example, a rectangle or an ellipse, and does not particularly affect the peeling of the annular perforation line 21 on the inner surface side of the upper surface of the paper box. Further, it is bonded to the outside of the annular perforation line 21. A suitable material for the resinous film 22 is a polyethylene film, but examples thereof include polypropylene and polyester.

The thickness of the resin film 22 is suitably 10 to 200 μm. If the thickness is less than 10 μm, the strength is insufficient, and the probability of tearing or breaking when the tissue paper 1 is taken out increases. On the contrary, if it exceeds 200 μm, there is no problem of strength, but it becomes difficult to take out and the cost is increased.

On the other hand, a slit 24 is formed in the resin film 22, and the slit 24 is located in a range surrounded by the perforation line 21.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, by cutting off the range 21a surrounded by the perforation line 21 along the annular perforation line, an outlet is formed on the upper surface 2U of the paper box, and the resin film 22 is formed. And the slit 24 formed in it is exposed through the outlet 25. In addition, the length of the said slit 24 can be made into an appropriate length, and the length considered suitable by the magnitude | size relationship with the known annular perforation line 21 is employable.

The tissue paper 1 stored as a bundle in the storage box 2 is taken out one by one from the outlet 25 through the slit 24. The slit 24 supports a part of the tissue paper exposed from the outlet 25 and prevents the tissue paper from falling into the carton box.

[Basic structure of tissue paper bundle]
A bundle 10 of tissue papers 1 of the present invention is formed by folding and stacking tissue papers 1. More specifically, as can be understood from FIG. 3, the square tissue paper 1 is substantially folded in two so that the edge 1e of the folded piece is located on the folded inner surface of the tissue paper adjacent to the top and bottom. Thus, they are stacked while alternately overlapping. Here, the term “substantially” means that a slight fold of the edge formed in manufacturing is allowed.

In the stack 10 of tissue paper 1 having the present laminated structure, when one folded piece located at the uppermost position is pulled upward, the other folded piece immediately below it is pulled upward by friction and lifted. It is done. The bundle 10 of tissue paper 1 having such a structure is stored with its uppermost surface facing the upper surface of the storage box 2 having the outlet 25 or the like on the upper surface 2U described above, and from the outlet 25, particularly the slit 24. When the first set (the set on the top surface) is drawn, a part of the other set located immediately below is exposed. Note that the number of tissue papers 1 in the present invention is not limited, but a typical number of tissue papers of this type is 120 to 240.

“Production of tissue paper products”
Next, a characteristic manufacturing method according to the present invention of the tissue paper product X1 will be described.
[Paper making process [Production method and equipment for primary roll]]
The manufacturing method of the continuous sheet concerning this invention is demonstrated.
First, a primary sheet roll JR (also referred to as a jumbo roll) is manufactured as follows using the papermaking facility example X2 shown in FIG.

An appropriate chemical is added from the head box 31 to the pulp slurry, and a paper stock prepared in advance is supplied onto the wire 32w of the wire part 32 to form the wet paper W (forming process), and then the wet paper W is pressed. After being transferred to the felt 34 of the part 33, it is sandwiched and dehydrated by the pair of dewatering rolls 34 and 35 (dewatering step).

Next, the dehydrated wet paper is attached to the surface of the Yankee dryer 36 and dried, and then scraped off by the doctor blade 37 to obtain a dry base paper S1 having a crepe (corresponding to a primary continuous sheet described later) (drying step).

Then, the dried base paper S1 is wound by a winding means 38 having a winding drum 39 so that the back surface of the dried base paper S1 faces the shaft side of the primary raw roll JR (so that it becomes the winding inner surface). Take the primary roll roll JR (primary roll take-up step).

Although this primary web roll JR differs depending on the performance of the papermaking equipment X2, the diameter is generally 1000 to 5000 mm, the length (width) is 1500 to 9200 mm, and the winding length is 5000 to 80000 m.

In addition, a calendar process (not shown) may be provided on the dry base paper S1 that has been scraped off by the doctor blade 37 before the primary web winding process to smooth the front and back surfaces.

Here, the back surface of the dry base paper S1 means a surface opposite to the surface that is in contact with the cylinder of the Yankee dryer 36. Although depending on the presence or absence of the calendar process, the surface in contact with the mirror Yankee dryer is generally smoother and has better surface properties.

Here, the primary continuous sheet S1 constituting the primary web roll JR is processed into the tissue paper 1 later, and the basis weight equivalent to the base paper basis weight before applying the chemical solution of the tissue paper 1 constituting the final product. (In the case of later lamination, 1 / basis weight of the number of laminations). Accordingly, in consideration of this, the primary raw sheet S1 specifically has a basis weight according to JIS P 8124 of 10 to 25 g / m 2 , preferably 12 to 20 g / m 2 , more preferably 13 to 16 g / m 2. And When the basis weight is less than 10 g / m 2 , it is preferable in terms of the softness of the tissue paper 1, but it becomes impossible to ensure an appropriate strength. On the other hand, if the basis weight exceeds 25 g / m 2 , the tissue paper 1 becomes too hard and the touch is deteriorated. The paper thickness (measured with a Peacock manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) is 80 to 250 μm, preferably 100 to 200 μm, more preferably 130 to 180 μm.

As a measuring method of the paper thickness, it shall be measured using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) “PEACOCK G type” (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998). Specifically, confirm that there is no dust, dust, etc. between the plunger and the measuring table, lower the plunger on the measuring table, move the memory of the dial thickness gauge to adjust the zero point, and then Raise the plunger, place the sample on the test bench, slowly lower the plunger and read the gauge at that time. At this time, only the plunger is placed. The terminal of the plunger is made of metal so that a plane with a diameter of 10 mm is perpendicular to the plane of the paper, and the load at the time of measuring the paper thickness is about 70 gf. The paper thickness is an average value obtained by performing measurement 10 times.

The primary continuous sheet S1 has a crepe rate of 10 to 30%, preferably 12 to 25%, more preferably 13 to 20%. The crepe rate is defined as follows.
Crepe rate: ((peripheral speed of the dryer during papermaking) − (peripheral speed of the reel)) / (peripheral speed of the dryer during papermaking) × 100.

When the crepe rate is less than 10%, the tissue paper 1 is easy to break during subsequent processing and has little stretch and is not stiff. On the other hand, if the crepe rate is more than 30%, it is difficult to control the tension of the sheet at the time of processing, and it becomes easy to break the paper. That is, it is difficult to fold the rotary interfolder according to the present invention.

Further, the primary continuous sheet S1 has a dry tensile strength (hereinafter also referred to as dry paper strength) specified in JIS P 8113 of 2 to 200 p-200 cN / 25 mm, preferably 250 to 600 cN / 25 mm. The lateral direction is preferably 300 to 600 cN / 25 mm, and the lateral direction is 100 to 300 cN / 25 mm, preferably 130 to 270 cN / 25 mm, particularly preferably 150 to 250 cN / 25 mm. If the dry tensile strength of the base paper is too low, troubles such as paper breakage and elongation at the time of production and use are likely to occur, and if it is too high, the touch becomes stiff when used.

These paper strengths can be adjusted by a known method. For example, NBKP of raw material pulp that reduces the freeness (for example, about 30 to 40 ml) of paper stock by adding a dry paper strength enhancer to the stock or wet paper. Known techniques such as increasing the blending ratio (for example, 50% or more) can be appropriately combined.

As the dry paper strength agent, starch, polyacrylamide, CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) or a salt thereof such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose calcium, carboxymethyl cellulose zinc and the like can be used. As the wet paper strength agent, polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin, urea resin, acid colloid / melamine resin, thermal crosslinkability imparting PAM and the like can be used.

When the wet paper strength agent is internally added, the addition amount can be about 5 to 20 kg / t in weight ratio to the pulp slurry. In addition, when the dry paper strength agent is internally added, the addition amount can be about 0.5 to 1.0 kg / t by weight ratio to the pulp slurry.

(Paper)
Here, the paper material used as the raw material of the primary raw roll (primary continuous sheet) will be described. The paper material is obtained by adding an appropriate chemical to a slurry (pulp slurry) containing pulp as a main raw material as a fiber raw material.

In the present invention, the raw material pulp is not particularly limited, and an appropriate raw material pulp used for this type of tissue paper can be selected and used. Specific examples include wood pulp, non-wood pulp, synthetic pulp, waste paper pulp, and more specifically, groundwood pulp (GP), stone grand wood pulp (SGP), refiner grand wood pulp (RGP), pressure type Mechanical pulp (MP), chemical mechanical pulp (CGP), semi-chemical pulp such as groundwood pulp (PGW), thermomechanical pulp (TMP), chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP), bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) (SCP), hardwood bleached kraft pulp (LBKP), kraft pulp (KP) such as softwood bleached kraft pulp (NBKP), chemical pulp such as soda pulp (AP), sulfite pulp (SP), dissolved pulp (DP) (CP), nylon, rayon, polyester, polyvinyl alcohol Raw paper pulp such as synthetic pulp, deinked pulp (DIP), waist pulp (WP), waste pulp (TP), cotton, flax, hemp, jute, manila hemp, ramie, etc. One or several types can be appropriately selected and used from slag pulp, straw pulp, esparto pulp, bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, kenaf pulp, and other auxiliary pulps such as bast pulp.

Among these, the raw material pulp is preferably a blend of NBKP and LBKP. Since it is compatible with an aqueous chemical solution, desirable in the production method of the present invention that is folded after application, and desirable in terms of the texture of the tissue paper to be obtained, it is preferably composed only of NBKP and LBKP of virgin pulp, In this case, the blending ratio (JIS P 8120) is preferably NBKP: LBKP = 20: 80 to 80:20, and particularly preferably NBKP: LBKP = 30: 70 to 60:40. Moreover, although used paper pulp may be blended as appropriate, it is necessary to suppress the blending amount to such an extent that the tissue does not become hard.

Examples of chemicals added to the stock include dry paper strength enhancers, wet paper strength enhancers, softeners, release agents, adhesives, pH adjusters such as caustic soda, adhesives, antifoaming agents, preservatives, slime control Agents, dyes, and the like. These chemicals may be applied to the wet paper in an appropriate process.

Outline from ply process to folding process (Outline of tissue paper bundle manufacturing equipment)]

The primary web roll JR manufactured by the papermaking facility X2 is made into a tissue paper bundle in the tissue paper bundle manufacturing facility X according to the present invention shown in FIG.

This tissue paper bundle manufacturing facility X according to the present invention characteristically has ply processing parts X3, X3, folding processing part X4, and chemical solution application parts 81, 81.

The ply processing portions X3 and X3 perform ply processing for processing a primary continuous sheet S1 made of a single layer of crepe paper fed from a primary raw roll JR into a laminated continuous sheet S2.

On the other hand, the folding processing part X4 is configured such that the raw roll support part of the rotary interfolder is eliminated and the laminated continuous sheet S2 formed in the ply processing part can be continuously received. A folding mechanism 85 having the same configuration as that of the interfolder folding mechanism is provided. In the present invention and this specification, the folding mechanism 85 may be referred to as a rotary interfolder folding mechanism 85, and the folding mechanism may be referred to as a rotary interfolder folding mechanism.

However, since the present invention has one of the problems to achieve high productivity while having high-quality folding quality of the rotary interfolder, the folding processing unit according to the present invention solves this problem. It is limited to the folding processing portion X4 capable of a processing speed of 150 m / min or more. An example of a folding mechanism unit that can constitute the folding processing unit X4 will be described later.

The chemical solution application unit 81 is positioned at the subsequent stage of the overlapping unit 51 that overlaps the plurality of primary continuous sheets S1 and S1 in the ply processing unit X3, and applies the chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet S2.

Here, in FIG. 5, for the convenience of explanation, the regions of the ply processing portion X3 and the folding processing portion X4 are shown separately. However, in the tissue paper manufacturing facility example X according to the present invention, the laminated continuous sheet S2 Since the continuous laminated sheet S2 is continuously folded after the formation, there is actually no clear boundary between the ply processing part X3 and the folding processing part X4, and the boundary is not particularly limited. The overlapping portion where at least the primary continuous sheets S1 are laminated belongs to the ply processing portion referred to in the present invention, and the folding mechanism portion that performs the folding belongs to the folding processing portion of the present invention, and there is a boundary therebetween. Therefore, the chemical solution application unit 81 may be on the folding processing unit X4 side in FIG. 5 instead of the ply processing unit X3 side in FIG.

In addition, the tissue paper manufacturing example shown in FIG. 5 is supplied with sheets from four primary raw rolls, two ply processing sections, one folding mechanism section, and a chemical application section for each of the ply processing sections. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, sheets may be supplied from two primary raw rolls, and these may be slit at the center to form four continuous sheets, and further supplied to the folding mechanism unit as two laminated sheets by ply processing. Or if it is a folding mechanism part which can form a tissue paper bundle from one lamination continuous sheet, one ply process part can be carried out. In this case, there can be one chemical solution application section.

The processing speed in each step from the ply processing to the folding in the present invention is performed at substantially the same speed from the feeding of the primary material to the folding in the rotary interfolder. Therefore, the upper limit processing speed of the present invention is 300 m / min, which is the same as the processing speed of the rotary interfolder.

(Ply processing part)
Next, the ply processing portion X3 will be described with particular reference to FIGS. The illustrated ply processing unit X3 (tissue paper bundle manufacturing facility X) can set two or more primary rolls JR, and a primary continuous sheet fed from each primary roll roll JR, JR (in the illustrated example) S11 and S12) are configured to be supplied to a stacking unit (stacking unit) 51 that is stacked along the continuous direction to form a stacked continuous sheet. Here, the overlapping portion 51 is composed of a pair of nip rolls, and stacks the primary continuous sheets S11 and S12 and nips them to make the primary continuous sheets stacked and integrated.

In the illustrated example, the surfaces of the primary continuous sheets S11 and S12 fed out from the primary raw rolls JR and JR are respectively the surfaces of the laminated continuous sheets S2 (here, the “surface” of the laminated continuous sheets is the laminated outer surface). It is supplied to the overlapping portion 51 so as to be the front and back surfaces. You may comprise so that the back surface of primary continuous sheet S11, S12 may become the surface of lamination | stacking continuous sheet S2, respectively, either one back surface of primary continuous sheet S11, S12 may become the surface of lamination | stacking continuous sheet S2, and the other surface May be the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, but the surface of the primary raw sheet S11, S12 is in contact with the surface of the Yankee dryer during drying, so there is less fuzz compared to the back surface, and it is smooth and soft to the touch Therefore, it is desirable that the surface of the primary continuous sheet (dry base paper S1) forms the front and back surfaces of the laminated continuous sheet S2.

In this embodiment, two primary web rolls JR are set and a so-called two-ply laminated continuous sheet is wound, but three sets, four sets are three-ply, four-ply laminated continuous sheets. Is also possible.

Further, in the illustrated ply processing section (tissue paper bundle manufacturing facility example), a plurality of primary web rolls are set, and the primary continuous sheets unwound from each primary web roll are stacked. For example, a primary continuous sheet wound from one primary raw roll is slit in the continuous direction to form a plurality of slit primary continuous sheets, and one of the slit primary continuous sheets is A laminated continuous sheet may be formed so as to be superimposed on another slit primary continuous sheet. That is, you may comprise so that a lamination | stacking continuous sheet may be formed from the primary continuous sheet unwound from one primary original fabric roll.

On the other hand, the tissue paper bundle manufacturing facility of the present embodiment shown in the figure has chemical solution coating means 81 at the subsequent stage of the overlapping portion 51 of each ply processing portion X3, X3, and in this chemical solution application means 81, the laminated continuous sheet S2 is provided. Apply the chemical solution continuously.

In this chemical solution applying means 81, it is preferable to apply the chemical solution on both the front and back surfaces of the laminated continuous sheet S2, but it may be only on one side.

In the present invention, the laminated continuous sheet S2 coated with the chemical solution by the chemical solution applying means 81 is continuously supplied to the subsequent folding portion X4 without being wound on a roll.

As described above, the chemical solution application unit 81 is not limited to this position.

(Calendar processing)
On the other hand, in the ply processing part X3, one or more calendar parts 52 can be provided between the overlapping part 51 and the folding mechanism part 85 to calendar the laminated continuous sheet S2. The calendar unit 52 may be provided before or after the chemical solution applying unit 81. Moreover, you may provide in both the front | former stage and back | latter stage of the chemical | medical solution application means 81. FIG. In the example of illustration, it provides in both. The ply processing unit in the illustrated example is configured such that the chemical solution applying unit 81 can be bypassed by forming a sheet conveyance path from the preceding calendar unit to the subsequent calendar unit. If it does in this way, also when manufacturing products other than a chemical liquid application type product, the manufacturing equipment of the tissue paper bundle concerning the present invention can be used. That is, the manufacture of the tissue paper bundle for the general-purpose type product and the manufacture of the tissue paper bundle for the chemical solution application type can be easily achieved by switching the sheet conveying path.

The type of calendar in the calendar unit 52 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a soft calendar or a chilled calendar for reasons of improving the smoothness of the surface and adjusting the paper thickness. The soft calendar is a calendar using a roll coated with an elastic material such as urethane rubber, and the chilled calendar is a calendar made of a metal roll.

The number of calendar parts 52 can be changed as appropriate. If there is a plurality of installations, it has the advantage that it can be sufficiently smoothed even if the processing speed is high. On the other hand, one installation has the advantage that it can be installed even if the space is small.

When two or more calendar parts are installed, they can be arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the up-down direction, or the oblique direction, and these installation directions can be combined. When arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the holding angle becomes smaller, so the processing speed can be increased, and when arranged side by side in the vertical direction, the installation space can be reduced. The holding angle referred to here means an angle during which the sheet is in contact with the roll as viewed from the center of the roll axis (a part of an arc of a cross section perpendicular to the axis) (hereinafter the same).

Paper making is also performed as control factors such as the calendar type, the nip line pressure, and the number of nips in calendar processing, and these control factors are preferably changed as appropriate according to the quality of tissue paper to be obtained, that is, the paper thickness and surface properties.

(Folding part)
Next, the folding portion X4 will be described with particular reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the laminated continuous sheet S2 to which the chemical solution is applied by the chemical solution application unit 81 of the ply processing unit X3 is continuously supplied to the folding processing unit X4 and is guided to the folding mechanism unit 85 in the folding processing unit X4. Therefore, the laminated continuous sheet is cut in the width direction at an appropriate interval, and the cut sheet is folded to form a tissue paper bundle.

Note that the folding processing section X4 according to the present invention shown in FIG. 7 preferably has trim means 86 at the front stage of the folding mechanism section 85, and the trim means 86 cuts and removes both side edges of the laminated continuous sheet S2. The width of the laminated continuous sheet S2 is adjusted to an appropriate width.

The trim means 86 includes a trim slitter 87 and a scraper roll 88 formed of an expander roll or a roll that inclines in a curved or non-curved downward direction from the center in the width direction toward both side edges.

When the trim means 86 is provided as described above, it is desirable that the chemical liquid application means 81 is positioned before the trim means 86 in terms of the relationship with the chemical liquid application means 81. By trimming both side edges of the laminated continuous sheet S2 at the subsequent stage of the chemical solution applying means 81, the moisture can be easily lowered, and the folding process can be performed by cutting the end of the laminated continuous sheet S2 that is likely to be wrinkled or scratched. It has the effect of stabilizing.

Here, the high speed referred to in the present invention means that a continuous sheet is conveyed at a speed of at least 150 m / min . By setting the speed to 150 m / min or more, there is an advantage in terms of productivity as compared with the conventional low-speed rotary interfolder. However, when it exceeds 300 m / min, it becomes difficult to stably fold the sheet coated with the chemical solution.

Here, when the processing speed is set to 150 m / min or more, it is desirable that the second chemical solution application step 82 to the folding completion by the folding roll be 1.0 to 4.0 seconds. With this number of seconds, the generation of paper dust is reliably prevented by the effect of applying the primary chemical solution. If it is less than 1.0 second, the effect of suppressing the generation of paper dust is not sufficient, and if it exceeds 4.0 seconds, the rigidity of the sheet is lost and conversely a folding failure occurs.

(Contact embossing)
In the manufacturing method of the tissue paper product X1 of the present invention, contact embossing that makes it difficult to peel off the sheet (ply) can be performed.

This contact embossing is paired with an embossing roll having an embossing convex portion at an appropriate position of either the ply processing portion X3 or the folding processing portion X4, preferably just before the laminated continuous sheet S2 is cut by the folding mechanism portion 85. An emboss receiving roll such as a rubber roll is provided and applied.

The specific embossing pattern in this contact embossing is not specifically limited. For example, an emboss made of a unit emboss group having a dot shape, a square shape, a rectangular shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, or the like may be appropriately arranged in a line shape in the width direction of the continuous sheet (the direction corresponding thereto after cutting).

The unit embossed group may be arranged at equal intervals, but it may not be staggered or evenly spaced, and the contact embosses may be arranged in one row or in two or more rows. Is also possible. The contact embossing may be joined by other means such as ultrasonic waves, in addition to joining by mechanically applying pressure with the embossing roll.

(Slit process)
In the manufacturing method of the tissue paper product X1 of the present invention, slit means (not shown) is provided in the front stage of the folding mechanism section 85 and in the rear stage of the chemical solution application section 81, and the laminated continuous sheet S2 in the folding mechanism section 85 is widened. Prior to cutting in the direction, the laminated continuous sheet S2 may be slit in the flow direction so as to be the width of the tissue paper product X1. The slit means that performs the slitting process can be a slit means that includes a plurality of roll cutters and receiving portions that are arranged side by side with an interval of the tissue paper width in the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2. If each laminated continuous sheet S2 that has been slit is supplied to the folding mechanism unit 85 and folded, the cutting process described later becomes unnecessary and the productivity is improved.

(Cutting process)
The long tissue paper bundle 10C containing the aqueous chemical solution such as the width of the secondary continuous roll roll formed by the folding mechanism 85 or the width of the laminated continuous sheet S2 trimmed in the widthwise direction is subjected to an appropriate cutting step (illustrated). The tissue paper bundle 10 is cut (cut) into a length suitable for the tissue paper product, for example, a length slightly shorter than the longitudinal direction of the storage box.

[Chemical solution application part]
For the chemical liquid application in the chemical liquid application unit 81, known chemical liquid application methods and application means such as flexographic printing, gravure printing, curtain coating, spray coating, and ink jet printing can be employed. In particular, since the chemical solution can be satisfactorily applied at a high speed operation, the flexographic printing method is particularly suitable when the operation speed is increased, particularly when the operation speed is 500 m / min or more.

Further, when the speed is about 150 to 250 m / min, the non-contact method in which a chemical solution is directly applied to the paper surface is extremely suitable since the printing plate roll or the like is not brought into contact with the paper surface, so that the generation of paper dust is extremely small. In this case, it is particularly preferable to use equipment that can be installed in a small area with the equipment installation cost, especially the spray application by the roller dampening spraying method, the amount and area of the medicine applied, and the management of the application pattern. This is an inkjet printing method that is highly accurate and less likely to cause unevenness.

In addition, in the chemical solution application unit 81, it is desirable to cover, for example, the vicinity of the chemical solution application unit portion with respect to the laminated continuous sheet S2 with a hood or the like in order to prevent scattering of the chemical solution being applied. In particular, when adopting spray coating or ink jet printing, it is particularly desirable to provide such a hood or the like because these means are easily affected by the surrounding air current in terms of scattering of the sprayed chemical liquid and stability in the spraying direction.

Specific examples of flexographic printing, spray coating, and ink jet printing, which are specific means in the chemical solution applying means 81 of the present invention, will be described later.

Here, the application amount of the aqueous chemical solution in the chemical solution application step is 4.0 to 5.0 g / m 2 in terms of the total chemical application amount on both surfaces . If it exceeds 5.0 g / m 2, it may interfere with operability such as paper breakage due to a decrease in paper strength or elongation, paper thickness or web bulk may decrease in quality, or the stickiness may be excessive. come. If it is less than 4.0 g / m 2 , the quality difference from the uncoated product such as smoothness and moistness cannot be felt.

In addition, in the present invention, it is basic to apply approximately the same amount of chemical solution on the front and back surfaces, but the chemical solution application amount on the front and back surfaces varies depending on the front and back differences of the laminated continuous sheet and other operations and quality. You may do it.

(Aqueous chemicals)
Next, the aqueous chemical solution used in the present invention will be described. The aqueous chemical solution in the present invention contains water and a polyol, and particularly preferably contains 70 to 90% polyol, 1 to 15% moisture, and 0.01 to 22% functional chemical.

Moreover, when using the said aqueous | water-based chemical | medical solution in the aqueous | water-based chemical | medical solution coating method of this invention, the aqueous | water-based chemical | medical solution temperature at the time of aqueous | water-based chemical | medical solution application | coating is 30 to 60 degreeC, Preferably it is preferable to set it as 35 to 55 degreeC.

For this reason, as a water-system chemical | medical solution, it is desirable for the viscosity in 40 degreeC to be 1-700 mPa * s. More preferably, it is 50-400 mPa * s (40 degreeC). If it is less than 1 mPa · s, the aqueous chemical solution is likely to scatter, and conversely if it is greater than 700 mPa · s, it becomes difficult to control the coating amount to be stable.

Examples of the polyol include polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, diglycerin, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and derivatives thereof, and sugars such as sorbitol, glucose, xylitol, maltose, maltitol, mannitol, and trehalose. It can be illustrated.

Of the above components, it is preferable to use a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerin or propylene glycol as a main component in order to stabilize the viscosity and coating amount of the aqueous chemical solution.

Examples of the functional agent include softeners, surfactants, inorganic and organic fine particle powders, and oily components. Softeners and surfactants have the effect of imparting flexibility to the tissue paper and smoothing the surface, and anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants are applied. Inorganic and organic fine particle powders have a smooth surface. The oil component has a function of improving lubricity, and higher alcohols such as liquid paraffin, cetanol, stearyl alcohol, and oleyl alcohol can be used.

In addition, as a functional agent, one or more of a hydrophilic polymer gelling agent, collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed silk, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, ceramide, etc. are optionally selected as agents that maintain the moisture retention of polyol. A moisturizer such as a combination of the above can be added.

As functional agents, emollients such as fragrances and various natural extracts, vitamins, emulsifiers that stabilize compounding ingredients, antifoaming agents, antifungal agents, organic acids, etc. An odorant can be appropriately blended. Furthermore, you may contain the antioxidant of vitamin C and vitamin E.

[Specific examples of chemical application means]
Next, a suitable chemical solution application method / means employed in the chemical solution application step will be described.
(Flexo printing)
As the chemical solution application means 81 in the chemical solution application step, a flexographic printing method can be adopted. In particular, the flexographic printing method can apply a high-speed and stable chemical solution, and can apply a stable chemical solution while supporting a high processing speed. Examples of flexographic printing presses according to the present invention are shown in FIGS.

Since this flexographic printing uses a resin-based elastic printing plate, even if there is some unevenness of the crepe on the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, it can be adjusted with the printing pressure and can be applied without unevenness. Wrinkles are less likely to enter S2. In addition, a single roll can handle a wide range of chemical viscosity, which is advantageous in terms of management and equipment maintenance.

Here, when applying a chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet S2 in the present invention, considering that the operability in high-speed operation is not deteriorated while making a sufficient amount of chemical solution applied, the number of flexographic printing plate rolls is 10 to 60 wires, Preferably it is 15-40 lines, Most preferably, it is 20-35 lines. If the number of lines is less than 10, many coating irregularities occur. On the other hand, if the number of lines exceeds 60 lines, the paper dust tends to clog.

The number of lines of anilox roll is 10 to 300 lines, preferably 25 to 200 lines, particularly preferably 50 to 100 lines. If the number of lines is less than 10, many coating irregularities occur. On the other hand, if the number of lines exceeds 300 lines, the paper dust tends to be clogged. The anilox roll has a cell capacity of 10 to 100 cc, preferably 15 to 70 cc, particularly preferably 30 to 60 cc. If the cell capacity is less than 10 cc, a desired coating amount cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the cell capacity is more than 100 cc, the amount of chemical solution scattered increases.

Here, in the present invention, it is important that the chemical solution can be stably applied in the chemical solution application step, and the number of lines of the printing plate roll and the aniloc roll related to the operation stability is important. Therefore, the number of lines of each roll that does not deteriorate the operability has an important meaning other than the amount of chemical solution applied.

In addition, as a system for transferring the chemical liquid stored in the storage tank to the anilox roll, an appropriate method such as a doctor chamber type or a touch roll type is adopted. Examples of forms employing these flexographic printing methods will be described in further detail below.

≪Example of doctor chamber system≫
A form example in which the doctor chamber format in the flexo printing is applied to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, two flexographic printing machines 91A and 91B are used to apply a chemical to the front and back surfaces of the laminated continuous sheet S2. In each of the printing machines 91A and 91B, doctor chambers 92A and 92B containing a chemical solution are arranged to face the rotatable anilox rolls 93A and 93B, and the chemical solution is transferred from the doctor chambers 92A and 92B to the anilox rolls 93A and 93B. It is supposed to be handed over. In addition, printing rolls 94A and 94B that are in contact with the anilox rolls 93A and 93B and are also in contact with one surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2 are rotatably installed. It is supposed to be handed over. Then, while applying pressure to the laminated continuous sheet S2 with the elastic rolls 95A and 95B facing the printing plate rolls 94A and 94B across the laminated continuous sheet S2, the chemical solution is applied from the printing plate rolls 95A and 95B to the laminated continuous sheet S2. Apply.

Each of the doctor chambers 92A and 92B is connected to a storage tank 98 for storing the chemical liquid L via a supply hose 96 and a return hose 97, and constitutes a part of the chemical liquid circulation path (hereinafter, each printing machine 91A and 91B). For explaining the same structure, one of them may be written in parentheses as in the doctor chamber 91A (91B)). The storage tank 98 can be shared by the doctor chambers 92A and 92B. Although not shown, in order to stabilize the chemical viscosity by monitoring and controlling the temperature of the chemical solution in the coating device such as paper dust and air filtration devices, doctor chambers 92A, 92B, etc. contained in the chemical solution circulating in the chemical solution circulation path It is possible to install a sensor or the like for monitoring the water amount and variation in the paper width direction using an infrared inspection machine or the like for managing the coating amount by the water content in the width direction of the intermediate tank, pipe heater, and laminated continuous sheet S2. it can.

The chemical solution is supplied from the storage tank 98 to the doctor chamber 91 </ b> A (91 </ b> B) by the supply pump 99 through the supply hose 96 by pressure supply, and the extrusion amount (flow rate) of the chemical solution is adjusted by opening / closing the adjustment valve 100. The Further, the return of the chemical solution from the doctor chamber 91A (91B) to the storage tank 98 is performed by the suction pump 101 via the return hose 97.

The doctor chamber 91A (91B) includes a chamber portion 102 and blades 103 and 104 in which a chemical solution is stored. The chamber portion 102 is open at the end on the anilox roll 93A (93B) side, and is connected to a supply hose 96 and a return hose 97 via connecting portions 105 and 106. During the chemical solution circulation, the chemical solution L is stored and supplied to the anilox roll 93A (93B). On the other hand, the blades 103 and 104 are provided so as to come into contact with the anilox roll 93A (93B), and the chemical solution L is squeezed while being pressed against the anilox roll 93A (93B), so that the chemical solution to the anilox roll 93A (93B) is drawn. The supply amount is constant.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, a hole 106 a that is an opening portion of a predetermined diameter is formed on the upper surface of the connection portion 106 between the return hose 97 that serves as a return path for the chemical liquid L and the chamber portion 102. Even if the chemical liquid L in the connecting portion comes into contact with the outside air through the hole 106a and the chemical liquid L is sucked by the suction pump 101, the chemical liquid L comes into contact with the outside air so that the internal pressure in the chamber portion 102 can be brought close to the external pressure. It is configured. Thereby, the internal pressure fluctuation in the doctor chamber is suppressed. Note that the hole 106a may be formed so as to communicate with the upper surface of the chamber 102, for example, as long as fluctuations in the internal pressure of the chamber 102 are suppressed. The hole 106 a may be provided on the side surface as long as it is above the liquid level of the chemical solution L in the chamber portion 102.

The hole 106a is provided with a determining means for determining excessive supply of the chemical solution to the chamber 102. The discriminating means can be, for example, a transparent or translucent tube-like member 106b extending upward with the hole 106a side as the lower end, and in the process of circulating the chemical liquid L, the chemical liquid L passes through the hole in the tube. It can be visually confirmed whether or not it flows into 106b. When inflow into the tube 106b is confirmed, the amount of the chemical solution stored in the chamber portion 102 is excessive (the chemical solution L is in an oversupply state with respect to the anilox roll 91A (91B)). Can be grasped. Therefore, the user who visually confirms the excessive state can eliminate the excessive state by, for example, adjusting the extrusion amount (flow rate) of the chemical liquid L by operating the adjustment valve 100. Since the tube 106b is hollow and the upper end side is in contact with the outside air, the operation of the hole 106a is not canceled out.

In addition, by providing the upper end (free end) of the tube 106b downward, it is possible to prevent foreign matters such as paper dust from entering the hole 106b. In addition, an air filter may be installed at the upper end or the hole of the tube 106b to prevent foreign matters such as paper dust from entering.

Note that the oversupply state of the chemical liquid L to the chamber unit 102 may be automatically determined, and the determination result may be notified to the user.

For this automatic determination, as shown in FIG. 11, a sensor 106d is attached to a cylindrical portion 106c with the peripheral edge of the hole 106a extending upward, and a signal from the sensor 106d is received to determine from the notification section. Inform the results.

The sensor 106d includes, for example, a light emitting element (not shown) that emits light toward the detected body and a light receiving element (not shown) that receives the reflected light from the detected body, and reflects the reflected light from the light receiving element. Based on the amount of received light, it is detected whether or not the height of the chemical liquid L flowing into the cylindrical portion 106c has reached the height position (y1 shown in FIG. 11) where the sensor 06d is provided.

For example, the notification unit 106e is a speaker or the like, and when the sensor 106d detects that the height of the chemical liquid L flowing into the cylindrical unit 106c has reached the height position where the sensor 106d is provided, The user is notified by voice.

In this example, when an excessive state is reached, the user can know the fact by the notification unit 106e, and by operating the adjustment valve 100 to adjust the extrusion amount (flow rate) of the chemical liquid L, It becomes possible to eliminate the excessive state.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12, in addition to the automatic discrimination function, the determination of the oversupply state of the chemical solution L to the chamber portion 102 includes an adjustment portion 106f having a needle valve structure having a needle valve and an orifice in the cylindrical portion 106c. It can be configured to adjust the amount of opening of the portion of the hole 106b that comes into contact with the outside air. Thus, by adjusting the substantial opening amount of the hole portion 106b by the adjusting portion 106f, the opening amount of the hole portion 106b can be appropriately adjusted according to the internal pressure fluctuation amount in the chamber portion 102. . Therefore, when the height of the chemical liquid L flowing into the cylindrical portion 106c reaches the detection position by the sensor 103e, not only the adjustment of the extrusion amount of the chemical liquid L is dealt with, but also the hole 106b of the adjusting portion 106f By adjusting the substantial opening amount, it is possible to improve the air venting capability of the hole 106b (expand the contact area with the outside air) and suppress the internal pressure fluctuation in the chamber portion 102. Thereby, the ejection of the chemical liquid L from the chamber portion 102 due to the internal pressure fluctuation and the suction of the chemical liquid L on the anilox roll 93A (93B) to the doctor chamber 92A (92B) side are suitably prevented, and the circulation of the chemical liquid L is prevented. Is promoted.

On the other hand, in the doctor chamber type flexographic printing machine, the anilox roll 93A (93B) is provided so as to contact the blades 103 and 104 of the doctor chamber 92A (92B), and the opening of the chamber portion 102 of the doctor chamber 92A (92B) is provided. It is configured such that the chemical liquid L to be supplied is adsorbed on the peripheral surface.

The printing plate roll 94A (94B) has a cylindrical shape whose peripheral surface is made of a resin material such as a rubber material, and the peripheral surfaces (points P1, P2 shown in FIG. 9) are anilox rolls 93A (93B) and The elastic roll 95A (95B) is provided so as to contact the peripheral surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2 wound around the elastic roll 95A (95B), and is configured to be rotatable.

The printing plate roll 94A (94B) rotates in the r2 direction when the elastic roll 95A (95B) rotates in the r1 direction, and rotates the anilox roll 93A (93B) in contact with the right end in the r1 direction. The printing plate roll 94A (94B) obtains the chemical solution L adsorbed on the peripheral surface of the anilox roll 93A (93B) at the point P2, conveys it to the point P1 by turning in the r2 direction, and forms the laminated continuous sheet S2. Transcript. Even if the chemical solution L adsorbed by the anilox roll 93A (93B) remains unevenly in a layered manner on the peripheral surface of the anilox roll 93A (93B), it is transferred to the peripheral surface of the plate roll 94A (94B). The chemical liquid L can be uniformly transferred to the laminated continuous sheet S2.

The elastic roll 95A (95B) is a columnar member that is provided adjacent to the printing plate roll 94A (94B) and rotates when a driving force is applied from a motor (not shown) or the like, and is continuously laminated on the peripheral surface. The sheet S2 is configured to be gripped. Therefore, the elastic roll 95A (95B) rotates in the r1 direction so as to wind the supplied laminated continuous sheet S2 around the peripheral surface and rotate the printing plate roll 94A (94B) and the anilox roll 93A (93B). Then, the chemical liquid L can be transferred from the printing plate roll 94A (94B) when it is conveyed to the point P1 position.

Although the direction of rotation of the elastic roll 95A (95B) is the r1 direction in FIG. 9, it may of course be configured to rotate in the r2 direction. In this case, the anilox roll 93A (93B) and the printing plate roll 94A (94B) are rotated in the direction opposite to that in FIG. 9 (that is, the anilox roll 93A (93B): r2 direction, the printing plate roll 94A (94B): r1 direction). Move.

Here, in the example shown in FIG. 9, only one supply hose 96 and one return hose 97 are connected to the chamber portion 102, but it is preferable that the chemical solution L in the width direction in the chamber portion 102 be uniform. The structure shown to 13 (A)-(C) can be illustrated. FIG. 13A shows a width direction D of a doctor chamber 92A (92B) in which an outer frame is formed in a wide rectangular shape along an anilox roll 93A (93B) that is formed wide and rotates around a rotation axis R0. This is an example of a structure in which a supply hose 96 is connected to a portion near the left and right ends of each, and a return hose 97 is connected to the center. FIG. 13B is a structural example in which three supply hoses 96 and two return hoses 97 are alternately connected at equal intervals in the width direction D. FIG. 13C is a structural example in which the supply hose 96 is connected to a plurality of locations near the upper side of the chamber portion 102 and the return hose 97 is connected to a plurality of locations near the lower side.

<< Embodiment example of 2-roll transfer system >>
Next, an example of an embodiment to which the two-roll transfer format in the bullet printing is applied will be described with reference to FIG. Also in this embodiment, two flexographic printing machines 91C and 91D are used to apply the chemical liquid L to the front and back surfaces of the laminated continuous sheet S2. In each of the printing machines 91C and 91D, dip rolls 92C and 92D, which are rotatable squeezing rolls, are immersed in the chemical liquid tanks 98C and 98D containing the chemical liquid L. The dip rolls 92C and 92D are outside the chemical liquid tanks 98C and 98D. Are in contact with the rotatable anilox rolls 93C and 93D, the amount of the chemical solution is appropriately adjusted, and the amount of the chemical solution is delivered to the anilox rolls 93C and 93D. Since the chemical solution L is transferred to the anilox rolls 93C and 93D through the dip rolls 92C and 92D, it is called a two-roll transfer system. Here, the dip rolls 92C and 92D serve to take up the chemical liquid L from the chemical liquid tanks 98C and 98D and adjust the excessive chemical liquid so as not to be transferred to the anilox rolls 93C and 93D.

The anilox rolls 93C and 93D are in contact with the printing plate rolls 94C and 94D, and deliver the chemical liquid L transferred from the dip rolls 92C and 92D to the printing plate rolls 94C and 94D. The printing plate rolls 94C and 94D are rotatably installed, are in contact with the anilox rolls 93C and 93D, are also in contact with one surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, and are opposed to the elastic rolls 95C and 95D facing each other with the laminated continuous sheet S2 interposed therebetween. Then, the chemical solution L is applied to the laminated continuous sheet S2 while applying pressure to the laminated continuous sheet S2.

In this two-roll transfer method, a doctor blade may be provided for the anilox rolls 93C and 93D. In this case, the chemical solution L can be uniformly applied, and the chemical solution L is scattered from the anilox rolls 93C and 93D. You can enjoy the benefits such as prevention, but on the other hand, there is a demerit that you have to care or replace the doctor blade.

Although not shown in the chemical liquid tanks 98C and 98D, a paper powder and air filtering device included in the chemical liquid, a piping heater for monitoring and controlling the temperature of the chemical liquid, and stabilizing the chemical liquid viscosity, a laminated continuous sheet A sensor or the like for monitoring the moisture amount and variation in the paper width direction using an infrared inspection machine or the like for managing the coating amount with the moisture content in the width direction of S2 can be installed.

Embodiment of 1-roll transfer type >>

Next, a description will be given of a form example in which the one-roll transfer format in the bullet printing is applied to the present invention. In this example, the dip roll is omitted from the above-described two-roll transfer format (the drawing is omitted). In this case, each anilox roll is rotatably installed while being immersed in the chemical solution tank. For these anilox rolls, a doctor blade for scraping off the chemical solution on the anilox roll surface is installed. Such a flexo 1-roll transfer format has the advantage that the maintenance is relatively easy, and the advantage that the state of contamination of the blades and foreign matters such as paper dust in the chemical solution can be easily observed.

(Spray coating method)
Next, an example in which a spray coating apparatus is used as the chemical solution coating unit 81 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Spray coating has the advantage that the equipment installation cost and equipment installation area can be reduced. In the present invention, since the ply processing part for performing the laminating process and the folding mechanism part for performing the folding are an integrated apparatus, spray coating capable of reducing the equipment cost and the equipment area is preferably employed in this respect.

For spray coating, a nozzle spray method, a rotor dampening spray method, or the like can be employed. The rotor dampening spray method described later is preferable.

The spray coating apparatus has a coating unit having a nozzle unit, a rotor dampening unit, or the like depending on the system, and a plurality of the coating units are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2 so that the spray ports face the laminated continuous sheet S2. Then, the aqueous chemical solution is applied to the laminated continuous sheet S2 by spraying the aqueous chemical solution from each unit at the same time.

The types of nozzles for spraying in the nozzle type spray method include empty cone-type nozzles that spray in an annular shape, full-cone nozzles that spray in a circular shape, full-pyramid types that spray in a square shape, full-length nozzles, fan-type nozzles, etc. The nozzle diameter, the number of nozzles, the nozzle arrangement pattern, the number of nozzle arrangements, or the spray distance, spray pressure, spray angle, and so that the aqueous chemical solution is sprayed uniformly in the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2. The concentration, viscosity, etc. of the spray liquid can be appropriately selected and used.

Moreover, about the method of atomizing in a nozzle type spraying apparatus, it can select and use two types, a 1 fluid system or a 2 fluid system. Of these, the one-fluid spraying method uses a compressed air to directly spray water-based chemicals to be sprayed and sprays mist droplets from the nozzle, or air enters the nozzle from fine holes opened on the side of the nozzle near the jet outlet. This is a method of sucking and spraying mist. In addition, the two-fluid spraying method is mixed with a liquid sprayed with compressed air inside the nozzle, an internal mixing type that atomizes, mixed with a liquid sprayed with compressed air outside the nozzle, an external mixing type that atomizes, and atomized Examples include a collision type system in which mist droplet particles collide with each other to further homogenize and atomize the mist droplet particles. A preferred nozzle type spraying device is a two-fluid spraying method.

An example of the two-fluid spray nozzle unit is as shown in FIG. 15, and will be further described with reference to this. The nozzle unit 110 has an aqueous chemical solution passage 110A at the center and an air passage 110B around it, and the aqueous chemical solution L ejected from the tip of the aqueous chemical solution passage 110A is atomized by the air discharged from the air passage 110B. The aqueous chemical solution L is sprayed in a substantially conical shape. 110C is an external protective casing that protects the nozzle from paper dust and the like, and can clean the nozzle with air that passes through the purge air passage 110D if necessary.

Here, in the aqueous chemical solution application by spray application, the droplets are pushed away by the splash of the sprayed aqueous chemical solution or the air accompanying the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, and the droplets are less likely to adhere to the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 16, in the case of the nozzle type, the sprayed water-based chemical solution from the nozzle unit 110 is discharged from the periphery of the nozzle unit 110 by the air 110G ejected from the air supply path 110F formed in the casing 110E. It is desirable to apply the aqueous chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet S2 so as to surround it.

Next, a rotor dampening spraying method suitable for the present invention among spray coating will be described. In the rotor dampening spray method, as shown in FIGS. 17 to 18, in particular, an apparatus example 140, a plurality of rotor dampening units 141 are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2.

In each loader dampening unit 141, the fluid chamber 143 having the ejecting portion 142 is rotated at high speed, the chemical solution is sent into the fluid chamber 143, and the chemical solution in the fluid chamber is discharged from the ejecting portion 142 by centrifugal force to form a fine mist. It drops. The mist droplet diameter is controlled by changing the rotational speed of the fluid chamber 143, and the spray liquid amount (application amount) is controlled by changing the liquid feed amount to the fluid chamber. The rotor dampening spraying method can apply a small amount of spray liquid uniformly to the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2 while suppressing the spraying of mist droplets, and it is easy to adjust the spraying speed and the particle size of the mist. There are certain advantages.

In the illustrated embodiment of the rotor dampening unit 141, a shutter 145 that preferably opens and closes the spray port 144 is provided, and the presence or absence of spraying can be controlled by opening and closing the shutter 145. .

Here, when arranging a plurality of rotor dampening units so as to be orthogonal to the flow direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2 and installing the rotor dampening unit perpendicular to the traveling laminated continuous sheet S2, the interval between the injection holes is preferably 50 to 150 mm. is there.

On the other hand, in order to spray and apply the aqueous chemical liquid uniformly on the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, it is preferable that the atomized particle diameter of the atomized aqueous chemical liquid is as small as possible. However, if the mist droplets are too fine, the mist droplets are swept away by the rebound of the sprayed air or the air accompanying the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2, and the mist droplets are difficult to adhere to the laminated continuous sheet S2 surface. For this reason, in the spray application method, the spray distance, spray pressure, spray angle, and spray speed are added, and in the case of the two-fluid method, the mixing ratio of the aqueous chemical solution for spraying and the compressed air, and the concentration and viscosity of the aqueous chemical solution Can be adjusted to a particle size suitable for the application conditions, and if the influence of the accompanying air is large during spraying, a suction device or baffle plate (rectifying plate) for removing the accompanying air, the above-mentioned In addition, a charging electrode (electrostatic spray method) is added to improve the adhesion of mist to pigment coated paper by applying high voltage to the tip of the spray nozzle and charging the mist droplet particles. May be.

In addition, if the weight average particle diameter of the preferable mist droplet particle | grains when employ | adopting a spray application system is illustrated, it will be 20-150 micrometers.

Further, the mist droplets floating as mist without being applied to the surface of the laminated continuous sheet S2 can be sucked and collected and sprayed again.

(Inkjet printing method)
Next, an example in which the ink jet printer 130 is used as the chemical solution applying unit 81 according to the present invention will be described. A known ink jet printer 130 can be used.
The inkjet printing method has the advantage of high drug application amount, application area, and application pattern management accuracy, and is less likely to cause unevenness. This improves the folding accuracy of the folding mechanism and produces even higher quality products. There are advantages that can be done.

The ink jet printer 130 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 19 to 20. A tank (not shown) containing an aqueous chemical solution L is connected to the ink jet head 132 via a supply path 131. The aqueous chemical solution is supplied from the tank to the inkjet head 132 by a supply pump (not shown).

A plurality of nozzle holes 134 are linearly arranged in a portion of the inkjet head 132 facing the laminated continuous sheet S2, which is a material to be coated, at least corresponding to the width of the laminated continuous sheet S2. A nozzle plate 133 is arranged.

Here, the distance from the nozzle hole 134 to the laminated continuous sheet S2 is preferably 1 to 10 mm, more preferably 1 to 3 mm. In the ink jet printing method, since the amount of liquid droplets ejected from each nozzle hole 134 is extremely small, it is easily affected by the environment of the surrounding airflow. However, if it is set to 1 to 10 mm, more preferably 1 to 3 mm, the influence is remarkably small. . The interval between paper and nozzles in a general full color printer is 1 to 1.5 mm. Since human eyes are sensitive to differences in brightness and expression of gradation, the accuracy of dot positions is required to be within several μm in order to obtain sufficient color expression by subtractive color mixing of 4 to 6 colors. On the other hand, in the aqueous chemical solution application of the present invention, the dot position accuracy is within 100 μm, and sufficiently uniform application quality can be obtained.

In the inkjet head 132, a plurality of ejection units 135 are arranged corresponding to the respective nozzle holes, and each ejection unit 135 includes a fluid chamber 136 for temporarily storing an aqueous chemical solution to be ejected from the nozzle holes 134. And a diaphragm 137 disposed at a portion facing the nozzle plate 133 with the fluid chamber 136 interposed therebetween, a piezoelectric element that is disposed outside the fluid chamber 136 in contact with the diaphragm 137 and formed by a piezoelectric element or the like. And an element (not shown).

A control device 138 is connected to the piezoelectric element via wiring, and a voltage is applied from the control device 138 to the piezoelectric element at a predetermined interval.

With this structure, the aqueous chemical solution supplied from the tank to the inkjet head 132 is sent into the fluid chamber 136 that exists corresponding to each nozzle hole 134, and the control device 138 operates the piezoelectric element as necessary. By applying a voltage to the water, the aqueous chemical solution is jetted from the nozzle holes 134 all at once, and accordingly, the aqueous chemical solution is applied over the entire width of one side of the laminated continuous sheet S2. Become.

Further, the compressed air 135 is configured to be fed into the inkjet head 132 of the present invention, and the droplets ejected from the ejection unit 135 are configured to be directed to the laminated continuous sheet S2 from the nozzle holes 134 through the compressed air. And configured to prevent the paper dust from clogging the nozzle holes.

In the above-described embodiment, the structure in which the piezo element is employed in the on-demand system as the ink jet format has been described. However, a thermal jet type may be employed. Further, instead of the on-demand method, a continuous-type injection device capable of continuous injection may be employed.

However, the on-demand system by electronic control is preferable, and this makes it easy to change the coating amount in the width direction and the flow direction.

Here, in the present invention, a more preferable condition in the case of applying an aqueous chemical solution by adopting the ink jet printing method is that the particle velocity of the ink droplet from the nozzle hole is about 5 to 20 m / second, and the capacity of one ink droplet is 5-50 pl / piece.

幅方向のノズル間隔は128〜1080dpi(5〜42ライン/mm、128dpi×1段〜360dpi×3段式)とする。   Further, it is desirable that the ink droplets are applied at intervals of 20 to 200 μm in the flow direction and the width direction. Thereby, even if the application amount increases or decreases, substantially uniform application is possible. The nozzle interval in the width direction is 128 to 1080 dpi (5-42 lines / mm, 128 dpi × 1 stage to 360 dpi × 3 stages).

For example, when the processing speed is 250 m / min, the ink droplet ejection speed is 5 × 10 4 with a particle velocity of ink droplets of 10 m / second, a capacity of one ink droplet of 10 pl / piece, and a nozzle spacing of 1080 dpi in the width direction. It is about dot / second / line.

[Specific configuration of folding mechanism]
As described above, the chemical solution application according to the present invention has been described. However, since the present invention has a remarkable effect when manufacturing tissue paper products in a rotary interfolder type folding mechanism that operates at a speed of 150 m / min or more. Yes, the technology for achieving high speed of the folding mechanism part itself is not limited, but the present inventors also have a technique for speeding up the folding mechanism part that has a remarkable effect in relation to the chemical solution application of the present invention. Since this is a new finding, the configuration of the high-speed rotary interfolder type folding mechanism will be described.

Note that the speed of the folding mechanism unit 85 is mainly to prevent the sheet from forming slack on the roll due to the configuration of the group of rolls. The vacuum mechanism increases the suction of the sheet to the roll. This can be achieved by adjusting the speed.

Examples 1 to 4 of rotary type interfolder type folding mechanisms suitable for speeding up that can be suitably employed in the present invention are shown below.

The folding mechanism unit 85 is a part of the folding processing unit X4. In the present invention, the laminated continuous sheet S2 that has undergone the chemical solution application process as described above is continuously supplied to the folding mechanism unit 85.

<< Example 1 of folding mechanism part >>
A rotary interfolder type folding mechanism unit example 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The mechanism unit example 1 includes a pair of each of a bed roll 71, a knife roll 72, a wrap roll 73, a folding roll 75, and a pressure roll 76, and more preferably includes a tail roll 74 (rolls other than the folding roll in the figure). Only one is shown).

Each roll is driven by a servo motor, and the rotational speed and peripheral speed of each servo motor can be adjusted by electronic control to adjust the peripheral speed according to the tension of the sheet. This makes it possible to keep the sheet delivery timing between the rolls constant.

The bed roll 71 has a vacuum function for sucking the laminated continuous sheet S2 while holding the lead end portion of the laminated continuous sheet S2 with a nail or sucking the laminated continuous sheet S2 toward the center of the laminated continuous sheet S2 through the vacuum hole 78 ( In the illustrated example, the material is conveyed while being held on the roll surface (by a vacuum function), and is transferred to the subsequent roll.

The knife roll 72 has a cutter blade 72C on the surface, rotates in a pair with the bed roll 71, and makes the blade 72C contact the laminated continuous sheet S2 conveyed on the bed roll 71 at an appropriate interval. Then, the laminated continuous sheet S2 is cut in the sheet width direction. This cutting width is the width (length) of the tissue paper product. Therefore, the laminated continuous sheet S2 conveyed on the bed roll 71 is separated from the upstream laminated continuous sheet S2 by contact with the cutter blade 72C of the knife roll 72.

The cut sheet S <b> 4 is conveyed while being held on the bed roll 71, and is delivered to the subsequent lap roll 73. For the delivery, a known delivery technology from roll to roll adopted in a rotary interfolder is adopted. For example, there is a technique in which the vacuum of the bed roll 72 is stopped when the bed roll 72 and the lap roll 73 are close to each other, and the lap roll 73 starts sucking in the internal direction.

The pressure roll 76 sandwiches the sheet held on the bed roll together with the bed roll, and the presence of the pressure roll 76 does not flutter the sheet even if the sheet is cut while increasing the suction capability of the bed roll 71. Then, the sheet is sucked onto the bed roll 71 and is securely held from the front end to the rear end sequentially. Further, since the cutting with the knife roll 72 is performed in a state where the leading end portion of the laminated continuous sheet is sandwiched between the pressure roll 76 and the bed roll 71, the sheet at the time of cutting may be pulled backward (in the original roll direction). In addition to being prevented, variations in tension can be effectively absorbed, and flapping of the sheet during cutting is also prevented.

The wrap roll 73 conveys the sheet S4 delivered from the bed roll 72 while holding the sheet S4 on the surface, and the corresponding folding roll that rotates at the front edge in the rotation direction of the conveyed sheet S4 at a speed lower than that of the wrap roll 73. 75. For this delivery, a known technique such as stopping vacuum at the leading edge in the rotational direction of the sheet at a predetermined position, or jetting a gas, or a mechanical sheet gripping mechanism is adopted.

In the illustrated wrap roll 73, vacuum holes 710 and 710 are formed so as to hold at least two points between the front edge portion and the rear edge portion in the rotation direction of the sheet, and the sheet is securely wrapped. It can be held on the roll 73.

Although not shown in the figure, the vacuum holes in the roll of the rotary type interfolder are, as is well known, arranged on the surface along the axial direction of the roll, and the present invention and the present specification. The vacuum hole of the folding mechanism part 85 in the folding processing part X4 in FIG. Therefore, the vacuum hole is formed so as to hold at least two points between the front end in the rotation direction, the rear end in the rotation direction, and the position in the position where the front end of the sheet in the rotation direction is held. It means that a plurality of vacuum holes are arranged along the axial direction. The number of holes is an appropriate design matter.

The tail roll 74 provided as necessary is provided close to the wrap roll 73 and has a smaller diameter than the wrap roll 73 and the subsequent folding roll 75. In the tail roll 74, the trailing edge (tail) in the rotational direction of the sheet, in which the leading edge in the rotational direction has been transferred from the wrap roll 73 to the folding roll 75, is transferred, and the trailing edge in the rotational direction of the sheet is on its surface. Hold. The holding mechanism is the same as the above-described bed roll or the like.

By shifting the rotational speed difference between the wrap roll 73 and the folding roll 75 described above and the front edge of the sheet S4 in the rotational direction to the folding roll, and then moving the rear edge (tail) in the rotational direction to the tail roll, A slack portion (also referred to as a bubble) St is primarily formed on the sheet S4 by the wrap roll 73, the tail roll 74, and the folding roll 75.

Further, the transition of the leading end portion in the rotational direction of the sheet S4 from the wrap roll 73 to the folding roll 75 is performed on the tail roll 74 while the trailing edge portion in the rotational direction of the previous sheet forms a slack portion from the wrap roll 73. To be done.

When the trailing edge in the rotational direction of the preceding sheet is transferred from the tail roll 74 onto the folding roll 75, the leading edge in the rotational direction of the subsequent sheet exists at that portion.

Accordingly, when the sheet is completely transferred from the tail roll 74 to the folding roll 75, on the folding roll 75, below the trailing edge in the rotation direction of the previous sheet (on the folding roll side), the front of the subsequent sheet in the rotation direction. The edges are located and overlapped (wrapped).

The folding roll 75 folds the sheet group partially overlapped. A pair of folding rolls 75 and 75 are close to each other, and similarly, a sheet group that is sent while overlapping a part of the pair of folding rolls is overlapped with its own sheet group. The sheet group is folded so that the edges of the sheets are pressed against each other at the mating portion.

Thus, the folding mechanism unit 85 according to the present example can improve the vacuum capacity of the wrap roll 73 by separating the knife roll 72 and the bed roll 71 and the wrap roll 73 that cut the sheet, High speed is achieved by individually managing the speed of the rolls by the servo.

In addition, the slack portion is temporarily formed by the wrap roll 73, the folding roll 75, and the tail roll 74, so that the front sheet and the rear sheet are partially overlapped so that the part overlaps. The folded sheet group is folded by a folding roll, so that extremely high speed operation is possible.

<< Example 2 of folding mechanism part >>
FIG. 23 shows a second example of a rotary interfolder type folding mechanism suitable for speeding up. This rotary interfolder has a bed roll 71, a knife roll 72, a first pull roll 78A, a second pull roll 78B, a delay roll 79A, a nip roll 79B, a lap roll 73A, and a count roll 73B, and a pair of foldings. It has rolls 75 and 75. If necessary, an appropriate restraining roll R is provided.

This folding mechanism part example 2 has a first pull roll 78A and a second pull roll 78B that receive the laminated continuous sheet S2 in the first stage. The laminated continuous sheet S2 passes between these rolls while being nipped by the first pull roll 78A and the second pull roll 78B, and is supplied onto the bed roll while being nipped between the second pull roll 78B and the bed roll 71.

The relationship between the bed roll 71 and the knife roll 72 is the same as that of the folding mechanism unit example 1, but in the present embodiment, unlike the folding mechanism unit example 1, the laminated continuous sheet S2 formed of the knife roll 72 and the bed roll 71 is different. At the time of cutting, the rear side (raw roll side) of the laminated continuous sheet S2 is held by the nip between the second pull roll 78A and the bed roll 71, and further the nip between the first pull roll 78A and the second pull roll 78B. As a result, the sheet at the time of cutting is prevented from being pulled forward, the tension fluctuation can be effectively absorbed, and flapping of the sheet at the time of cutting is prevented.

Further, the sheet S4 cut by the knife roll 72 is conveyed while being held by the bed roll suction mechanism, and further conveyed by the bed roll to a subsequent roll.

The roll immediately after the bed roll in this mechanism example 2 is a delay roll 79 </ b> A that rotates at a slower speed than the bed roll 71.

Here, in this mechanism part example 2, the nip roll 79B exists at a position spaced apart from the nip position between the bed roll 71 and the delay roll 79A on the traveling direction side of the bed roll 71, and the nip roll 71 and the delay roll 79A. The nip roll 79B is positioned so as to be able to sandwich the sheet S4. With this configuration, when the sheet is delivered from the bed roll 71 to the delay roll 79A, first, the rotation direction front edge of the sheet S4 is first delivered from the bed roll 71 to the delay roll, and the rotation direction rear edge is once the nip roll 79B. After that, it is configured to sequentially nip with the delay roll 79A.

Then, when the rotation direction trailing edge is transferred from the bed roll 71 to the delay roll 79A via the nip roll 79B, the rotation direction front edge of the subsequent sheet S4 is already from the bed roll 71 to the delay roll 79A. As a result, on the delay roll 79A, the leading edge in the rotational direction of the subsequent sheet is positioned below and overlapped (wrapped) below the trailing edge in the rotational direction of the previous sheet. Become.

A wrap roll 73A to which the wrapped sheet is conveyed is present at the subsequent stage of the delay roll 79A. The overlapped sheet is advanced and transferred to the subsequent folding rolls 75 and 75 together with the count roll 73B. In the illustrated example, a pair of restraining rolls R and R are positioned in the middle of the wrap roll 73A and the folding rolls 75 and 75, and are configured to pass between them.

Folding rolls 75, 75 having the same configuration are arranged in close proximity to each other, and the partially overlapped sheet group is transferred to the adjacent portion from above. The folding rolls 75 and 75 of the present example have a sheet holding mechanism including a grip mechanism (pick mechanism) that holds the sheet on each of the rolls 75 and 75 and a tacker mechanism, and a sheet S4 that is sent partially overlapped. The sheet leading edge portion and the sheet trailing edge portion are alternately conveyed at the adjacent position, and the pair of dolling rolls are alternately held by the sheet holding mechanism and are transferred downward.

The tissue paper bundle 10c is formed below each folding roll by conveying the sheet of each roll and holding / opening the edge at a predetermined position.

In the mechanism example 2 described above, a high speed can be achieved by partially overlapping sheets with a delay roll, a nip roll, and a bed roll. Further, similarly to the first example of the mechanism unit, cutting, folding, and sheet superposition are separate processes, so that flapping of the sheet is prevented and the sheet can be reliably held on the roll surface.

Of course, also in this mechanism part example 2, each roll can be controlled by a servo mechanism, and the suction force in the lap roll and bed roll can be increased. Also, the position of the vacuum hole in each roll can be suitably provided in the front end portion, the rear end portion, and the intermediate portion of the sheet, as in the first example of the mechanism portion.
As described above, this mechanism unit example 2 can also be increased in speed.

<< Example 3 of folding mechanism part >>
FIG. 24 shows a rotary interfolder type folding mechanism part example 3 suitable for high speed operation.
Similar to the folding mechanism unit example 1, the mechanism unit example 3 is configured to fold different laminated continuous sheets S2 from each other. In this example, since each roll group has a pair of left and right, only one of the common points will be described (in the figure, only one of the rolls other than the folding roll 25 is illustrated).

First, in the present folding mechanism part example 3, the laminated continuous sheet S2 is conveyed to the first pull roll 78A, further drawn into the second pull roll 78B, and further delivered from the second pull roll 78B to the knife roll 72.

Next, in the knife roll 72, the laminated continuous sheet S2 is sucked and held by the vacuum, and further delivered to the subsequent transfer roll 71A.

The knife roll 72 is provided with cutter blades at appropriate intervals, and the transfer roll 71A is provided with a receiving mechanism 71a for receiving the cutter blade at a position corresponding to the cutter blade.

And it cut | disconnects by the cutter blade 72C at the time of delivery of the lamination | stacking continuous sheet S2 from the said knife roll 71 to the transfer roll 71A.

The delivery from the knife roll 72 to the transfer roll 71A is performed by a vacuum suction difference. Further, the transfer roll 71A is provided with a groove 71b that holds the front edge of the sheet S4 in the rotation direction, and the front edge of the sheet S4 in the rotation direction is positioned and reliably held in this groove. Further, the cutting of the laminated continuous sheet S2 is performed such that the cutter blade 72C of the knife roll 72 enters the receiving mechanism 71a. As a result, the sheet S4 is cut and held.

Furthermore, in the folding mechanism part example 3 of this example, a groove part 72a is formed between a plurality of cutter blades provided in the knife roll 72, and a protrusion 71c is formed on the transfer roll 71A. The protrusion 71c enters the 72a to form a crease in the sheet S4.

Next, the sheet S4 is transferred from the transfer roll 71A to the folding roll 75. This transfer is performed by vacuum. Regarding the transfer of the sheet 75 from the transfer roll 71A to the folding roll, the edge portion of the sheet S located in the groove 71c of the transfer roll 71A is transferred to the folding roll 75 by the tucker mechanism and the vacuum.

Further, the folding roll 75 has a groove 75a at the periphery, and a grip mechanism (pick mechanism) is formed there. And the protrusion part 71c of 71 A of transfer rolls is formed in the magnitude | size positional relationship of the roll so that it may enter into the groove part 75c of the folding roll 75. FIG. As a result, the sheet portion (the portion where the fold line is formed with the groove portion of the knife roll) located on the protrusion 71c of the transfer roll 71A enters the groove portion 75a of the folding roll 75, and at that time, the portion is formed by the grip mechanism. Is retained.

The folding roll 75 rotates while holding the portion, and releases the sheet edge and releases the portion at a predetermined position. This predetermined position is determined by the relationship with the pair of folding rolls 75 and 75. For example, the grip mechanism is released at a position closest to the pair of folding rolls. At that time, the pair of folding rolls releases the sheet edge. By alternately releasing the folded portion and the edge portion at the proximity position of the pair of folding rolls, a tissue paper bundle is formed below the proximity position of the pair of folding rolls 75 and 75.

In this mechanism part example 3, it is possible to increase the speed by forming the folding line and gripping / releasing the edge of the sheet, discontinuity of folding and continuous sheet cutting, and strengthening of the suction capacity of the folding roll and the transfer roll. is there. Of course, also in this mechanism unit example, the peripheral speed of each roll is adjusted by a servo mechanism. Also, the position of the vacuum hole in the roll is appropriately provided in the front end portion, the rear end portion, and the intermediate portion thereof as in the first example of the mechanism portion.

The other points such as the processing speed are the same as those in the first and second mechanism unit examples.

<< Folding mechanism example 4 >>
Next, a rotary interfolder type folding mechanism unit example 4 suitable for speeding up will be described with reference to FIGS. 25 and 26. FIG.

In this mechanism part example 4, the vacuum hole 271A is provided at the front end portion and the rear end portion of the sheet, and the vacuum hole 271B is provided at the intermediate portion thereof. There are two vacuum regions 270A and 270B that apply suction (negative pressure) as the vacuum holes 271A and 271B rotate, and one of these vacuum regions 270A is a suction hole 271A at the front and rear ends of the cut sheet S4. In addition, the other 270B communicates with an intermediate vacuum hole at the front and rear ends of the cut sheet S4. By controlling the suction force between these vacuum areas and the peripheral speed adjustment by the servo mechanism of each roll, it is possible to control the suction and holding of the sheet on the folding roll, prevent sheet deviation during cutting and transfer, and further improve sheet folding accuracy. Has been enhanced.

The relationship between the vacuum regions 270A and 270B and the vacuum holes 271A and 271B is particularly shown in FIG. 26. The vacuum holes 271A and 271B are folded via the vacuum paths 272A and 272B in the folding roll 75, respectively. The vacuum regions 270A and 270B provided on the end surface portion of the roll 75 are configured to communicate with each other, and the vacuum regions 270A and 270B are further connected to a vacuum source such as a vacuum pump.

That is, in order to achieve high speed, the vacuum paths 272A and 272B are increased in order to make the vacuum control precise (in the illustrated example, the number is increased to 6 paths compared to the old 3 paths in FIG. 30). In addition, the internal cavity volume increases with this, and there is a concern that the sheet may shift due to the centrifugal force of the seat or the wind of the wind at high speed operation, so the capacity of the vacuum pump needs to be stronger than before, In the present invention, since the vacuum control can be performed precisely, it is possible to cope with it sufficiently.

In order to make the control precise, for example, if a vacuum source is provided for each folding roll, adjustment of suction force and improvement of suction force can be achieved. Further, if a vacuum source is provided for each vacuum region, the suction operation can be more precisely performed.

In forming the vacuum regions 271A and 271B corresponding to the rotation on the end surface of the folding roll 75, a known mechanical valve mechanism can be employed.

By adopting this mechanism part example 4, the degree of vacuum, which is a clear advantage over the old-type rotary interfolder with slow speed, is specifically minus 10 to 20 kPa, and the vacuum pump capacity Can be increased to about 1.5 to 2 times of the conventional 8.5 m 3 / min × 200 Hg × 1910 RPM × 80 A. Thereby, the retainability of the sheet is improved.

In addition, although arrangement | positioning of a vacuum hole is an appropriate design matter, what is necessary is just to provide about 15 mm in diameter in the width direction of a folding roll about 5 mm in diameter.

Also. The mechanical valve mechanism is preferably made of a resin or ceramic with good wear resistance and a lubricant such as ondina oil.

Further, if a plurality of mechanical valves (vacuum region forming portions) are provided at both ends of the folding roll and the vacuum control is precisely controlled, higher speed can be achieved.

The mechanical part example 4 having the above-described configuration also enables high-speed operation, and can make the two-stage coating of the present invention advantageous.

<< Folding mechanism part example 5 >>
A rotary interfolder type folding mechanism unit example 5 suitable for speeding up will be described with reference to FIGS. 27 and 28. FIG. This mechanism unit example is an example in which the mechanism unit example 5 also cuts the sheet on the folding roll. In this mechanism part example 5, the first pull roll 78A and the second pull roll 78B are provided in the mechanism part example 5, and the tension control at the time of sheet cutting is made precise. In the illustrated example, the folding bar is not provided, but the sheet edge is folded and held by the gripping mechanism as in the first to fourth mechanism examples. Of course, a folding bar can be used.

Other configurations of the mechanism unit example 5 are the same as those of the mechanism unit example 4. In this mechanism unit example 5, since the vacuum control becomes precise due to the structure of mechanism unit example 5 and the vacuum force can be improved, the tension control during sheet cutting can be performed more precisely by the pull rolls 78A and 78B. It is a thing.

In Example 5 of the mechanical part, as shown in FIG. 28, when the sheet is further cut by the folding rolls 75 and 75 and the cutter blades 72C and 72C, the front end in the traveling direction of the laminated continuous sheet S2 is moved to the folding roll 75 and the pressure. It is sandwiched between rolls 76. In this mechanism part example 5, the stability at the time of sheet cutting increases, and it becomes easier to achieve higher speed.

<High speed folding mechanism>
As mentioned above, although the example of the folding mechanism part of the rotary type | system | group folder type suitable for speed-up was described, the folding mechanism part 85 of this invention is not limited to this example. Of course, the configuration may be changed in each of the above examples within the scope of the present invention. For example, a grip mechanism and a cutter mechanism may be employed in the folding mechanism unit example 4, and an appropriate number of vacuum sources and vacuum regions may be provided and controlled in the folding mechanism unit examples 2 and 3.

That is, in the present invention, in order to increase the speed of the folding mechanism section, it is desirable to configure the folding mechanism section 85 as follows.

First, when the sheet is cut with a knife roll or the like, and thereafter, the sheet is held by a vacuum hole (vacuum suction port) provided on the surface of each roll while rotating each roll. The speed is adjusted and controlled by a motor.

For example, the sheet tension control at the time of cutting with a knife roll or the like at the time of acceleration / deceleration is adjusted to the easiness of extension or tensile strength of each sheet.

In this way, by adjusting the peripheral speed of each roll electronically with a servo motor or the like, the peripheral speed difference can be changed in accordance with the tension of the sheet, so that the sheet is held, the delivery timing, etc. is always constant. It becomes possible to maintain the speed, and it becomes possible to increase the speed.
This is particularly effective in the case of a folding mechanism that takes a configuration with a large number of rolls.

Next, the sheet is cut using a knife roll or a cutter blade, and a pressure roll or a pull roll is installed, and a part of the laminated continuous sheet is held during sheet cutting. As a result, the sheet shift at the time of sheet cutting can be prevented and the speed can be increased. Further, when the sheet is cut with a knife roll in combination with a servo motor, the speed can be further increased by accurately adjusting the peripheral speed difference with each roll by the servo motor. In addition, when used together with the sheet holding by the vacuum hole, the sheet tension can be controlled more accurately and high speed operation becomes possible.

Next, from the time when the sheet is cut with a knife roll or the like, until the sheet is folded, the sheet cut by vacuum or the like is conveyed from the roll to the roll so as to stick on the roll, so that there is no deviation of the sheet, It can be folded neatly at high speed. (Even when the sheets are overlapped, the front and rear end portions of the cut sheet are held, and most other portions are in contact with the roll and the formation of the sheet is constant.)

Next, intermediate rolls with long nip intervals (transfer rolls, delay rolls, wrap rolls and folding rolls in mechanism examples 4 and 5) are provided with a plurality of vacuum holes, two or more vacuum areas and vacuum sources, and cut sheets. The suction force between the front and rear end portions and the front and rear end portions of the cut sheet is controlled. For example, if vacuum holes (vacuum suction ports) with a diameter of several millimeters are evenly spaced at 3 points in the MD direction and evenly spaced by 5-30 holes / 100-200 mm in the CD direction, positional deviation occurs due to wind due to centrifugal force or rotation. In addition, the accuracy of delivering the cut sheet between the rolls is increased, and the speed can be increased.

In addition, it is possible to increase the speed by adopting a configuration in which parts of the front and rear seats are overlapped as in the mechanism unit examples 1 and 2.

"Storage process"
Next, an example of storing the tissue paper bundle 10 in the storage box will be described. The storage method of the tissue paper bundle 10 in the storage box 2 is not limited to this example, and a known method can be adopted.

As shown in FIG. 29, the tissue paper bundle 10 formed by the folding mechanism unit is stored in the storage box 2 in the storage facility at the subsequent stage. The supply of the tissue paper bundle 10 to the storage facility may be online or offline. Preferably, it is desirable from the viewpoint of productivity improvement to continuously supply by a transport facility such as a conveyor.

Specifically, the storing step includes the above-described upper surface 2U, the bottom surface, and the side surface 2S that connects these, and the bottom surface side end surface piece 23B, the side surface end surface piece 23S, and the upper surface side end surface piece that are connected to both longitudinal edges of each surface. 23U is assembled in a semi-finished state in which the bottom end piece 23B, the side end piece 23S, and the top end piece 23U are open, that is, the end face is open, and the opening is faced to the opening. In this way, the cut sections of the tissue paper bundle 10 sent from the folding mechanism 85 through the cutting process are attached together.

And if it attaches together, the tissue paper bundle 10 will be pushed in in a storage box by a push rod etc. When the tissue paper bundle 10 is pushed into the storage box, the side surface end piece 23S is folded back to the inner surface side of the box, and then the upper surface side end surface piece 23U and the bottom surface side end surface piece 23B are folded to overlap each other. The contact portion is bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like.

This adhesion completes the manufacture of the tissue paper product X1 of the present invention.

In addition, the direction of the paper of the tissue paper 1 constituting the tissue paper bundle 10 manufactured by the rotary interfolder type folding mechanism according to the present invention is along the extending direction of the folded portion of the tissue paper 1 as shown in the figure. The horizontal direction (CD direction) and the vertical direction (MD direction) along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the folded portion of the tissue paper.

Therefore, when the tissue paper product X1 manufactured by the present invention stored in the storage box 2 as described above is pulled out from the storage box 2 as shown in FIG. It is designed to be along the longitudinal direction (MD direction) of the paper.

Next, Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention are shown in Tables 1 to 5 below. As shown in the lower two columns of Tables 1 to 5, a laminated continuous sheet is continuously supplied from the ply processing unit to the folding processing unit without forming a secondary raw roll, and a chemical solution is applied in the process. The method according to the embodiment of the invention is recognized to have superiority in operability and product quality as compared with a comparative example that does not employ such a method.
