Claims (4)
- ジェットグラウト工法による土壌強化で用いるダウンザホールハンマードリル(1)のための設備であって、
円筒状の機械ハウジング(2)と、
前記機械ハウジングに取り付けられ、往復運動を可能にする態様で前記機械ハウジングのチャック(4)に固定され取り付けられるドリルビット(5)に衝撃を与えるように構成される加圧液体によって推進される衝撃機構(3)と、
前記衝撃機構に推進液体を供給する中央の供給ライン(6)であって、当該供給ラインにおいて前記ドリルビットのチャネルが使用される推進液体のための排出口を構成する、供給ラインと、
ジェットグラウト工法のためのグラウトノズル(7)と、
前記機械ハウジングを通ってグラウト混合物を前記グラウトノズルへ導くために配置される洗浄チャネル(9)と、を含み、前記グラウト混合物のための前記洗浄チャネルは、前記衝撃機構の前記推進液体のための前記供給ラインから分離され、
ジェットグラウト工法のための前記グラウトノズル(7)は、横方向に向けられ、且つ前記機械ハウジングの壁(8)の周囲に配置されるので、伝えられる前記グラウト混合物は、前記機械ハウジングから径方向外方に向けられ、
前記洗浄チャネル(9)は、前記ハンマーの軸方向に直線的に延在し、前記機械ハウジング(2)の前記壁(8)における一体部分として設計され、
前記洗浄チャネル(9)は、前記機械ハウジング(2)の周囲に均等に分配される複数のサブチャネル(9’)を含み、
前記サブチャネル(9’)は、リング状区画(12)に移行し、前記グラウトノズル(7)は、この区画に連通することを特徴とする設備。 - 前記グラウトノズル(7)は、前記円筒状の機械ハウジング(2)の前端部に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備。
- それぞれのサブチャネル(9’)は、2つのパイプ(10,11)の向かい合う表面の少なくとも一方に形成されるトラックの形態での長手方向の凹部として設計されており、前記パイプ(10,11)の一方は、他方の内側に位置付けられ、ともに前記機械ハウジングを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備。
- 一方が他方の内側に設置される前記パイプ(10,11)は、溶接を用いて、または内側管上に外側管を収縮嵌合することによって結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の設備。
