In the first invention, when the slope plate is pulled out from the slope plate housing portion, the stop pin is moved to the front portion of the lower housing chamber by the upward rotation of the rear portion around the support shaft when the slope plate is pushed backward. Therefore, the drawer and the latch can be achieved by a series of operations, the operation can be easily performed, and the slope plate can be stably held in the pulled-out state. Also,
In this stable holding state, the rear end edge of the guide plate portion serves as a stop step portion that suppresses the forward movement of each tank, so that the tank can be prevented from falling off due to natural movement when the slope plate is pulled out. Therefore, a special structure or the like by a special member for preventing the tank from falling off is not required, and a favorable effect can be obtained with a simple configuration from the viewpoint of ensuring safety.

According to the second invention, the effects of the first invention are achieved, and a retaining member from the guide groove is attached to the outer end portion of the support shaft , and the support shaft can be moved back and forth in the left and right guide grooves while rotating. The steam sterilizer 1 can be stably installed at the place.

In this installed state, the slope plate 10 is accommodated in the slope plate accommodating portion 21 as shown in FIG. The drawer of the slope plate 10 opens the door 1D, and the rear end edge 33 of the slope plate 10 including the stop pin 10C is positioned forward of the front end of the bottom plate 20A of the lower housing chamber 20 as shown in FIGS. The slope plate 10 is pulled out from the slope plate accommodating portion 21 so that As shown in FIG. 6, the drawer is configured such that the maximum drawer position is obtained when the left and right support shafts 24 abut on the front ends of the left and right guide grooves 22. In this maximum drawn-out state, as shown in FIG. 7, the bottom plate of the lower housing chamber 20 is operated by rotating the rear end edge 33 of the slope plate 10 around the support shaft 24 performed via the connecting member 26. The stop pin 10C is made to correspond to the pair of left and right engaging portions 27 formed as holes in the front portion of 20A. In this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the rear end edge 33 of the slope plate 10 is lowered, and the stop pin 10 </ b> C is inserted and locked to the locking portion 27. As described above, when the maximum pull-out position is set, the operation of inserting and locking the stop pin 10C into the locking portion 27 is facilitated.

Thus, in a state where the slope plate 10 is locked to the locking portion 27, the front end portion of the slope plate 10 is in contact with the ground contact surface GL, and the guide plate portion 10A forms a slope that is inclined downwardly forward. Is kept stable. In this state, the rear end edge 33 of the guide plate portion 10 </ b> A forms a stop step portion 35 positioned one step above the bottom plate 20 </ b> A of the lower storage chamber 20 at the front portion of the lower storage chamber 20.

In order to prevent the tanks 8 and 9 from moving forward due to vibration or the like during the operation of the steam sterilizer 1, a depression 39 in which the casters 36 on the front side or the rear side of the tank holding containers 28 and 29 slightly drop is provided in the lower storage chamber 20.
Even if the tanks 8 and 9 move forward for some reason,
Since the casters 36 of the tank holding containers 28 and 29 come into contact with the stop step portion 35 and the forward movement is blocked at that time, the tanks 8 and 9 are prevented from dropping out of the lower storage chamber 20.

Further, when each of the tanks 8 and 9 is pulled out in a state where the slope plate 10 is locked to the locking portion 27 and the guide plate portion 10A forms a slope that is inclined forward, the tank holding containers 28 and 29 are temporarily pulled out. The caster 36 once abuts against the stop step 35 and the drawer is temporarily stopped. However, when the caster 36 pulls more strongly so as to get over the stop step 35, the tanks 8 and 9 together with the tank holding containers 28 and 29 are moved. Can be pulled out. And slope board 1
Each of the tanks 8 and 9 can be moved forward while the caster 36 rolls on the 0 guide plate portion 10A.

As described above, when the tanks 8 and 9 are pulled out, the tank holding containers 28 and 29 are temporarily used.
Since the caster 36 is in contact with the stop step 35, the tank 8,
9 drawers can be performed, and the drawers can be performed stably and safely. In addition, since the casters 36 have to get over the stop step portion 35 when the tanks 8 and 9 are pulled out, if the stop step portion 35 is made too high, the pull-out resistance increases and is difficult to pull out. For this reason, as shown in the drawing, the guide plate is substantially parallel to the bottom plate 20A of the lower housing chamber 20 so that the rear edge 33 of the guide plate portion 10A is placed in a substantially horizontal state on the front portion of the bottom plate 20A of the lower housing chamber 20. If the rear end edge 33 of the portion 10A is formed and the height of the stop step portion 35 is equivalent to the thickness of the rear end edge 33 of the guide plate portion 10A (for example, 2 to 3 mm), the tanks 8 and 9 are moved forward. Prevention of dropout and ease of withdrawal can be achieved.

The storage of the tanks 8 and 9 in the lower storage chamber 20 is performed in the opposite direction to that of the drawer.
, 9, the caster 36 rolls on the guide plate portion 10 </ b> A of the slope plate 10, and the caster 36 is pushed from the step portion 35 onto the bottom plate 20 </ b> A of the lower storage chamber 20, thereby moving the caster 36 into the lower storage chamber 20. The storage of each tank 8, 9 ends.

In a state where the tanks 8 and 9 are accommodated in the lower accommodating chamber 20, as shown in FIG. 7, the rear portion of the slope plate 10 is lifted so that the stop pin 1C is removed from the hole of the engaging portion 27, and then connected. Due to the downward rotation of the rear end edge 33 of the slope plate 10 about the support shaft 24 performed via the member 26, the rear end edge of the slope plate 10 including the stop pin 10C is formed on the bottom plate 20A of the lower housing chamber 20. It moves to the front part of the slope board accommodating part 21 through the front, and it is set as the state shown in FIG. In this state, by pushing the slope plate 10 in the horizontal direction backward, the slope plate 10 slides on the left and right support rails 23 via the left and right flanges 10B, while the left and right support shafts 24 are moved to the left and right guide grooves. 22 is moved, and it is accommodated in the slope plate accommodating part 21, and will be in the state shown in FIG. In the state shown in FIG. 6, when the rear portion of the slope plate 10 is slightly lowered, if the intermediate portion of the connecting member 26 is in contact with the support rail 23, the rear portion of the slope plate 10 is pulled out. Since descent | fall can be restrict | limited, the accommodation operation of the slope board 10 becomes easy.

Considering the stability when the tanks 8 and 9 are pulled out and housed, the slope plate 10 has a thickness of 1.
When configured with a metal plate of about 6 mm, the slope plate 10 is relatively heavy. In that case, in order to reduce the resistance when the slope plate 10 is pulled out and accommodated, rollers 37 that rotate in contact with the inner surface of the guide groove 22 of the support shaft 24 are respectively attached to the left and right support shafts 24. Further, the support shaft 24 is configured so that the left and right support shafts 24 can move back and forth in the left and right guide grooves 22 while rotating. For this reason, the slope plate 10 can be easily pulled out and accommodated, and can be stably and easily performed. Support shaft 2 from the guide groove 22
As a retaining member 4, a retaining member 38 is attached to the outer end portion of the support shaft 24.
