Description
金属添加物の粒子サイズは望ましくは小さすぎるように選択されるべきではなく、それは、特に金属、望ましくはマンガン、ニッケルと銅が元素形態にて金属添加物に含有されていれば、その時に、金属添加物が塗型剤組成物のさらなる構成要素と反応するであろう、例えば、酸化物になるという増加したリスクがあるからである。一方、粒子サイズは望ましくは大きすぎるように選択されるべきではなく、それは、さもなければ金属添加物は、例えば、塗型剤組成物内に沈むであろうし、それゆえに、金属添加物が鋳造鋳型の面に渡って不均一に塗布されるであろうからである。
鋳型材混合物が、少なくとも一つの耐熱性鋳型材および粘結剤を含有して設けられ、
鋳型材混合物が、鋳型キャビティを具備する基本鋳型に成形され、

- 少なくとも一つのキャリア液および金属または金属化合物を有する金属添加物を具備し、
前記金属または金属化合物が、マンガンまたはマンガンの化合物であり、
塗型剤組成物の固形含有物に基づく前記金属添加物の割合が、少なくとも15重量%であり、かつ50重量%より少なく、
前記金属または金属化合物が、前記金属または金属化合物中の金属の重量の割合が、前記金属添加物の重量の少なくとも20重量%となるように、前記金属添加物に含有され、
前記塗型剤組成物が溶剤を具備し、前記溶剤が、少なくとも一部分において、少なくとも一つのアルコールで形成される
ことを特徴とする鋳造鋳型と中子用の塗型剤組成物。 - 前記塗型剤組成物が耐熱性材料を具備し、前記塗型剤組成物の固形含有物に基づく前記耐熱性材料の割合が、80重量%より少なく選択される

- 前記塗型剤組成物の固形含有物に基づく前記塗型剤組成物内の前記金属添加物の割合が、35重量%より少ないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗型剤組成物。
- 前記塗型剤組成物がさらに粘結剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8および請求項11のいずれかに記載の塗型剤組成物。
