Claims (30)
- 流体を保持するための容器(2)の閉塞部材(1)であって、
前記容器(2)の注ぎ口開口部(4)の領域において固定可能であり、且つ開口部(7)を通じて前記容器(2)から前記流体を抜き取り可能な開口部(7)を有する基部要素(3)と、
閉鎖位置(I)にて前記基部要素(3)の前記開口部(7)の流体密封をもたらし、開放位置(II)にて前記基部要素(3)の前記開口部(7)を解放する第一の閉塞部材要素(5)と、
繰り返し解除可能な方法で前記基部要素(3)に締め付けることができ、且つ容器(2)の保管態様(III)において前記閉鎖位置(I)に前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を締め付け、容器の吐出モード(IV)において前記基部要素(3)から外されると共に前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を解放し、その後に前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)が前記閉鎖位置(I)から前記開放位置(II)へと移動可能になる、第二の閉塞部材要素(6)と、

前記容器(2)の保管態様(III)において、前記蓋領域(50)と前記クランプ部(16)との間に前記環状領域(21)が全周に亘って挟み込まれ、該環状領域(21)と前記クランプ部(16)とが全周に亘って液密に密接されていることを特徴とする閉塞部材。 - 前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)が、人間が該第一の閉塞部材要素を前記閉鎖位置(I)から前記開放位置(II)へ、及び/又は前記開放位置(II)から前記閉鎖位置(I)へ移動させるのに必要な第一の作動時間を呈し、前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)が、人間が該第二の閉塞部材要素を容器(2)の保管態様(III)に配置される位置から容器(2)の吐出モード(IV)に配置される位置へ、及び/又は容器(2)の吐出モード(IV)に配置される位置から容器(2)の保管態様(III)に配置される位置へ移動させるのに必要な第二の作動時間を呈し、前記第一の作動時間が前記第二の作動時間と比較して短くされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記閉鎖位置(I)における前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)が容器の内部の圧力が最大であるにも関わらず流体が前記容器から閉塞部材を通じて流出しないという第一の密封効果をもたらし、前記容器(2)の保管態様(III)に配置される位置における前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)が容器の内部の圧力が最大であるにも関わらず流体が前記容器から閉塞部材を通じて流出しないという第二の密封効果をもたらし、前記第二の密封効果が前記第一の密封効果より大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記第一の作動時間が前記第二の作動時間と比較して1.5〜10倍短く、且つ/若しくは第二の密封効果が第一の密封効果と比較して1.5〜1000倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の閉塞部材。
- 嵌合接続(14,15)は前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の密封唇状部(13)が前記基部要素(3)の開口部(7)内に嵌合されることによって設けられ、且つ/若しくは捻じ込み式接続(24,48)は前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)と前記基部要素(3)とが互いに接続されることによって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 口部(4a)が前記注ぎ口開口部(4)を形成し、前記基部要素(3)が前記口部(4a)及び/又は前記口部(4a)に据え付けられた保持リング(20)に締結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)が、前記閉鎖位置(I)において前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を締結するための締結部(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)は密封唇状部(13)を備え、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の前記閉鎖位置(I)において、前記密封唇状部が流体を密閉する方法で前記締結部(12)に対して位置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記締結部(12)が密封溝(14)を有し、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の前記密封唇状部が密封用ビード(15)を有し、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の前記閉鎖位置(I)において、前記密封用ビード(15)が前記密閉溝(14)内に弾性的かつ解放可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)がクランプ部(16)を有し、該クランプ部(16)が、前記容器(2)の保管形態(III)において、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を前記閉鎖位置(II)へ固定する目的のために、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)と前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)との間にて流体を密封する方法で前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の環状領域(21)を固定することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記クランプ部(16)が少なくとも一つの密封用ビード(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)が保持部(18)を有し、該基部要素(3)を前記容器(2)に締結するために前記容器(2)の前記口部(4a)が前記保持部(18)の内側に保持され、前記基部要素(3)の前記保持部(18)が、前記容器(2)への前記基部要素(3)の捻じ込みのための内部スレッド(19)を有し、且つ/若しくは、前記基部要素(3)に前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)を捻じ込むための外部スレッド(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記口部(4a)内に係合されるために、前記クランプ部(16)が前記保持部(18)に交叉状に付随され、且つ/若しくは前記締結部(12)が前記クランプ部(16)に交叉状に付随されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)は少なくとも一つの穴部(26)を有するトレイ要素(25)を有し、該トレイ要素が、前記基部要素(2)の前記開口部(7)に対して前記容器の側に配置され、且つ前記開口部(7)から遠方に屈曲され、少なくとも一つの前記穴部(26)が流体を前記開口部(7)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記トレイ要素(25)が辺縁部(27)において前記締結部(12)と連接されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)が、前記締結部(12)と前記口部(4a)との間の間隙(30)を封じ込めるよう前記口部(4a)内に係合するために、密封手段を有する環状部(29)を含有し、該環状部(29)が、前記締結部(12)について、内部オフセットを有して形成され、且つ/若しくは前記トレイ要素(25)上に成形されることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基部要素(3)は襟部(34)を有し、
前記襟部(34)が、前記保持部(18)に付随されるとともに、前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)のギャランティバンド(37)の少なくとも一つの陥凹部(36)内に係合する少なくとも一つの保持カム(35)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。 - 前記基部要素(3)は襟部(34)を有し、
前記襟部(34)が、前記保持部(18)に付随されるとともに、前記口部(4a)の少なくとも一つのラッチフック(39)と解除不能に係合されるための少なくとも一つのラッチ窓(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。 - 前記基部要素(3)が陥凹部(46)を有し、前記陥凹部(46)内に前記レバー(44)が前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の前記閉鎖位置(I)へ引き込み可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記第一の閉塞部材(5)のうちの前記レバー(44)上の接続領域(45)の反対側は、前記閉鎖位置(I)から前記開放位置(II)へ前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)の片手だけを使った作動における下方から把持するための作動タブ(47)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記基底要素(3)、及び/又は前記レバー(44)、及び/又は前記第一の閉塞部材(5)が一つの部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記保管態様(III)において、前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)が前記基部要素(3)に対して捻じ込み式接続(24,48)によって固定され、前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)は、前記閉鎖位置(I)において前記基部要素(3)に前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を押圧することによって、前記第一の閉塞部材要素(5)を固定することを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)が、内部スレッド(48)を有する環状部(49)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞部材。
- 前記第二の閉塞部材要素(6)が、前記環状部(49)に固締されたギャランティバンド(37)を有することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の閉塞部材。
- 注ぎ口開口部(4)を有する容器(2)と、
開閉のために前記注ぎ口開口部(4)の領域に据え付けられた請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載された閉塞部材(1)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、流体のためのパッケージング構造(1a)。 - 請求項25に記載されたパッケージング構造(1a)と、流体(2a)とで構成されることを特徴とするパック(1b)。
- 前記流体が、有機ケイ素化合物、有機チタン化合物、有機ジルコニウム化合物、ポリイソシアネート類、イソシアネート基を含むポリマー類、及びこれらの混合物で構成される群より選択される少なくとも一つの接着促進剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載のパック。
- 前記流体が、接着促進剤として少なくとも一つの式(I)、(II)、(III)、または(IV)の有機ケイ素化合物を含有し、
R1は、1から20個の炭素原子を有する直鎖又は分岐した、随意に環状の、アルキレン基であって、随意に一つ以上のヘテロ原子を有し、
R2は、水素原子または1から5個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基またはエチル基であり、若しくはアシル基であって、
R3は、1から8個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であって、
Xは、水素原子、またはオキシラン基、ヒドロキシ基、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシ基、アミノ基、チオール基、アシルチオ基、及びビニル基を含む群から選択される官能基であって、
X1は、NH、S、S2、及びS4を含む群から選択される官能基であり、
X2は、N及びイソシアヌレートを含む群から選択される官能基であり、
X3は、S及びNR5を含む群から選択される官能基であり、ここでR5は、水素原子、アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基、若しくはSi(R3)a(OR2)(3−a)の式で示される基であり、
aの値は、0、1または2であることを特徴とする請求項26または27に記載のパック。 - 前記流体が、少なくとも一つの有機ケイ素化合物と、少なくとも一つの有機チタン化合物とを含有することを特徴とする請求項26、27、または28に記載のパック。
- 前記流体が、1013mbarにて100℃以下の沸点を有する溶媒をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項26〜29のいずれか一項に記載のパック。
