Description
Claims (10)
- 液体コンテナのための開放バルブであって、前記バルブは、前記コンテナ内に延びた実質的に円錐型のボディであって、前記コンテナの外壁から離隔方向において内側にテーパー付けされた円錐型ボディと、前記実質的に円錐型のボディを貫通する少なくとも1つの空気取入通路と、前記円錐型のボディ上を延びる可撓ダイヤフラムであって、その外周において前記実質的に円錐型のボディの周囲に取り付けられ、中央開口部を有し、前記中央開口部は、前記コンテナ内の前記圧力が所定のレベルを下回るまで、前記空気取入通路上方において前記空気取入通路を密閉するように前記実質的に円錐型のボディを包囲する、可撓ダイヤフラムとを含み、円筒形ポストが前記円錐型のボディから直立し、前記可撓ダイヤフラム内の前記中央開口部は、前記ポストに気密的に嵌められることで、前記密閉を形成する、開放バルブ。
- キャップおよびボトルを有するコンテナであって、前記コンテナは、前記キャップ内に流出口を有し、逆構成にある際に前記コンテナから液体を計量分配するように構成され、かつ、請求項1に記載の開放バルブを前記キャップ内に有する、コンテナ。
- 前記液体コンテナは、コンテナから出てくる液体の流れを制御するための流出口バルブを有し、前記可撓ダイヤフラムは前記流出口バルブと一体である、請求項2に記載のコンテナ。
- 前記流出口バルブは、付勢要素によって弾性的に付勢され、前記付勢要素は、前記ダイヤフラムおよび流出口バルブと一体である、請求項3に記載のコンテナ。
- シュラウドをさらに含み、前記シュラウドは、少なくとも前記圧力開放バルブの前記流出口に対向する側を包囲する壁の形態である、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のコンテナ。
- ディスペンサのための補給ユニットであって、前記補給ユニットは、キャップと、流出口と、圧力開放バルブと、シュラウドとを有し、前記キャップは一端に設けられ、使用時において最下端にあり、前記流出口は、前記キャップ内において、前記ユニットからの液体の選択的計量分配を可能にするために、流出口バルブおよび関連付けられた弁座を備え、前記圧力開放バルブは、前記キャップ内において、内圧が特定のレベルを下回ったときに前記ユニット内への空気進入を可能にし、前記シュラウドは、少なくとも前記圧力開放バルブの前記流出口に対向する側を包囲する壁の形態をしており、前記ユニットが前記キャップが最下端にある状態でその通常の方向にある場合、前記弁座の上方の位置まで延び、前記圧力開放バルブは、前記コンテナ内に延びた実質的に円錐型のボディであって、前記コンテナの外壁から離隔方向において内側にテーパー付けされた円錐型ボディと、前記実質的に円錐型のボディを貫通する少なくとも1つの空気取入通路と、前記円錐型のボディ上を延びる可撓ダイヤフラムであって、その外周において前記実質的に円錐型のボディの周囲に取り付けられ、中央開口部を有し、前記中央開口部は、前記コンテナ内の前記圧力が所定のレベルを下回るまで、前記空気取入通路上方において前記空気取入通路を密閉するように前記実質的に円錐型のボディを包囲する、可撓ダイヤフラムとを含み、円筒形ポストが前記円錐型のボディから直立し、前記可撓ダイヤフラム内の前記中央開口部は、前記ポストに気密的に嵌められることで、前記密閉を形成する、補給ユニット。
- 前記補給ユニットは複数の圧力開放バルブを有し、各圧力開放バルブはシュラウドと関連付けられ、前記シュラウドは、少なくとも前記圧力開放バルブの前記流出口に対向する側を包囲する壁の形態をしており、前記ユニットが前記キャップが最下端にある状態でその通常の方向にある場合、前記弁座の上方の位置まで延びる、請求項6に記載の補給ユニット。
- 前記または各圧力開放バルブは弾性構成要素を含み、前記弾性構成要素は、前記内圧が前記特定のレベルを下回ったときに変形可能であり、前記弾性構成要素は、前記キャップと固定プレートとの間で挟まれることにより前記キャップに取り付けられ、前記シュラウドは、前記固定プレート内に設けられる、請求項6または請求項7に記載の補給ユニット。
- 前記弾性構成要素は前記流出口バルブと一体である、請求項8に記載の補給ユニット。
- 前記流出口バルブは付勢要素によって付勢され、前記付勢要素は、前記流出口バルブおよび弾性構成要素と一体である、請求項9に記載の補給ユニット。
