Claims (7)
- 車両用変速機における少なくとも1個のシフト要素のための電気機械式アクチュエータ装置であって、少なくとも1個の駆動手段を備え、該駆動手段が操作手段を構成するスピンドルドライブ(2)を駆動することにより前記シフト要素を操作して動作させる電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、
前記操作手段は、前記スピンドルドライバ(2)により操作されるトグル機構(4)を有し、また前記操作手段は、前記車両用変速機における変速機軸(5)に対してほぼ同軸状に、かつ前記シフト要素に対して半径方向内側、又は半径方向外側に配置し、
前記トグル機構(4)のトグルレバー(6)は、前記スピンドルドライブ(2)により軸線方向に変位可能な傾斜輪郭部により半径方向に反り返るよう操作可能にし、これにより前記トグルレバー(6)に連結したレバー(7)が前記シフト要素を操作する構成としたことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。 - 請求項1記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記操作手段を前記シフト要素として構成した多板クラッチ(3)の半径方向内側に配置して、前記トグルレバー(6)が前記傾斜輪郭部により半径方向外方に反り返る構成とし、これにより前記レバー(7)が発生した操作力で前記多板クラッチ(3)を繋げる構成としたことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項1記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記操作手段を前記シフト要素として構成した前記多板クラッチ(3)に対して半径方向外側に配置し、前記トグルレバー(6)が前記傾斜輪郭部により半径方向内方に反り返る構成とし、これにより前記レバー(7)が発生した操作力で前記多板クラッチ(3)を繋げる構成としたことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記トグルレバー(6)を、少なくとも回転対称形状であり、かつ屈曲可能な金属薄板として構成したことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記レバー(7)を環状かつ屈曲可能な金属薄板として構成したことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項2〜5のいずれか一項記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記レバー(7)の第1端部を前記トグルレバー(6)に連結し、前記レバー(7)の第2端部を前記シフト要素に当てがい、前記レバー(7)における両端部間の中間部分をハウジングによりしっかりと支持したことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項2〜6のいずれか一項記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ装置において、前記傾斜輪郭部を球面状斜面(8)として形成し、第1環状ハーフ(9)は前記スピンドルドライブ(2)に連係動作するよう連結し、第2環状ハーフ(10)はくさび状要素(11)を介して前記トグルレバー(6)に連係動作するよう連結し、両環状ハーフ(9,10)を少なくとも1個の転動体(12)を介して互いに回転可能に保持したことを特徴とする電気機械式アクチュエータ。
