Description
[0002]本発明は、X線撮像に関する。より具体的には、本発明の実施形態は、ヒトの口及び類似の構造のパノラマ撮像に関する。
Claims (14)
- パノラマX線画像を生成する方法であって、
X線検出器を用いて、第1の複数のスライスを有するボリュメトリックX線画像データを得るステップと、
コンピュータを用いて、前記X線画像データを、垂直閾値よりも上の第1の部分と、前記垂直閾値よりも下の第2の部分とにセグメント化するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記第2の部分を第2の複数のスライスに分離するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記第2の複数のスライスの各スライスについて、複数の曲線を生成するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記第2の複数のスライスについて、マスタアーチを生成するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記マスタアーチに基づいてパノラマ画像を生成するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記X線画像データをセグメント化するステップは、骨を表す画像データを、組織を表す画像データから分離するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- シーディングプロセスを実行するステップを更に含み、該シーディングプロセスは、各スライスの上側部分に二次元の格子ネットを適用することを含むマルチスレッドシーディング法を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスライスについて、マスタアーチを生成するステップは、前記第2の複数のスライスから、所定の解剖学的特徴を含むスライスを求めるステップと、該スライス中の最長曲線を求めるステップとを含む、請求項1から3のうちの何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の複数のスライスの各スライスについて、複数の曲線を生成するステップは、外側曲線、内側曲線及び中央曲線を生成するステップを含む、請求項1から4のうちの何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マスタアーチから複数の投影を行うステップを更に含む、請求項1から5のうちの何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ボリュメトリックX線画像データから矢状スライスを選択するステップと、
前記矢状スライス中のボクセル値を繰り返しチェックするステップと
を更に含む、請求項1から6のうちの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - ガントリと、
前記ガントリに取り付けられたX線源と、
前記X線源に対向して前記ガントリに取り付けられたX線検出器と、
前記X線検出器からボリュメトリック画像データを受けるコンピュータであって、
前記画像データを、垂直閾値よりも上の第1の部分と、前記垂直閾値よりも下の第2の部分とにセグメント化し、
データの前記第2の部分を複数のスライスに分離し、
前記複数のスライスの各スライスについて、複数の曲線を生成し、
前記複数のスライスについて、マスタアーチを生成し、
前記マスタアーチに基づいてパノラマ画像を生成する
前記コンピュータと
を備えた、パノラマX線システム。 - 前記画像データをセグメント化することは、骨を表す画像データを、組織を表す画像データから分離することを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータはシーディングプロセスを実行し、該シーディングプロセスは、各スライスの上側部分に二次元の格子ネットを適用することを含むマルチスレッドシーディング法を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のスライスについて、マスタアーチを生成することは、前記複数のスライスから、所定の解剖学的特徴を含むスライスを求めることと、前記スライス中の最長曲線を求めることとを含む、請求項8から10のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 各スライスについて、複数の曲線を生成することは、外側曲線、内側曲線及び中央曲線を生成することを含む、請求項8から11のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記マスタアーチから複数の投影を生成する、請求項8から12のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 顎画像データを生成する方法であって、
X線検出器を用いて、複数のスライスを含むボリュメトリックX線画像データを得るステップであって、各スライスは複数のボクセル値を有する、ステップと、
コンピュータを用いて、前記ボリュメトリック画像データから矢状スライスを選択するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記矢状スライス中のボクセル値を繰り返しチェックするステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記複数のスライスの各スライスをシーディングするステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、領域拡張を実行するステップと、
前記コンピュータを用いて、前記領域拡張に基づいて1組の画像を生成するステップと、
前記1組の画像に基づいて三次元画像を生成するステップと
を含む、方法。
