Claims (6)
- 流体用の入口(3)及び出口(4)を有すると共に、それを通って前記流体が前記入口(3)から前記出口(4)に流れることができる主弁座(6)を有する、本体(2、7)と、
前記主弁座(6)の閉位置と開位置との間で前記主弁座(6)に対して移動可能な主栓(8、9)と、
前記本体(2、7)内に形成され、前記主栓(8、9)によって部分的に区切られる制御室(11)と、
前記入口(3)と前記制御室(11)との間の連通のための少なくとも1つの第1通路(8d、9b、9c)と、
前記制御室(11)を前記出口(4)に連通させるための少なくとも1つの第2通路(12、13)と、
可動ユニット(17)を制御する制御ソレノイド(15)を備える制御ソレノイド弁(14)であって、前記可動ユニット(17)は、前記制御ソレノイド(15)内で移動可能であり、且つ、前記第2通路(12、13)に対する可動栓として作用する第1の強磁性コア(18)を備えている、制御ソレノイド弁(14)と、を備えており、
前記可動ユニット(17)は、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)の一端に隣接する前記制御ソレノイド(15)内に位置する可動の第2の強磁性コア(21)を備えており、
位置決め手段(19、20、22)が、前記第2の強磁性コア(21)が主栓(8、9)に恒久的に接続されている状態を保つように、且つ、前記制御ソレノイド(15)が不活性化しているときに、前記第2通路(12、13)の閉位置に前記第1の強磁性コア(18)を保ち、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)及び前記制御ソレノイド(15)に対する所定位置に前記第2の強磁性コア(21)を保つように、設けられており、
前記第1の強磁性コア(18)と第2の強磁性コア(21)は、隙間(24)によって分離されており、
前記位置決め手段は、前記主栓(8、9)と前記第2の強磁性コア(21)との間で延びる、非磁性のスペーサ要素(19)を備えており、
前記制御ソレノイド(15)の活性化により、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)が前記第2の強磁性コア(21)の方に引き付けられて、前記第2通路(12、13)が開かれ、そして、前記入口(3)からの流体の流れが前記第1通路(8d、9b、9c)を通って前記制御室(11)へ行くように、配置がなされている、ソレノイド弁装置において、
前記スペーサ要素(19)は、半径隙間をもって、前記制御ソレノイド(15)の中で且つ前記第1の強磁性コア(18)の周りで延びており、且つ、前記第2の強磁性コア(21)の近くに少なくとも1つの開口(23)を有しており、
前記制御ソレノイド(15)が活性化しているときに、流体は、前記制御ソレノイド(15)と前記スペーサ要素(19)との間を前記第2の強磁性コア(21)の方へ流れ、その後、前記スペーサ要素(19)の前記少なくとも1つの開口(23)を通って、前記スペーサ要素(19)と前記第1の強磁性コア(18)との間を前記第2通路(12、13)の方に流れるように、配置されていることを特徴とするソレノイド弁装置。 - 前記スペーサ要素(19)は、前記主栓(8、9)及び/又は前記第2の強磁性コア(21)に恒久的に接続されており、
前記位置決め手段は、前記第2の強磁性コア(21)を前記第1の強磁性コア(18)の方に押す傾向がある第1弾性手段(22)を備えている、請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁装置。 - 前記位置決め手段は、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)及び前記第2の強磁性コア(21)をそれぞれ前記主栓(8、9)の方に戻す傾向がある第1及び第2弾性手段(22、20)を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載のソレノイド弁装置。
- 前記第1弾性手段は、前記隙間(24)内に位置するばね(25)を備えている、請求項3に記載のソレノイド弁装置。
- 前記第2弾性手段(20)は、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)の肩部(18a)と、前記スペーサ要素(19)の肩部(19a)との間に延びている、請求項3に記載のソレノイド弁装置。
- 前記制御ソレノイド(15)は、磁気回路と関連しており、
前記磁気回路は、第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)を備えており、
前記第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)は、前記制御ソレノイド(15)の中で対向する端部から軸方向に延びており、
前記第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)は、前記制御ソレノイド(15)の軸方向中間部分で所定距離だけ離れて互いに対向する、対応する端部を備えており、
前記制御ソレノイド(15)の不活性化状態において、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)及び前記第2の強磁性コア(21)は、軸に対する前記第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)の前記対向する端部の間に位置する領域内で互いに対向しており、
前記第1の強磁性コア(18)と前記第2の強磁性コア(21)との間の距離と、前記第1の強磁性コア(18)及び前記第2の強磁性コア(21)と前記第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)との間の距離とは、前記第1及び第2磁気コア(16b、16a)の前記対向する端部の間の距離よりも小さい、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のソレノイド弁装置。
