Description
これらは、二剤型の第一剤と第二剤を収容したタンクから夫々規定の量を計量しつつスタティックミキサーに供給し、ミキサー内でこれら二剤を混合させてノズルから接着部位に塗布するようにしている。
図1〜6に本発明を適用した二剤型組成物吐出装置の実施形態を示す。ここでは、二剤型組成物吐出装置が二剤型接着剤吐出装置であり、流体が空気である場合について説明する。
流体としては、スタティックミキサー2の洗浄性の点で、空気が好ましく、圧縮空気がより好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 二剤型接着剤を塗布するための吐出装置であって、該二剤型接着剤の各成分の供給路と、スタティックミキサーと、各成分の供給路の出口及びスタティックミキサーの入口を連結するマニホールドと、各成分の供給路の出口に設置されて各成分のマニホールドへの導入を制御するバルブと、逆止弁を介してマニホールドに連結された成分毎の洗浄用空気の供給路と、を備え、
前記マニホールドは、
該二剤型接着剤の第1の成分をスタティックミキサーへ供給する第1の流路と、
該二剤型接着剤の第2の成分をスタティックミキサーへ供給する第2の流路と、
第1の流路と第2の流路とを分離する壁とを内部に備え、
洗浄用空気の供給路は、
それぞれ逆止弁を介してマニホールドの第1の流路と第2の流路とにそれぞれ接続され、第1の流路及び第2の流路を介してスタティックミキサーへ圧縮空気を供給することを含む吐出装置。 - 二剤型接着剤がアクリル系接着剤である請求項1に記載の吐出装置。
- 逆止弁は、逆止弁本体と、頭部と棒部を有し逆止弁本体に収容される芯棒と、芯棒の頭部に嵌め込まれたパッキンと、芯棒の動作方向を定めるガイドと、芯棒の頭部とガイドの間の棒部の周囲に配置されたバネとを備えている請求項1又は2に記載の吐出装置。
- 二剤型接着剤の各成分を請求項1〜3何れか一項に記載の吐出装置内に各成分の供給路を介して供給し、該二剤型接着剤を当該吐出装置からスタティックミキサーを介して吐出した後に、圧縮空気を洗浄用空気の供給路を介して当該吐出装置内に供給し、スタティックミキサー内に滞留した該二剤型接着剤を該圧縮空気で排出することを含む、当該吐出装置の洗浄方法。
- すべての洗浄用空気の供給路に圧縮空気を実質的に同時に実質的に同一の圧力で供給する請求項4に記載の洗浄方法。
