Claims (3)
- 繊維束をライナーに巻き付けるフィラメントワインディング装置であって、
前記ライナーに対して繊維束を供給する複数の繊維供給ガイドを備え、
前記繊維供給ガイドは、繊維束の幅広面を案内する底部と、前記底部の両側に沿って設けられる側部と、前記両側部の間に形成され、繊維束を嵌め込むことができる開放部を有する、ことを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 請求項1に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置であって、
前記繊維供給ガイドを軸回りに回動させる駆動部と、
前記駆動部を制御することにより前記繊維供給ガイドの向きを変更する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、繊維束を前記ライナーに巻き付ける巻き付け角度、及び巻き付け方向に応じて、繊維束が前記繊維供給ガイドから脱落しないように前記繊維供給ガイドの向きを変更する、ことを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置であって、
前記開放部の一部を覆う、脱落防止部材が着脱自在に設けられている、ことを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング装置。
