Description
Claims (17)
- 圧力調理器(60)の操作弁であって、
可動の球状密封要素(4)と、
弁箱(2)であって、当該弁箱(2)を上下に貫いて延在している貫通開口部(12)と、前記貫通開口部(12)の中の上部領域に設けられた弁座(5)としての円錐状面と、を有する弁箱(2)と、
前記球状密封要素(4)に調整可能な圧縮力を印加する圧縮ばね(21)と、
を有し、
前記弁座(5)の前記円錐状面が、30°〜40°の角度αにおいて、円錐状に広がっており、
前記球状密封要素(4)が、密封面(7)としての球状部分を備えている上側領域(8a)と、棒状の延長部(8b)と、前記棒状の延長部(8b)の下端部に設けられた突縁部(19)と、を有し、
前記弁箱(2)が、前記貫通開口部(12)において前記弁座(5)よりも下方の位置に設けられた複数のリブ(13)を備え、前記複数のリブ(13)は前記貫通開口部(12)の内周に分布するとともに前記貫通開口部(12)の延在方向に沿って延在し、
前記突縁部(19)の径が、互いに対向するリブ(13)間の距離よりも大きく、かつ、前記複数のリブ(13)よりも下方の位置での前記貫通開口部(12)の径よりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする、操作弁。 - 前記弁座(5)の前記円錐状面が、33°〜37°の角度αにおいて、円錐状に広がっていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の操作弁。 - 前記弁座(5)の前記円錐状面が、35°の角度αにおいて、円錐状に広がっていることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の操作弁。 - 前記圧縮ばね(21)がトーションバースプリングであることを特徴とする、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の操作弁。 - 前記トーションバースプリング(21)の前記圧縮力を、少なくとも2つの圧力段階に調整することができ、0〜5Nの範囲内で調整可能とすることができる、ことを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の操作弁。 - 前記球状密封要素(4)および前記弁座(5)が金属からなることを特徴とする、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の操作弁。 - 前記弁箱(2)が、前記弁座(5)を備えているバルブコア(3)を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の操作弁。 - 前記弁箱(2)が、可撓性のプラスチックからなることを特徴とする、
請求項7に記載の操作弁。 - 前記プラスチックが透明であることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の操作弁。 - 前記プラスチックがシリコーンであることを特徴とする、
請求項8または請求項9に記載の操作弁。 - 前記貫通開口部(12)の中、少なくとも上部領域に、前記バルブコア(3)が受け入れられており、前記弁箱(2)が、本質的に半径方向に外部まで延在しており前記貫通開口部(12)に連通している少なくとも1つの開口部(9)、を備えている、ことを特徴とする、

前記圧力弁(20)が、球体(23)と、圧縮ばね(22)と、弁座としての円錐状面(28)を有する弁箱(24)と、を備えており、前記弁箱(24)が上部環状突縁部(27)を備えており、前記圧力弁(20)が、前記蓋体が前記環状突縁部(27)と密封リング(30)との間に位置するように、前記蓋体(34)の開口部の中に配置されており、したがって、前記圧力弁(20)が前記蓋体(34)において垂直方向に動くことができ、
前記円錐状面(28)が、30°〜40°の角度αにおいて、円錐状に広がっていることを特徴とする、
