Description
Claims (44)
- エラストマーおよび促進剤を含む分散相と、
水相とを含む水性エラストマー分散体であって、
前記分散相は、溶媒系の前記エラストマーと促進剤を溶かすことにより生成され、
前記水性エラストマー分散体は、45〜70%が全固形分である
ことを特徴とする水性エラストマー分散体。 - 前記エラストマーが、硬化性脂肪族共役ジエンエラストマーである、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記エラストマーが、ポリイソプレン、ポリクロロプレン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体、スチレンブロック共重合体、およびブチルゴムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記エラストマーが、100,000〜3,000,000の分子量を有する、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記分散相は少なくとも一種の追加添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記少なくとも一種の追加添加剤が、硫黄/硫黄ドナー、過酸化物硬化/架橋剤、活性剤、酸化防止剤、安定剤、可塑剤、オゾン分解防止剤、顔料、充填剤、抗菌剤、指示薬、および付加重合体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記促進剤と前記少なくとも一種の追加添加剤の量が、当該エラストマー分散体の全固形分の重量比で0.5〜49%である、請求項5の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 硫黄ドナーが、多硫化チウラム類および多硫化キサントゲン類からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 過酸化物硬化/架橋剤が、過酸化ジベンゾイル類、過酸化ジクミル類、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記促進剤が、ジチオカルバメート類、チアゾール類、硫化チウラム類、グアニジン類、およびチオ尿素類からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 活性剤が、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、および酸化鉛からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 酸化防止剤が、ヒンダードフェノール類、ヒンダードポリフェノール類、ヒンダードフェノール/ヒンダードポリフェノール類、アミン類、トリアジノン誘導体、多芳香族アミン類、フェノール酸化防止剤ヒドラジド類、フェノール類、クレゾール類、およびスチレン化フェノール類からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 安定剤が、アルカリ類、界面活性剤、およびアルカリカゼイン塩からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記オゾン分解防止剤が、アルキル/アリールp−フェニレンジアミン類、有機粘土オゾン分解防止剤錯体、官能化ベンゾトリアゾール類、トリアジン類、p−フェニレンジアミン類、ろう、重合体オゾン分解防止剤、およびオゾン不活性重合体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 抗菌剤が、水不溶性有機フェノール化合物、無機銀化合物、亜鉛化合物、銅化合物、脂肪酸エステル、シリコーン−アンモニウム重合体、窒素含有重合体、およびヒドロキシ安息香酸類含有重合体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 指示薬が、水分指示薬、着色剤、フタレイン染料、有機酸塩、遷移金属、ソルバトクロミック染料、微生物指示薬、ソルバトクロミック染料、酸性pH染料、アントシアニン染料、血液指示薬、酸塩基指示薬、および化学発光体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記付加重合体が、液状ポリイソプレン、分子量が20,000〜100,000のポリイソプレン、ポリイソプレンの異性体または類似体、ポリイソプレンの末端官能化誘導体、ポリイソプレンの共重合体、ポリクロロプレン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体、スチレンブロック共重合体、ブチルゴム、および前記重合体の修飾形態からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記スチレンブロック共重合体が、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)共重合体である、請求項17の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記付加重合体が、前記分散相における(重量比)0.5〜49%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項17の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記促進剤が、0.2〜10.0phrの範囲の量添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 前記水相が、水溶性成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 水溶性成分の量が、当該水性エラストマー分散体の全固形分の重量比で10%以下である、請求項21の水性エラストマー分散体。
- 請求項1の水性エラストマー分散体から製造された製品。
- 該製品が、手袋、コンドーム、プローブカバー、デンタルダム、指サック、およびカテーテルからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項23の製品。
- 請求項1に記載の水性エラストマー分散体を調製する方法であって、
エラストマーと促進剤と溶媒系とを含むエラストマー/促進剤溶液を調製するステップと、
前記エラストマー/促進剤溶液を乳化し、乳濁液を生成するためのステップと、
前記乳濁液を濃縮し、濃縮乳濁液を生成するためのステップと、
前記濃縮乳濁液から前記溶媒系を実質的に全て除去し、実質的に無溶媒の分散体を生成するためのステップと、
任意選択的に、前記実質的に無溶媒の分散体を濃縮するステップと
を含む水性エラストマー分散体を調製する方法。 - 前記エラストマーが、ポリイソプレン、ポリクロロプレン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体、スチレンブロック共重合体、およびブチルゴムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項25の方法。
- 前記エラストマーが、100,000〜3,000,000の分子量を有する、請求項26の方法。
- 前記エラストマー/促進剤溶液を調製するステップは、少なくとも一種の追加添加剤をさらに追加することを含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一種の追加添加剤が、硫黄/硫黄ドナー、過酸化物硬化/架橋剤、加硫活性剤、酸化防止剤、安定剤、可塑剤、オゾン分解防止剤、顔料、充填剤、抗菌剤、指示薬、および付加重合体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項28の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一種の追加添加剤の量が、前記エラストマー分散体の全固形分の重量比で0.5〜49%である、請求項29の方法。
- 前記溶媒系が、第1の溶媒および第2の溶媒を含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記エラストマーが前記第1の溶媒に可溶で、少なくとも一種の添加剤が前記第2の溶媒に可溶である、請求項31の方法。
- 前記第1の溶媒が一種以上の溶媒を含み、前記第2の溶媒が一種以上の溶媒を含む、請求項31の方法。
- 前記乳化するステップが、乳化剤を添加することを含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記乳化するステップが、高剪断型ミキサーで混合することをさらに含む、請求項34の方法。
- 前記濃縮するステップのうちの一方もしくは両方が、クリーミング剤を添加することを含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記濃縮するステップのうちの一方もしくは両方が、濃縮物と水溶液とを分離することをさらに含む、請求項36の方法。
- 前記濃縮するステップのうちの一方もしくは両方が、連続遠心分離機を用いて遠心分離することによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項25の方法。
- 前記除去するステップが、前記濃縮後の溶液から前記溶媒系を蒸発させることを含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記除去するステップが、前記溶媒系を蒸発させるために前記濃縮後の溶液を加熱することを含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記水性エラストマー分散体のpHを調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記水性エラストマー分散体の全固形分が、重量比で45〜65%である、請求項25の方法。
- 前記水性エラストマー分散体から物品を製造するステップをさらに含む、請求項25の方法。
- 前記物品が、手袋、コンドーム、プローブカバー、デンタルダム、指サック、およびカテーテルからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項43の方法。
