Description
本発明の第三の態様によると、貫通するスロットを有する支持手段と;前記支持手段の上に配置された刀身担持手段であって、前記支持手段は前記刀身担持手段の往復運動を可能にし、前記刀身担持手段は、刀身に取り付けられて担持し、前記スロットを介して、対応する往復運動を前記刀身へ伝達するように配置されている、刀身担持手段と、を含む、切断装置のための装置が提供される。
Claims (23)
- 回転運動を直線運動へ、および/または直線運動を回転運動へ変換するための装置であって、
表面を有すると共に、前記表面の上または中に第1手段を有し、中心軸を中心に回転可能な回転可能部品と、
前記回転可能部品の表面に対向する連結表面を有し、前記回転可能部品の軸に対して少なくとも部分的に横方向の制限された運動のために配置された、少なくとも一つの部材と、
前記回転可能部品の表面と、前記のまたは各々の部材との間に配置され、前記部材の連結表面と前記回転可能部品の表面とを連結するための手段とを備え、
前記のまたは各々の部材の前記連結表面は、その上またはその中に、前記部材の運動方向に対して斜めに延設された第2手段を有し、前記連結するための手段は、前記第1手段を前記第2手段に連結し、
前記連結するための手段は、当該手段と前記回転可能部品の表面と前記連結表面とが協働して、前記回転可能部品の回転運動が少なくとも一つの部材の反復的な往復運動を引き起こし、または、前記少なくとも一つの部材の反復的な往復運動が前記回転可能部品の回転運動を引き起こすように構成されている、変換装置。 - 前記部材または前記各部材の反復的な往復運動は、反復的な往復直線運動である、請求項1に記載の変換装置。
- 前記回転可能部品は、軸を中心とした前記回転可能部品の回転を可能にするように支持手段の上に設置され、前記少なくとも一つの部材も、前記支持手段の上に設置され、前記支持手段は前記のまたは各々の部材の運動を、少なくとも一部は前記回転可能部品の軸に対して横方向である直線経路に制限するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の変換装置。
- 前記第1手段は非線形の連続的な第1の溝であり、前記第2手段は第2の溝であり、前記連結するための手段は部分的に第1および第2の溝に配置されているベアリングを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記連結表面および前記回転可能部品の表面はそれぞれ、前記ベアリングを前記第1および第2の溝に保持するために離間されている、請求項4に記載の変換装置。
- 前記連結表面は前記回転可能部品の表面の一部に対向し、第1手段の一部を含み、前記連結表面が対抗する表面の前記部分は、前記回転可能部品が回転するにつれて変わる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記第1手段は、前記回転可能部品の中心軸のまわりを円周方向に延設され、第1手段の前記軸からの半径方向の間隔は一定である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記回転可能部品は、ほぼ円筒状であり、前記回転可能部品の表面は前記円筒状の部品の周面である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記制限された運動は、前記周面に対してほとんど接線方向であるかまたは、前記周面に対する接線方向の面に平行な面内である、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記回転可能部品は円板であり、前記表面は前記円板のほぼ円形または環状の領域を含み、前記軸は、前記円形または環状の領域の中心にあり、それに対する法線方向である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 前記制限された運動は、前記円形または環状の領域の面にほぼ平行である、請求項10に記載の変換装置。
- 切断対象物の表面上での、少なくとも一つの刀身の反復的な往復切断動作により切断するための切断装置であって、前記切断装置は、
請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の変換装置と、
回転可能部品に係合して、当該回転可能部品の中心軸まわりにその回転を引き起こす回転駆動シャフトとを含み、
前記のまたは各々の部材に、当該部材の運動の方向に長さ方向をあわせて、少なくとも一つの刀身が結合可能であり、
前記変換装置は、前記回転駆動シャフトの回転運動を、前記のまたは各々の部材の反復的な往復運動へ変換し、前記少なくとも一つの刀身が前記のまたは各々の部材に結合された場合に、これが少なくとも一つの刀身の対応する運動を引き起こすよう配置された、切断装置。 - 前記回転駆動シャフトの軸は、前記切断装置の質量中心、またはその近くの方向に延びる、請求項12に記載の切断装置。
- 前記部材または前記各部材に対して、少なくとも一つの刀身を取り付けるための少なくとも一つの刀身担持手段をさらに含み、前記往復運動部材の運動が、それに対応する前記刀身担持手段の運動を引き起こし、それによって、それに対応する前記少なくとも一つの刀身の運動を引き起こす、請求項12および13のいずれかに記載の切断装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの刀身は、前記少なくとも一つの刀身担持手段に着脱可能に取り付けられる、請求項14に記載の切断装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの刀身担持手段に担持された2つ、3つ、4つ、5つ、または6つの刀身を含み、前記刀身は、切断対象物の表面上で、同時の反復的な往復切断動作を行うように配置されている、請求項14〜15のいずれかに記載の切断装置。
- 4つの刀身を有し、前記刀身は、おおむね長方形または正方形のフォーメーションに設けられ、それによって、長方形のまたは正方形の切り出し部分を製造する、請求項16に記載の切断装置。
- 少なくとも一つの刀身担持手段は、前記刀身が少なくとも一つの刀身担持手段の上の複数の場所に取り付け可能であり、それによって、異なる形状の部分が切り出せるようにするよう構成されている、請求項16または請求項17に記載の切断装置。
- 各刀身は、それぞれ第1および第2端部を有し、各刀身の前記第1端部は、その隣に設けられている刀身の前記第2端部に隣接し、使用中には、各刀身の第2端部が前記隣の刀身の第1端部に接近し、各刀身の第1端部が前記その隣の刀身の第2端部に接近することが、交互に順に起こる、請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の切断装置。
- 請求項3に記載の変換装置を備えた、請求項14〜19のいずれかに記載の切断装置であって、
前記支持手段が貫通するスロットを有し、
前記支持手段上に配置された刀身担時手段をさらに含み、
前記支持手段は、前記刀身担時手段の反復的な往復運動を許容し、
前記刀身担時手段は、刀身に取り付けられて刀身を運搬し前記スロットを通して前記刀身へ対応する往復動作を伝達するよう構成された、切断装置。 - 請求項14〜20のいずれかに記載の切断装置に取り付けるための鋸刃であって、
前記のまたは各々の刀身は、刃先を有する本体と、前記刀身担持手段の対応する第2取付手段に取り外し可能に係合して前記刀身を切断位置で固定的に保持するための第1取付手段とを含む、鋸刃。 - 前記第2取付手段はアーム部を含み、前記第1取付手段は、前記刀身の本体に、前記アーム部の対応する形状の部分を受容するために幅広凹部を備え、前記アーム部の部分が前記幅広凹部に係合されたときに前記第1および第2取付手段が固定的に係合される、請求項21に記載の鋸刃。
- 前記第1取付手段は、それぞれ対抗する前記アーム部の辺に対して少なくとも部分的に嵌合するように構成された一対のリムを備え、前記アーム部は弾力性、柔軟性のある着脱可能な構成で前記リムを前記切断装置のスロットに挿入できるようにし、かつ、前記第1および第2取付手段が係合できるように位置決めされ、それによって前記鋸刃が前記切断装置に固定的に保持される、請求項22に記載の鋸刃。
