Claims (10)
- 風力タービンタワー(100)であって、
複数の管状セクション(140)であって、その各々が、隣接する管状セクションとの間に缶間ギャップ(28)をなすほぼ平面の端部表面を有する複数の管状セクション(140)と、
その各々が隣り合った管状セクション(140)の対向する端部表面間に形成される複数のフランジレス接合部(500)と、
各フランジレス接合部(500)の周りに均等に分散配置された複数のフィンガプレート組立体(510)であって、各フィンガプレート(540)が、円周角(515)、長手方向寸法(530)及び半径方向厚さ(535)を有している複数のフィンガプレート組立体(510)と、
前記複数の管状セクション(140)の頂部管状セクション(655)の頂端部(645)に取り付けられたカバープレート(620)であって、頂部管状セクション(655)の内径に相当する半径を有していて、前記複数のフィンガプレート組立体(510)の材料のヤング率よりも高いヤング率を有する材料から形成されたカバープレート(620)と
を含んでおり、前記缶間ギャップ(28)がタワーの剛度を高めるための所定の値に制限されている、風力タービンタワー(100)。 - 前記缶間ギャップ(28)が0mm〜3mmに制限される、請求項1記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記複数のフィンガプレート組立体(510)が、前記フランジレス接合部(500)の周りに約40°〜55°の円周角(515)で均等に分散配置された3つのフィンガプレート組立体(510)を含んでいて、前記フランジレス接合部(500)の周りに均等に分散配置された前記3つのフィンガプレート組立体(510)の各々が約1000mm〜1100mの長手方向寸法(530)を有しており、前記フィンガプレート組立体(510)の半径方向厚さ(535)が約40mmである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記フランジレス接合部(500)の周りに均等に分散配置された前記3つのフィンガプレート組立体(510)の各々が、列当り8〜10本のボルトを含む4つのボルト列を含んでいる、請求項3記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記フランジレス接合部(500)の周りに均等に分散配置された前記3つのフィンガプレート組立体(510)の各々が、前記管状セクション(140)の材料のヤング率よりも低いヤング率を有する材料から形成されている、請求項3又は請求項4記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記カバープレート(620)が少なくとも1つの裏当て補強材(690)を含んでいる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの裏当て補強材(690)が、前記カバープレート(620)の底面(640)に取り付けられている、請求項6記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの裏当て補強材(690)がI形又はH形ビームの形態である、請求項6又は請求項7記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記頂部管状セクション(655)の頂端部(645)に取り付けられた環状フランジ(650)をさらに含んでいて、ファスナ(635)が前記環状フランジ(650)を貫通して前記カバープレート(620)を支持している、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
- 前記複数のフィンガプレート組立体(510)の各々が、前記管状セクション(140)の材料のヤング率よりも低いヤング率を有する材料から形成されている、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の風力タービンタワー(100)。
