Description

The present invention relates to a motor with a speed reduction mechanism provided with a speed reduction mechanism that decelerates and outputs rotation of an armature shaft.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a drive source in a power window device, a sunroof device, or the like mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, a motor with a speed reduction mechanism that can provide a large output while being small is used. The motor with a speed reduction mechanism is rotationally driven by an operator operating an operation switch provided in a vehicle interior or the like, and thereby opens and closes an opening / closing body (window glass, sunroof, etc.).

In-vehicle motors with a reduction mechanism are required to be downsized because they are installed in limited spaces such as the doors and ceilings of vehicles. Regardless, the layout can be improved. Therefore, in order to further reduce the size of the motor with a speed reduction mechanism, the motor unit and the gear unit are separately designed as separate units.

For example, a small-diameter armature shaft with rigidity that can withstand a predetermined output is used in the motor section, and a worm shaft that has rigidity that can withstand a large reduction ratio in the gear section and has a larger diameter than the armature shaft. By adopting a design such as adoption, it is possible to reduce the size of each of the motor portion and the gear portion, and thus further reduce the size of the motor with a speed reduction mechanism.

As a motor with a speed reduction mechanism in which a motor unit and a gear unit are separated, for example, a technique described in Patent Document 1 is known. The motor (motor with a speed reduction mechanism) described in Patent Document 1 includes a motor main body (motor part) and a speed reduction part (gear part), and both are coupled so as to be able to transmit power. The motor body has a rotation shaft (armature shaft), and the speed reduction portion has a worm shaft, and each shaft is connected via a clutch. The motor main body side and the speed reduction part side are provided with a first engagement convex part and a second engagement convex part for positioning each axis on a concentric shaft when the motor main body and the speed reduction part are connected. ing. And each axis | shaft is positioned and connected on a concentric axis | shaft by engaging each engagement convex part.

2)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-218420 (FIG. 2)

However, according to the motor described in Patent Document 1 described above, the rotating shaft and the worm shaft are supported by the pair of bearings with respect to the yoke housing and the gear housing, respectively, and the clutch that connects the shafts is the shaft displacement of each shaft. It does not have a function to absorb. Therefore, in order to eliminate the shaft misalignment of each shaft and smoothly connect the shafts, it is necessary to maintain the molding accuracy of the first engagement convex portion and the second engagement convex portion and the component accuracy of the clutch with high accuracy. It was. For example, if the shafts are forcibly connected with reduced accuracy, the rotational resistance of the motor will increase, the operating noise of the motor will increase, the clutch will wear early and the clutch will malfunction. There is a risk of being.

The object of the present invention is to have a positioning portion for positioning the motor case and the gear case at the opposite portions, and can smoothly connect the armature shaft and the worm shaft without requiring high accuracy and rotate. An object of the present invention is to provide a motor with a speed reduction mechanism that can suppress an increase in resistance and suppress operation noise of the motor.

A motor with a speed reduction mechanism according to the present invention is a motor with a speed reduction mechanism having a speed reduction mechanism that decelerates and outputs the rotation of an armature shaft, and forms a motor case that rotatably accommodates the armature shaft, and the speed reduction mechanism. A gear case that rotatably accommodates the worm shaft, a positioning portion that is provided at a facing portion between the motor case and the gear case, and that positions the motor case and the gear case by concave-convex fitting, the armature shaft, and the A connecting member that is provided between the armature shaft and the worm shaft so as to be able to transmit power ; and a steel ball provided between the armature shaft and the worm shaft. At least one of the gear case side of the shaft and the motor case side of the worm shaft The person, a loosely fitted portion capable eccentric with respect to the connecting member than said loosely portion provided on the connecting member side, and gradually reduced in diameter toward the said coupling member, relative to said connecting member And an inclined portion that can be inclined, and a substantially cylindrical concave portion that is formed radially inside the loosely fitting portion and the inclined portion and is provided with a flat thrust bearing at the bottom. .

The motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention is characterized in that a steel ball support portion for restricting movement of the steel ball in the radial direction of the worm shaft is provided on the connecting member or the worm shaft. The motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention is characterized in that a diameter dimension of the recess is larger than a diameter dimension of the steel ball.

According to the motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention, the positioning portion for positioning the motor case and the gear case by the concave-convex fitting is provided at the opposite portion between the motor case and the gear case, and the armature is disposed between the armature shaft and the worm shaft. A connecting member that connects the shaft and the worm shaft so as to be able to transmit power, and at least one of the gear case side of the armature shaft and the motor case side of the worm shaft; Further, an inclined portion that is gradually reduced in diameter toward the connecting member side and inclined with respect to the connecting member is provided closer to the connecting member side than the loose fitting portion. Thereby, each case can be positioned by a positioning part, and each axis | shaft can be connected via a connection member. In this case, even if the accuracy of the parts forming the motor with the speed reduction mechanism is not so high, the shaft displacement of each shaft is absorbed by the connecting member and the loose fitting portion, and the relative rotation of each shaft is achieved by the connecting member and the inclined portion. Since the inclination is allowed, an increase in the rotational resistance of the motor with the speed reduction mechanism can be suppressed. Moreover, since the connection with the connecting member can be smoothly performed by the inclined portion, it is possible to improve the assembly workability of the motor with the speed reduction mechanism.

According to the motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention, since the steel ball is provided between the armature shaft and the worm shaft, it is possible to easily allow relative inclination of each shaft. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress an increase in rotational resistance of the motor with a speed reduction mechanism.

According to the motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention, the thrust bearing is provided between at least one of the armature shaft and the steel ball and between the worm shaft and the steel ball. It is possible to facilitate relative movement. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress an increase in rotational resistance of the motor with a speed reduction mechanism.

According to the motor with a speed reduction mechanism of the present invention, the steel ball support portion that restricts the movement of the steel ball in the radial direction of the worm shaft is provided on the connecting member or the worm shaft. It is possible to prevent the steel ball from rampaging between the shaft and the worm shaft. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the operating noise and extend the life of the motor with a speed reduction mechanism.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a motor with a speed reduction mechanism according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view taken in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the armature, the connecting member, and the worm shaft, FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the broken line circle B portion of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the broken line circle C portion of FIG. (A), (b) each represents explanatory drawing explaining the detailed structure of the motor case side of a worm shaft.

As shown in FIG. 1, a motor 10 with a speed reduction mechanism is used as a drive source of a power window device (not shown) mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and includes a wind regulator (not shown) that raises and lowers the wind glass. To drive. Since the motor 10 with a speed reduction mechanism is installed in a narrow space (not shown) formed in the door of the vehicle, it has a shape with a reduced thickness as shown in FIG. The motor 10 with a speed reduction mechanism includes a motor unit 20 and a gear unit 40, and the motor unit 20 and the gear unit 40 are integrated (unitized) by three fastening screws 11.

The motor unit 20 includes a motor case 21 formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape by pressing (deep drawing) a steel plate made of a magnetic material. A plurality of magnets 22 (only two are shown in the figure) are fixed inside the motor case 21, and a coil (not shown) is wound inside each magnet 22. The armature 23 is provided so as to be rotatable through a predetermined gap. A brush holder 24 is attached to the opening side (right side in the figure) of the motor case 21, and the opening side of the motor case 21 is closed by the brush holder 24.

An armature shaft 25 penetrates and is fixed to the rotation center of the armature 23. A commutator 26 is provided at a position close to the armature 23 of the armature shaft 25, and an end of a coil wound around the armature 23 is electrically connected to the commutator 26. A pair of brushes 27 held by the brush holder 24 are in sliding contact with the outer peripheral portion of the commutator 26, and each brush 27 is in elastic contact with a predetermined pressure toward the commutator 26 by a spring member 28. . As a result, a driving current is supplied to each brush 27 from a controller (not shown), whereby a rotational force (electromagnetic force) is generated in the armature 23. As a result, the armature shaft 25 rotates at a predetermined rotational speed and rotational torque. It is like that.

The bottom side (the left side in the figure) of the motor case 21 is formed in a stepped shape, and a bottomed cylindrical portion 21 a having a smaller diameter than the main body portion of the motor case 21 is provided in the portion. A first radial bearing 29 is attached to the bottomed cylindrical portion 21a, and the first radial bearing 29 rotatably supports one side (left side in the figure) of the armature shaft 25 in the axial direction. A first thrust bearing 30 is provided on the bottom side of the bottomed cylindrical portion 21 a, and a first steel ball 31 is provided between the first thrust bearing 30 and the armature shaft 25.

A second radial bearing 32 is attached to the brush holder 24, and the second radial bearing 32 rotatably supports the other axial side of the armature shaft 25 (right side in the figure). As described above, the first radial bearing 29, the first thrust bearing 30 and the first steel ball 31 are provided on one side in the axial direction of the armature shaft 25, and the second radial bearing 32 is provided on the other side in the axial direction of the armature shaft 25. Thus, the armature shaft 25 (armature 23) can be smoothly rotated with almost no rotational resistance.

On the other side in the axial direction of the armature shaft 25, as shown in FIG. 5, a two-sided portion 25 a having a pair of flat surfaces facing toward the radial direction of the armature shaft 25 is provided. An armature shaft side connecting member 60 that forms the connecting member 50 is fixed to the two-way portion 25a.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a flange portion 21 b that protrudes radially outward from the main body portion of the motor case 21 is integrally formed on the opening side of the motor case 21, that is, on a portion facing the gear case 41 of the motor case 21. Is provided. The flange portion 21b is provided with four engagement concave portions 21c into which the four engagement convex portions 41a provided on the gear case 41 are respectively fitted. Here, by positioning the engaging recesses 21c and the engaging protrusions 41a to be uneven, the motor case 21 and the gear case 41 can be positioned while the axis centers of the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 are aligned. Made. In addition, each engaging recessed part 21c and each engaging convex part 41a comprise the positioning part in this invention.

The flange portion 21b is provided with three screw holes 21d through which the respective fastening screws 11 pass. The diameter dimension of each screw hole 21d is set to a diameter dimension larger than the screw diameter dimension of each fastening screw 11. That is, the positioning of the motor case 21 and the gear case 41 is not performed by the screw coupling of the fastening screws 11 but by the engaging recesses 21c and the engaging protrusions 41a (positioning portions).

As shown in FIG. 1, the gear unit 40 includes a gear case 41 and a connector member 42 attached to the gear case 41. The gear case 41 is formed into a predetermined shape by injection molding a resin material such as plastic, and is connected to the opening of the motor case 21 via a connector member 42. On the motor case 21 side of the gear case 41, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, four engagement convex portions 41 a that fit into the respective engagement concave portions 21 c provided on the flange portion 21 b of the motor case 21 are integrally formed. Has been. In FIG. 3, only the motor case 21 and the gear case 41 are shown for easy understanding of the connection structure between the motor case 21 and the gear case 41.

Inside the gear case 41, a worm shaft 43 having a worm portion 43a (not shown in detail) integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion and a worm wheel 44 having gear teeth (not shown) that mesh with the worm portion 43a are rotatable. Is housed in.

The worm shaft 43 is provided coaxially with the armature shaft 25 as shown in FIG. The motor case 21 side (left side in the figure) along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43 is connected to the gear case 41 side (right side in the figure) along the axial direction of the armature shaft 25 via a connecting member 50 so that power can be transmitted. Has been.

A second thrust bearing 45 for supporting the worm shaft 43 from the axial direction inside the gear case 41 is provided on the side opposite to the motor case 21 side along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43. A second steel ball 46 is provided between the shaft 43. The second thrust bearing 45 and the second steel ball 46 rotate the worm shaft 43 smoothly. A third radial bearing 47 and a fourth radial bearing 48 are provided on both sides of the worm portion 43 a along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43, and the radial bearings 47 and 48 are coaxially fixed inside the gear case 41. Has been. As a result, the worm shaft 43 can be smoothly rotated with little rotational resistance.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a serration portion 43 b is formed on the motor case 21 side along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43. The outer shape of the serration portion 43 b is substantially a gear tooth shape, and the serration portion 43 b includes a plurality of irregularities along the circumferential direction of the worm shaft 43. The serration portion 43b is inserted into the worm shaft side connecting member 70 forming the connecting member 50 so as to be able to transmit power.

The serration portion 43b includes a loose fitting portion 43c and an inclined portion 43d. The loose fitting portion 43c forms the worm portion 43a side along the axial direction of the serration portion 43b, and can be eccentric with a predetermined swing width with respect to the worm shaft side connecting member 70 (movable relative to the radial direction). . On the other hand, the inclined portion 43d forms an opposite side to the worm portion 43a side along the axial direction of the serration portion 43b, and is inclined so as to form a predetermined angle α ° with respect to the extension line of the loose fitting portion 43c, that is, the worm shaft The diameter gradually decreases toward the side connecting member 70 side (left side in the figure). The inclined portion 43d allows the worm shaft 43 to be inclined with respect to the worm shaft side connecting member 70 in a predetermined angle range, and improves the workability of connecting the worm shaft 43 to the worm shaft side connecting member 70. .

A substantially cylindrical recess 43e is formed inside the serration portion 43b in the radial direction. A thrust plate 43f that supports the third steel ball 80 forming the connecting member 50 is provided at the bottom of the recess 43e. The thrust plate 43f is provided between the worm shaft 43 and the third steel ball 80 to improve the slip of the third steel ball 80 with respect to the worm shaft 43, and constitutes a thrust bearing in the present invention. .

The diameter dimension of the recess 43e is set to be larger than the diameter dimension of the third steel ball 80, whereby the third steel ball 80 is movable in the radial direction of the worm shaft 43 inside the recess 43e. Yes. As described above, since the loose fitting portion 43c is inserted into the worm shaft side connecting member 70 and the diameter dimension of the recess 43e and the diameter dimension of the third steel ball 80 are made different, The axial displacement between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 due to deformation of parts due to the load is absorbed.

As shown in FIG. 1, a pinion 44a as an output shaft is provided at the rotation center of the worm wheel 44 so as to be integrally rotatable, and a gear (not shown) forming a window regulator is engaged with the pinion 44a. It has become. Then, the rotation of the motor unit 20, that is, the rotation of the worm shaft 43 accompanying the rotation of the armature shaft 25 is decelerated by the worm wheel 44, and the high torque output is transmitted from the pinion 44a to the gear of the window regulator. Here, the worm shaft 43 and the worm wheel 44 constitute a speed reduction mechanism in the present invention.

A connecting member 50 is provided between the gear case 41 side along the axial direction of the armature shaft 25 and the motor case 21 side along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43 so as to connect the shafts 25 and 43 so that power can be transmitted. Yes. As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting member 50 includes an armature shaft side connecting member 60, a worm shaft side connecting member 70, and a third steel ball (steel ball) 80.

The armature shaft side connecting member 60 is formed into a predetermined shape by pressing (punching) a steel material, and includes a main body portion 61 and three projecting portions 62 extending radially from the center of the main body portion 61. Yes. A substantially rectangular fixing hole 63 is provided at the center of the main body 61, and the two-way part 25 a of the armature shaft 25 is press-fitted and fixed to the fixing hole 63. Therefore, the armature shaft side connecting member 60 is firmly fixed to the armature shaft 25 without rattling, and rotates integrally with the armature shaft 25. Each protrusion 62 is formed in a substantially sector shape, and is provided at regular intervals (120 ° intervals) along the circumferential direction of the main body 61.

The worm shaft side connecting member 70 includes a main body 71, a rigid member 72, and a cushion member 73. The main body 71 is formed in a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape, and three protrusions 71 a that protrude toward the armature shaft 25 (left side in the figure) are provided on the bottom of the main body 71. Each protrusion 71a is formed in a substantially sector shape, and is provided at regular intervals (120 ° intervals) along the circumferential direction of the main body 71. The projections 62 of the armature shaft side coupling member 60 are respectively inserted between the projections 71a in the circumferential direction, whereby the armature shaft side coupling member 60 and the worm shaft side coupling member 70 are powered. It is connected so that it can be transmitted.

A spherical portion 71 b that is concave toward the armature shaft 25 side is formed at the bottom of the main body portion 71. The curvature radius of the spherical portion 71b is set to be substantially the same as the curvature radius of the third steel ball 80, and the third steel ball 80 is slidably in contact with the spherical portion 71b. Here, the spherical surface portion 71 b restricts the movement of the third steel ball 80 in the radial direction of the worm shaft 43 with respect to the worm shaft side connecting member 70, and thereby the first steel ball 80 is moved between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43. 3 The steel ball 80 is prevented from rampage. The spherical portion 71b constitutes a steel ball support portion in the present invention.

The third steel ball 80 is provided between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43. The third steel ball 80 includes a gear case side of the armature shaft 25, a spherical surface portion 71b of the main body portion 71, and a motor case of the worm shaft 43. The thrust plates 43f provided on the side are in contact with each other.

Thus, in the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism, the shafts 25 and 43 are supported from the axial direction via the steel balls 31, 46, 80 and the like. Therefore, for example, the worm shaft 43 can be prevented from rattling in the axial direction due to the reaction force from the worm wheel 44, and power transmission loss, abnormal noise, etc. can be reliably prevented.

On the opening side of the main body 71, there are provided six projections 71c projecting toward the worm shaft 43 side (right side in the figure). The protrusions 71c are provided at regular intervals (60 ° intervals) along the circumferential direction of the main body 71, and are formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. An attachment ring 91 of a sensor magnet 90 provided on the outer periphery of the main body 71, that is, the outer periphery of the worm shaft side connecting member 70 is attached to each protrusion 71c by caulking or the like.

Here, the sensor magnet 90 is formed of a bonded magnet or the like in which magnet powder is bonded with a binder such as resin, and is integrally provided on the outer periphery of the metal mounting ring 91. The sensor magnet 90 is magnetized so that N poles and S poles are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the sensor board 42 a attached to the connector member 42 is provided with a pair of Hall ICs 42 b (only one is shown in the figure), and each Hall IC 42 b is rectangular according to the rotation of the sensor magnet 90. Generate a wave signal. The controller detects the number and appearance timing of the rectangular wave signal from each Hall IC 42b, and detects the rotation speed, rotation position, etc. (rotation state) of the worm shaft 43. However, in the present embodiment, an MR sensor (magnetoresistive element) can be used instead of the Hall IC 42b.

On the inner side in the radial direction of the main body 71, an uneven hole 71d having a plurality of unevenness is formed along the circumferential direction. The inner shape of the uneven hole 71 d is formed in the same shape (similar shape) as the outer shape of the serration portion 43 b provided in the worm shaft 43. An inclined portion 43d of the serration portion 43b is loosely fitted in the uneven hole 71d. In addition, a predetermined gap S1 is formed between the end of the worm shaft 43 on the motor case 21 side along the axial direction and the bottom of the worm shaft side connecting member 70, whereby the worm shaft 43 is connected to the worm shaft side. When inclined with respect to the connecting member 70, the worm shaft 43 and the worm shaft side connecting member 70 are prevented from interfering with each other.

A rigid member 72 is provided near the opening side of the main body 71 by insert molding. The rigid member 72 is formed into a predetermined shape by pressing a steel plate or the like, and serves to reinforce the main body 71 and transmit rotational torque. The inner shape of the rigid member 72 is the same as the concave and convex hole 71d of the main body 71, and the loose fitting portion 43c and the inclined portion 43d of the serration portion 43b are loosely fitted inside the rigid member 72. ing.

A cushion member 73 is provided in the main body 71 by injection molding so as to be along the axial direction thereof. The cushion member 73 is formed with a predetermined amount of molten rubber material between an injection hole (not shown) formed in the main body 71 and a jig (not shown) that covers the main body 71 and the main body 71. It is formed into a predetermined shape by being injected and cured by pressure.

Three first cushion portions 73a are provided on one side in the axial direction of the cushion member 73 (left side in the drawing) along the protruding direction of each protruding portion 71a of the main body portion 71. The length dimension along the circumferential direction of each 1st cushion part 73a is set to the length dimension longer than the length dimension along the circumferential direction of each protrusion part 71a. The portion of each first cushion portion 73 a that protrudes from each protrusion 71 a comes into contact with each protrusion 62 of the armature shaft side connecting member 60. Thereby, it is suppressed that each protrusion 62 directly contacts each protrusion 71a and abnormal noises are generated.

Between the circumferential directions of the first cushion portions 73a, there are provided three pressing projections 73b that protrude toward one side in the axial direction. Each pressing protrusion 73b is in elastic contact with the radially inner side of each protrusion 62 of the armature shaft side connecting member 60. Thereby, the armature shaft side connecting member 60 and the worm shaft side connecting member 70 are prevented from coming into direct contact in the axial direction, and the occurrence of abnormal noise or the like is suppressed.

Further, the worm shaft side connecting member 70 and the armature shaft side connecting member 60 can be inclined by crushing each pressing protrusion 73b. Accordingly, it is possible to allow the inclination of the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 between the worm shaft side connecting member 70 and the armature shaft side connecting member 60.

A second cushion portion 73c that is elastically deformed by the loose fitting portion 43c of the serration portion 43b is provided on the other axial side of the cushion member 73 (right side in the drawing), and the second cushion portion 73c is close to the rigid member 72. Are arranged. The second cushion portion 73c prevents the loose fitting portion 43c and the inclined portion 43d from rattling in the main body portion 71 (vibration absorption), and suppresses the generation of abnormal noise and the like by the bite fitting portion 43c. doing. Further, the second cushion portion 73 c also has a function of holding the temporarily assembled state (assy state) of the worm shaft side connecting member 70 with respect to the worm shaft 43 when the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism is assembled.

Next, the assembly procedure of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism formed as described above will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

8 is an explanatory view for explaining the connecting procedure of the armature shaft and the worm shaft, FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. 5, FIG. 10 is a sectional view taken along the line EE in FIG. Explanatory drawing explaining the relative inclination state of a worm shaft is each represented.

First, the motor unit 20 and the gear unit 40 assembled in separate work processes are prepared. In preparation of the motor part 20 and the gear part 40, as shown in FIG. 8, the armature shaft side connection member 60 is fixed to the two-way part 25a of the armature shaft 25 forming the motor part 20. The third steel ball 80 and the worm shaft side connecting member 70 are mounted on the serration portion 43b of the worm shaft 43 that forms the gear portion 40. At this time, as indicated by an arrow F in FIG. 9, the loose fitting portion 43 c of the serration portion 43 b bites into the second cushion portion 73 c, so that the third steel ball 80 and the worm shaft side connecting member 70 are detached from the worm shaft 43. There is nothing to do.

Here, the loose fitting portion 43 c bites into the second cushion portion 73 c, so that the axis of the worm shaft side connecting member 70 is completely aligned with the axis of the worm shaft 43. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, a predetermined gap S2 having a uniform width in the circumferential direction of the worm shaft 43 is formed between the loose fitting portion 43c and the rigid member 72. The shaft side connecting member 70 is movable in the radial direction (can be eccentric).

Next, the engagement concave portions 21c side of the motor case 21 in the motor unit 20 and the respective engagement convex portions 41a side of the gear case 41 in the gear unit 40 are opposed to each other (see FIG. 3), and the motor unit 20 and the gear unit 40 are arranged. Close. After that, the engagement protrusions 41a are fitted into the engagement recesses 21c, and the protrusions 62 of the armature shaft side connection member 60 are fitted between the protrusions 71a of the worm shaft side connection member 70. Thereby, positioning with the motor part 20 and the gear part 40 is completed. Then, by inserting each fastening screw 11 into each screw hole 21d and screwing each fastening screw 11 into the gear case 41, the assembly of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism is completed.

Here, when there is an error or the like in the parts forming the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism and the shaft center of the armature shaft 25 and the shaft center of the worm shaft 43 are displaced, the loose fitting portion 43c and the rigid member 72 are provided. The predetermined gap S2 between the two absorbs the shaft misalignment. Therefore, the first radial bearing 29 to the fourth radial bearing 48 are not twisted, and the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism can be smoothly rotated.

Further, for example, when the worm shaft 43 is warped due to a reaction force from the worm wheel 44 or an assembly error when assembling the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism, that is, as shown in FIG. 11, the axis C1 of the worm shaft 43 and the armature When the axis C2 of the shaft 25 is inclined in the direction of the arrow R around the center point P of the third steel ball 80, the relative inclination between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 by the inclined portion 43d. Therefore, the worm shaft 43 and the worm shaft side connecting member 70 are not twisted, and the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism can be smoothly rotated.

As described above in detail, according to the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism according to the present embodiment, each of the positioning of the motor case 21 and the gear case 41 by the concave-convex fitting at the opposite portion between the motor case 21 and the gear case 41 is performed. Engagement recesses 21c and engagement protrusions 41a are provided, and the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 are connected between the gear case 41 side of the armature shaft 25 and the motor case 21 side of the worm shaft 43 so that power can be transmitted. A connecting member 50 is provided. A loose fitting portion 43c that can be eccentric with respect to the connecting member 50 on the motor case 21 side of the worm shaft 43, and toward the connecting member 50 side from the loose fitting portion 43c toward the connecting member 50 side. The diameter is gradually reduced, and an inclined portion 43 d that can be inclined with respect to the connecting member 50 is provided.

Thereby, each case 21 and 41 can be positioned by each engagement recessed part 21c and each engagement convex part 41a, and each axis | shaft 25 and 43 can be connected via the connection member 50. FIG. In this case, even if the precision of the parts forming the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism is not so high, the shaft displacement of the shafts 25 and 43 is absorbed by the connecting member 50 and the loose fitting portion 43c, and the connecting member 50 and the inclined portion are Since the relative inclination of the shafts 25 and 43 is allowed by 43d, it is possible to suppress an increase in the rotational resistance of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism. In addition, since the connection with the connecting member 50 can be smoothly performed by the inclined portion 43d, it is possible to improve the assembly workability of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism.

Further, according to the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism according to the present embodiment, since the third steel ball 80 is provided between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43, the relative inclination of the shafts 25 and 43 is allowed. Can be made easier. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress an increase in rotational resistance of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism.

Furthermore, according to the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism according to the present embodiment, the thrust plate 43f is provided between the worm shaft 43 and the third steel ball 80. Can be easily moved. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress an increase in rotational resistance of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism.

Further, according to the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism according to the present embodiment, the spherical portion that restricts the movement of the third steel ball 80 in the radial direction of the worm shaft 43 on the worm shaft side connection member 70 that forms the connection member 50. Since 71b is provided, it is possible to prevent the third steel ball 80 from violating between the armature shaft 25 and the worm shaft 43 when the motor 10 with a speed reduction mechanism is driven to rotate. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the operating noise and extend the life of the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the loose fitting portion 43 c that can be eccentric with respect to the connecting member 50 and the inclined portion 43 d that can be inclined with respect to the connecting member 50 are provided on the motor case 21 side along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43. Although what was provided was shown, this invention is not restricted to this, A loose fitting part and an inclination part can also be provided in the gear case 41 side along the axial direction of the armature shaft 25. FIG. It can also be provided on both the gear case 41 side of the armature shaft 25 and the motor case 21 side of the worm shaft 43.

Further, in the above embodiment, the thrust plate 43f is provided between the worm shaft 43 and the third steel ball 80. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the armature shaft 25 and the third steel ball are provided. A thrust plate can also be provided between the two. A thrust plate can also be provided both between the worm shaft 43 and the third steel ball 80 and between the armature shaft 25 and the third steel ball 80.

Further, in the above embodiment, the spherical portion 71b that supports the third steel ball 80 is provided on the worm shaft side connecting member 70 that forms the connecting member 50. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The motor case 21 may be provided along the axial direction of the worm shaft 43. In this case, the spherical portion 71 b of the worm shaft side connecting member 70 is eliminated, and the third steel ball 80 can be moved with respect to the radial direction of the worm shaft side connecting member 70.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the engagement recessed part 21c as a positioning part was provided in the motor case 21, and the engagement convex part 41a as a positioning part was shown in the gear case 41, this invention showed this. For example, an engagement recess extending in the axial direction of the worm shaft 43 is provided in the gear case 41, and an engagement protrusion extending in the axial direction of the worm shaft 43 is provided in the motor case 21, so that the two are fitted to be uneven. Also good.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism is used as a drive source of the power window device mounted on the vehicle. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other sunroof devices and the like are used. It can also be used as a drive source.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although what employ | adopted the electric motor with a brush as the motor part 20 was shown, this invention is not restricted to this, For example, a brushless electric motor etc. can also be employ | adopted.
