Claims (5)
- 自動車の操舵系に操舵補助力を与えるモータと、
該モータに流れるモータ電流を検知する電流センサと、
前記モータの回転角を検知する回転角センサと、
前記操舵系に伝達される操舵トルクを検知するトルクセンサと、
前記モータ電流と前記回転角と前記操舵トルクに基づいて前記モータを制御する第1制御部と、
該第1制御部に異常が発生した場合に、前記第1制御部に代えて、前記回転角と前記操舵トルクに基づいて前記モータを制御する第2制御部と、
を備え、
前記回転角センサは、前記回転角に応じたsin信号とcos信号を出力し、
前記第2制御部は、
該回転角センサから入力されるsin信号とcos信号を3相sin信号に座標変換する座標変換部と、
該座標変換部により座標変換された3相sin信号を、デジタル位相信号に変換する位相変換部と、
前記トルクセンサから入力されるトルク信号をデジタルトルク信号に変換するトルク変換部と、
前記デジタル位相信号と前記デジタルトルク信号を乗算してモータ駆動信号を算出する乗算部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電動パワーステアリング装置。 - 前記座標変換部は、各位相が前記sin信号から0,2/3π,4/3π進んだsin波形を有する3相sin信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。
- 前記トルク変換部は、前記トルク信号を該トルク信号の大きさに比例するデューティー比のPWM波形を有するデジタルトルク信号に変換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。
- 前記位相変換部は、前記3相sin信号を該3相sin信号の波形の大きさに応じて、−1、0、1のいずれかの値を有するデジタル位相信号に変換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。
- 前記位相変換部は、前記3相sin信号の波形の大きさが、第1閾値以上であれば、1を出力し、第2閾値以下であれば、−1を出力し、上記第1閾値より小さく、第2閾値より大きければ、0を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パワーステアリング装置。
