Description
The present invention relates to a primary coil arrangement structure of a non-contact power feeding device. That is, the present invention relates to an arrangement structure of primary coils used in a non-contact power feeding device that supplies electric power in a non-contact manner from the ground side and primary side to the vehicle side and secondary side.
《Technical background》
A non-contact power supply device that supplies electric power from the outside to a vehicle such as an electric vehicle without mechanical contact such as a cable has been developed and put into practical use based on demand.
In this non-contact power feeding device, an air gap of about several tens to several hundreds of millimeters exists from a primary coil placed on the ground side to a secondary coil mounted on the vehicle side based on the mutual induction action of electromagnetic induction. Electric power is supplied while being in a non-contact position (see also FIG. 5 and the like described later).
<Conventional technology>
As described above, in the non-contact power feeding apparatus, the primary coil on the primary side is fixed on the ground side. However, the arrangement structure of the primary coil in this type of conventional example is as follows.
That is, it is made of concrete in which a primary coil is solidified, and such a structure is installed on a road or buried in a road. In other words, the arrangement structure of this type of conventional example has a block shape or a fixed block shape in which the primary coil of the non-contact power feeding device is mixed with an inorganic adhesive cement, gravel and sand, and kneaded with water and hardened in a mold. Therefore, it was placed on the ground side.
"problem"
By the way, the following subject was pointed out about the primary coil arrangement | positioning structure of this kind of conventional non-contact electric power feeder.
First, in view of being installed on a road or buried in a road, load bearing performance is important. In particular, it is required to have durability, strength, rigidity, etc. that have a vehicle load resistance and can sufficiently withstand a large compressive load, a shear load, a bending load, and other loads caused by a large vehicle or the like.
Therefore, the primary coil arrangement structure of this type of conventional example, as described above, was used in the form of a concrete block or block in which the primary coil is solidified, but it is large, thick and heavy. Was pointed out. It is bulky, thick in the top and bottom (up to 200mm in thickness), heavy (about 2t in weight), difficult to handle, and difficult to install on roads, etc. There was a problem that the transportation cost and the installation cost were increased.
Moreover, regarding the usage mode embedded in the road, the problem in load bearing performance is easily closed up, and the above-described problem has been noticeable.
In addition, since the thickness is thick and the fog thickness up to the concrete surface (upper surface) of the arrangement structure is large, the air gap between the primary coil and the secondary coil on the vehicle side and the secondary side is small by the fog thickness. There was also the difficulty of becoming.
Further, it has been pointed out that the primary coil arrangement structure of this type of conventional example is likely to be displaced. In other words, due to temperature shrinkage, lateral load, etc. associated with use on the road, misalignment in the front-rear and left-right directions is likely to occur. From this aspect as well, problems have been pointed out in installation and maintenance on the road.
In addition, when installed on a road, the upper surface is slippery and there is anxiety about safety, and cornering accidents are also likely to occur, resulting in difficulty in waterproofing. In the case of a non-contact power feeding device using a low frequency, it has been pointed out that noise generated by the primary coil is likely to leak to the outside.

(8) Then, the primary coil arrangement structure of the non-contact power feeding device of the present invention exhibits the following effects.
<< First effect >>
First, it is excellent in load bearing performance. That is, in the primary coil arrangement structure of the non-contact power feeding device according to the present invention, an inner cylindrical wall made of resin concrete is interposed between a cover portion and a base portion made of resin concrete. Further, the gap between the primary coils is filled with a low shrinkage resin, and a flat coil-shaped primary coil, a flat magnetic core, a glass fiber reinforced plate, and the like are provided.
By adopting a combination of these configurations, the arrangement structure of the present invention has excellent load bearing performance. It has sufficient vehicle load resistance, and has durability, strength, rigidity, etc. that can withstand large compression loads, shear loads, bending loads, and other loads from large vehicles etc. (20t
/ Meets the general road regulations of 500mm x 100mm).
Thus, it is excellent in load-bearing performance, and can be sufficiently adapted to a usage mode where it is installed on a road or embedded in a road.
<< Second effect >>
Second, miniaturization, thinning, weight reduction, etc. are realized. That is, the primary coil arrangement structure of the non-contact power feeding device according to the present invention exhibits excellent load bearing performance based on the configuration described in the first point.
Therefore, as compared with the above-described conventional example, that is, a primary coil arrangement structure in the form of a concrete block or block in which the primary coil is solidified, a significant reduction in size, thickness and weight are realized. In particular, the thickness of the top wall and the bottom wall of the cover part and the base part can be reduced.
In this way, the overall size is small (for example, the left and right diameter is about 850 mm), the top and bottom thickness is thin (the top and bottom thickness can be 50 mm or less), and the weight is light (about 200 kg). In addition, transportation costs and installation costs are reduced, such as ease of installation on the road.
In addition, this type of conventional concrete product requires about one month until strength is obtained after molding. However, since resin concrete has practical strength in one day, the present invention requires a short production period. It becomes like this.
Moreover, since the insert material is attached to the peripheral wall of the cover part and the base part and can be used for lifting and stopping by a crane, the installation work is facilitated also from this surface.
In addition, since the thickness of the cover part is thin (for example, about 10 mm above and below), the fog thickness to the surface (upper surface) is smaller than that of this type of conventional example, and accordingly, the primary coil and the vehicle side, the secondary side The air gap between the secondary coils can be increased (for example, improved by about 20 mm above and below this type of conventional example).
《Third effect》
Third, misalignment, slipping, corner breakage, etc. are prevented, and water resistance is excellent and noise is reduced.
First, the primary coil structure of the non-contact power feeding device according to the present invention is fixed to the periphery using an insert material and an angle material. Therefore, even if temperature shrinkage, lateral load, etc. are applied due to use on the road, it can be used without occurrence of positional deviation in the front-rear and left-right directions as in this conventional example. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently cope with a usage mode in which it is installed on a road or embedded in a road.
Further, the cover portion is subjected to an anti-slip treatment, and an outer peripheral protective material is provided around the upper corner, and resin concrete is used. Therefore, compared to this type of conventional example, pedestrians and the like are less likely to slip and safety is improved, and corner breakage accidents due to truck running and the like are prevented, and waterproofness is also improved.
Furthermore, even in the case of a non-contact power feeding device using a low frequency, since the rigidity is high, noise from the primary coil to the outside is also reduced.
As described above, the effects exerted by the present invention are remarkably large, such as all the problems existing in this type of conventional example are solved.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.
<< About non-contact power feeding device A >>
First, a non-contact power feeding apparatus A that is a premise of the present invention will be generally described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5.
The non-contact power feeding device A is non-contact with an air gap G from the

About the non-contact electric power feeder A, the general description is as above.
