Description
表1の組成(質量%)を有する超硬合金が公知の方法に従い、FSSS粒径0.8μmを有するWC粉末を使用して製造された。
実施例2
パフォーマンス試験は、本発明Aの組成の硬質金属から製造されたCRCを使用して実行された。このカッターは、制御されたパフーマンス試験の一部として「象牙」媒体の製造試行にさらされ、同様の媒体を切断する場合の従来技術Eの硬質金属から製造された標準カッターと比較された。
従来技術Eのカッター:炭化物破壊を伴うかなりの腐食およびくぼみを示した。
Claims (13)
- WCを含む硬質相および結合相から構成される超硬合金の回転カッターナイフであって、前記超硬合金は、7〜12質量%のCo+NiでCo/Ni質量比が0〜4、0.5〜3質量%のCr、および0.1〜0.3質量%のMo、残部WCからなる組成を有することを特徴とする回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金は、8〜12質量%のCo+NiでCo/Ni質量比が0〜4、0.5〜2質量%のCr、および0.1〜0.3質量%のMo、残部WCからなる組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金は、6〜8質量%のCo、2〜3%のNi、0.8〜2質量%のCrおよび0.1〜0.3質量%のMoを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金は、3〜4質量%のCo、6〜8質量%のNi、1〜1.5質量%のCrおよび0.1〜0.3質量%のMoを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金は、7〜10質量%のNi、0.5〜2質量%のCrおよび0.1〜0.3質量%のMoを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金は、8〜10質量%のNiを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記Co/Ni質量比は0.25〜4であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記Co/Ni質量比は0〜0.25未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 本質的に全てのWC粒子は1μm未満の大きさを有する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記結合相は8〜14質量%のCr+Moを含む請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記結合相は8〜14質量%のCr+Moを含む請求項10に記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 前記超硬合金中の総炭素量は、6.13−(0.05±0.01)×yであり、yは前記Co+Ni質量%含有量であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の回転カッターナイフ。
- 腐食性−摩滅環境下における回転カッター製品に使用される請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の回転カッターナイフ。
