Description

The present invention relates to a transparent adhesive sheet having a high refractive index, and is characterized by having corrosion resistance of an ITO (Idium Thin Oxide) film and durability in a harsh environment.

When forming a module such as a display panel such as a liquid crystal display or a touch panel, a functional optical member such as a polarizing plate, a retardation plate or an ITO film forming the module, and a surface protection such as glass, methacrylic resin, polycarbonate and PET. When adhering to the optical member for use, a method of laminating and bonding through an adhesive layer is employed. As the adhesive layer, an adhesive layer mainly composed of an acrylic type is often used from the viewpoint of easy work, heat resistance, weather resistance, and the like. On the other hand, in the conventional adhesive layer mainly composed of acrylic, the refractive index difference between the functional optical member and the surface protecting optical member is large, the incident angle causing total reflection is reduced, and the effective utilization of light (screen) There was a problem that the brightness of the image was reduced. For this reason, it is known that it is advantageous to suppress interface reflection by using an adhesive layer having a refractive index close to that of these optical members and reducing the refractive index difference.

However, the refractive index of the usual acrylic adhesive layer is around 1.47, and the refractive index of the material forming the optical member is, for example, around 1.52 for glass, around 1.51 for methacrylic resin, and 1.1 for polycarbonate. Around 54, around 1.60 for PET and around 1.70 for ITO film, the refractive index is wide. For example, when bonding an optical member for surface protection made of glass, methacrylic resin, and polycarbonate to a functional optical member that forms a PET or ITO film, if a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet made of a conventional acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used, the refractive index difference And the above-mentioned effective utilization (lightness of the screen) of the light is reduced. For this reason, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is required to have a refractive index of 1.49 to 1.60. By using a high-refractive index adhesive that can be adjusted within this range, interface reflection based on the refractive index difference is reduced. Thus, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved effective light utilization (brightness of the screen) is required.

Liquid crystal displays are widely used in various application fields such as flat-screen liquid crystal televisions, touch panels, car navigation systems, and mobile phones. A transparent conductive film such as an ITO film is often used as an electrode for liquid crystal televisions, car navigation systems, touch panels, and the like. The ITO film is formed on a film or glass by vacuum deposition or the like.

Usually, when an ITO film is used for the various display elements described above, a protective film is bonded to the surface of the ITO film. For example, in a capacitive touch panel, a protective film is bonded to the surface of an ITO film formed by vacuum deposition on the surface of an insulating substrate (plastic, glass, etc.). When a human finger contacts the touch panel surface through the protective film, the electric field value at the contact portion changes. By recognizing the coordinates of the portion where the electric field value has changed, the ITO film recognizes the position of the portion in contact with the human finger.

As a main component of a transparent adhesive sheet having a refractive index of 1.49 to 1.60, it is known to use a copolymerizable polymer of a monomer mainly containing an aromatic ring (Patent Documents 1 to 5). However, since the transparent adhesive sheet described in these prior documents contains 1 part by weight or more of a monomer having a carboxyl group in order to improve adhesive strength, the ITO film is corroded when directly bonded to the ITO film and used for a long time. When an ITO film is used for a capacitive touch panel, there is a problem that malfunction such as sensing failure is likely to occur because the electrical and electrical resistance value increases due to corrosion. Moreover, since it does not contain a plasticizer, it becomes a hard adhesive sheet having a high elastic modulus. For example, the adhesiveness decreases under a low temperature environment such as −40 ° C., and there is a problem that the adhesive layer floats or peels off from the ITO film. In addition, there is a problem that the transmittance (transparency) is lowered under a high temperature environment.

An object is to obtain a transparent adhesive sheet having a high refractive index of 1.49 to 1.60 and capable of improving the effective utilization of light (brightness of the screen). Also, it is possible to obtain a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that can suppress the progress of corrosion to the ITO film even under high temperature and high humidity conditions, prevents floating and peeling in a low temperature environment, has excellent durability, and can prevent a decrease in transmittance in a high temperature environment. Is an issue.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is preferably an acrylic acid-modified monomer containing an aromatic ring is benzyl acrylate, and the proportion of benzyl acrylate is 40 to 90 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the copolymerizable polymer.

Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which the adipate ester plasticizer is dioctyl adipate and 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight of a silane coupling agent is contained with respect to 100 parts by weight of the copolymerizable polymer.

Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet contains 7 to 57 parts by weight of butyl acrylate out of 100 parts by weight of the copolymer.

A transparent adhesive sheet having a high refractive index of 1.49 to 1.60 and capable of improving the effective utilization of light (screen brightness) can be obtained. Can do.

Hereinafter, an adhesive sheet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. These drawings are used for explaining the technical features that can be adopted by the present invention, and the configuration of the apparatus described is not intended to be limited to this, but is merely an illustrative example. .

With reference to FIG. 1, the physical structure of the adhesive sheet 10 is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive sheet 10 includes an adhesive layer 6, and a release sheet 5 and a release sheet 7 that are bonded to the adhesive layer 6 so as to sandwich the adhesive layer 6. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 contains a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a crosslinking agent, and a plasticizer. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive layer 6 is laminated on the upper side of the release sheet 7, and the release sheet 5 is arranged on the upper side of the adhesive layer 6.

With reference to FIG. 2, an example of the application example of the adhesive sheet 10 (refer FIG. 1) is shown. In FIG. 2, the case where the adhesive sheet 10 is applied to the capacitive touch panel 11 is shown. The touch panel 11 is a substrate 4 such as transparent plastic, glass, or film, an ITO film 3 formed on the surface of the substrate 4, and an adhesive bonded to a surface of the ITO film 3 opposite to the surface in contact with the substrate 4. An adhesive layer 6 of the sheet 10 and a film 1 which is an optical member for surface protection bonded to the substrate 4 by the adhesive layer 6 are provided. The touch panel 11 is used in a state in which the surface of the substrate 4 opposite to the surface on which the ITO film 3 is formed (the lower surface of the paper) is close to a display element (LCD, EL element, etc.).

An outline of a method for manufacturing the touch panel 11 will be described. The release sheet 5 is peeled from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 in FIG. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 in the dew state is bonded to the surface of the ITO film 3 formed on the substrate 4. Thereafter, the release sheet 7 is peeled off. The film 1 is bonded to the adhesive layer 6 in a dew state. As described above, the touch panel 11 is manufactured.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive, the crosslinking agent, and the plasticizer constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 will be described in detail. In this embodiment, (1) by using a copolymerizable polymer of a monomer mainly containing an aromatic ring as an adhesive, the refractive index can be made as high as 1.49 to 1.60. The difference in refractive index can be reduced, and interface reflection can be reduced. (2) In order to prevent corrosion of the ITO film 3, the acrylic acid content in the pressure-sensitive adhesive was set to less than 1.0 part by weight among 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. (3) In order to improve the adhesiveness to the ITO film even under a harsh environment, an adipate plasticizer was included. Preferably, (4) the type and content of the crosslinking agent are limited so as not to leave unreacted hydroxyl groups in the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

First, the adhesive will be described. As an adhesive, ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids such as acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, crotonic acid, maleic acid, itaconic acid, and citraconic acid have been used. In the present embodiment, an acrylic acid-modified product containing no carboxyl group is mainly used as the pressure-sensitive adhesive, not a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a carboxyl group, which is considered as a factor that corrodes the ITO film and increases the electrical resistance value.

Examples of acrylic acid-modified products include acrylamides such as (meth) acrylamide, N-methyl (meth) acrylamide, and N-methylol (meth) acrylamide; monomethylaminoethyl (meth) acrylate, monoethylaminoethyl (meth) acrylate (Meth) acrylic acid monoalkylamino esters such as (meth) acrylic acid monomethylaminopropyl, (meth) acrylic acid monoethylaminopropyl; (meth) acrylic acid methyl, (meth) acrylic acid ethyl, (meth) acrylic acid Propyl, (meth) butyl acrylate, pentyl (meth) acrylate, hexyl (meth) acrylate, cyclohexyl (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate, isooctyl (meth) acrylate, (meth) acrylic acid Decyl, (Meta Dodecyl acrylate, (meth) acrylic acid myristyl, palmityl (meth) acrylate, and stearyl (meth) acrylate.

A high refractive index can be obtained by using an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring among the acrylic acid modified products. Examples of the modified acrylic acid containing an aromatic ring include 2-phenoxyethyl (meth) acrylate, benzyl (meth) acrylate, styrene and α-methylstyrene, 6- (4,6-dibromo-2-isopropylphenoxy)- 1-hexyl acrylate, 6- (4,6-dibromo-2-sec-butylphenoxy) -1-hexyl acrylate, 2,6-dibromo-4-nonylphenyl acrylate, 2,6-dibromo-4-dodecylphenyl acrylate 2- (1-naphthyloxy) -1-ethyl acrylate, 2- (2-naphthyloxy) -1-ethyl acrylate, 6- (1-naphthyloxy) -1-hexyl acrylate, 6- (2-naphthyloxy) ) -1-hexyl acrylate, 8- (1-naphthyloxy) -1-octyl Acrylate, 8- (2-naphthyloxy) -1-octyl acrylate, phenoxyethyl (meth) acrylate, cyclohexyl (meth) acrylate, dicyclopentenyl (meth) acrylate, dicyclopentanyl (meth) acrylate, dicyclopentenyloxy (Meth) acrylate, isobornyl (meth) acrylate, adamantane (meth) acrylate, phenoxydiethylene glycol (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide-modified nonylphenol (meth) acrylate, and vinyltoluene. Among these, benzyl acrylate, 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate, and 2- (1-naphthyloxy) -1-ethyl acrylate are preferable because a transparent adhesive sheet having a high refractive index and a high transmittance can be obtained. In particular, it is preferable to use benzyl acrylate because the transmittance is higher at a higher refractive index.

When an acrylic acid modified product and an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring are used in combination, the proportion of the acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring is 40 parts by weight or more and 90 parts by weight or less of the adhesive. Is preferred. If it is less than 40 parts by weight, the refractive index may be less than 1.49, which is not preferable. If it exceeds 90 parts by weight, the adhesive strength tends to decrease, and the durability under low temperature conditions tends to decrease.

More preferably, butyl acrylate, particularly n-butyl acrylate, is used as the acrylic acid-modified product because the adhesive strength is improved. The content of n-butyl acrylate is preferably 7 parts by weight or more and 57 parts by weight or less in the pressure-sensitive adhesive. If the amount is less than 7 parts by weight, the adhesive strength tends to decrease. If the amount exceeds 57 parts by weight, the refractive index may be less than 1.49, which is not preferable.

Moreover, in addition to an acrylic acid modified product and an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring, when a monomer having a carboxyl group is used in combination, the content is less than 1.0 part by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. Since the monomer having a carboxyl group easily corrodes the ITO film as described above, it is not preferable to include it even if it is less than 1.0 part by weight, and it is more preferable not to include it. Since the present invention contains an adipate ester plasticizer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having sufficient adhesive force can be obtained without including a monomer having a carboxyl group. However, if less than 1.0 part by weight of a monomer having a carboxyl group is further contained in order to further improve the adhesive strength, it is desirable to use it together with an antioxidant in order to suppress corrosion. If an antioxidant is not used in combination, corrosion of the ITO film is likely to proceed, which is not desirable.

As a polymerization method for obtaining an acrylic polymer of an acrylic acid modified product and / or an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring (hereinafter referred to as an acrylic polymer), any of solution polymerization, emulsion polymerization, bulk polymerization, etc. The polymerization method can be used. As the polymerization initiator in the present embodiment, radical polymerization that generates radicals in a solution is preferably used, and known polymerization initiators such as benzoyl peroxide and azodiisobutyronitrile can be used. In the present embodiment, an azo polymerization initiator such as azodiisobutyronitrile is preferably used.

The amount of the azo polymerization initiator used in the radical polymerization is preferably 0.005 to 1.0 part by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the monomer. Moreover, 500,000-1,500,000 are preferable and, as for the weight average molecular weight of the acrylic polymer obtained, it is more preferable that it is 700,000-1,200,000. It is preferable for the weight average molecular weight to be within this range because a suitable coagulation effect can be obtained by reaction with the crosslinking agent.

The crosslinking agent will be described. As the crosslinking agent, those generally used can be used. For example, isocyanate compounds such as m-xylylene diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane tolylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane triisocyanate; epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin, ethylene glycol glycidyl ether, polyethylene diglycidyl ether, glycerin di Epoxy compounds such as glycidyl ether; amine compounds such as hexamethylenediamine, triethyldiamine and polyethyleneamine; polyvalent metals and metal chelate compounds represented by aluminum; N, N′-diphenylmethane-4,4′-bis ( 1-aziridinecarboxide), N, N′-toluene-2,4-bis (1-aziridinecarboxide), tri-1-aziridini Aziridine compounds such as phosphine oxide. Among these, one type or a mixture of two or more types can be used. Of these, isocyanate compounds such as m-xylylene diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane tolylene diisocyanate, and diphenylmethane triisocyanate are preferable. Especially, when m-xylylene diisocyanate is used, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. It is preferable because it is easy to prevent yellowing of the color and higher transparency can be obtained. In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer containing an acrylic polymer as a main component is preferable because it is easy to crosslink between molecules, and sufficient adhesiveness can be maintained, and durability under high temperature, high temperature and high humidity, and low temperature environment is improved.

The content of the crosslinking agent is preferably 0.1 parts by weight or more and 20 parts by weight or less in terms of solid content with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer. More preferably, it is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer. If it is less than 0.1 part by weight, an unreacted hydroxyl group remains in the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer, which is a factor for promoting corrosion of the ITO film. In addition, adhesiveness decreases due to insufficient cohesive force, and problems such as lift-off occur. At the same time, sticking of the adhesive sheet to the touch panel tends to cause sticking of the adhesive, and the adhesive is soft, so when slitting. It is not preferable because the workability may be greatly reduced, such as adhesion of an adhesive to the blade. If it exceeds 20 parts by weight, it will lead to corrosion protection to the ITO film and durability will be improved, but the adhesive strength will decrease, and it may become difficult to laminate with the surface protecting optical member (functional film). It is not preferable.

When benzyl acrylate is used as the acrylic acid-modified product containing an aromatic ring, and n-butyl acrylate is used as the acrylic acid-modified product, the adhesive force is further improved while the refractive index is high, and the electrical resistance value is reduced. The increase can be suppressed, and corrosion of the ITO film can be further prevented. In addition, an isocyanate compound is used as the crosslinking agent, and the amount of the crosslinking agent added is 0.1 to 20 parts by weight, more preferably 1 to 10 parts by weight in terms of solid content with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer. By setting it as a part by weight or less, it is possible to suppress an increase in the electric resistance value while maintaining sufficient adhesiveness, and to more easily prevent corrosion to the ITO film.

The plasticizer will be described. The plasticizer contains an adipic acid ester compound. Plasticizers other than adipic acid ester compounds are inferior in adhesive strength and corrosiveness to ITO films, transparency after exposure to high-temperature environments, and durability in low-temperature environments, and the desired pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet cannot be obtained. .
However, conventionally used plasticizers can be used in combination as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. Examples of such plasticizers include phthalic acid ester compounds, phosphoric acid ester compounds, trimellitic acid ester compounds, sebacic acid ester compounds, citric acid ester compounds, epoxy fatty acid ester compounds, and polyester compounds. , Etc. Specific compounds include dioctyl adipate, diisonyl adipate, dioctyl phthalate, diisonyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, trioctyl trimellitic acid, low molecular weight polyester, tricresyl phosphate, tributyl acetylcitrate, epoxy Soybean oil, epoxidized linseed oil, dioctyl sebacate, and the like may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

By using adipic acid ester compounds as plasticizers, high transmittance, good adhesion, corrosion resistance of ITO film under high temperature and high humidity environment, and no peeling off even under low temperature conditions A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent durability and high transparency even under a high temperature environment can be obtained. Plasticizers other than adipic acid ester-based compounds cannot be mixed uniformly, failing to prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive solution, decrease in transmittance, decrease in adhesive strength, and corrode the ITO film in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. It progresses, floats off under low temperature conditions and durability decreases, and the transmittance is low and the transparency deteriorates under high temperature environment.

As described above, the present invention not only obtains a high refractive index transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using an acrylic acid-modified monomer containing an aromatic ring as a monomer, but also contains a monomer having a carboxyl group out of 100 parts by weight of a copolymerizable polymer. Corrosion can be prevented by limiting the amount to less than 1.0 part by weight, and sufficient tackiness is imparted while providing sufficient flexibility to the adhesive sheet by using an adipate ester plasticizer. It was made. For the first time with this combination, it has a high refractive index and can suppress corrosiveness, and it has good corrosiveness, permeability, and exfoliation (durability) against ITO films under different harsh environments, and can withstand actual use. The inventors have found that a sheet can be obtained, and have reached the present invention. Such a synergistic effect cannot be obtained with plasticizers other than adipic acid ester plasticizers.

As adipic acid ester compounds, there are dioctyl adipate and diisonyl adipate. Among them, when dioctyl adipate is used, the transmittance is high, the adhesiveness is good, and the corrosion resistance of the ITO film in a high temperature and high humidity environment. It is preferable because it does not cause floating even under low temperature conditions and is excellent in durability.

As content of an adipic acid ester type compound, 0.5-10 weight part is preferable with respect to 100 weight part of adhesives, and 1-5 weight part is more preferable. When the amount is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the float-off occurs under a low temperature condition, and the durability is lowered. If it exceeds 10 parts by weight, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet becomes hard and sufficient adhesiveness cannot be obtained. In addition, the transmittance after being exposed to a high temperature environment is not preferable because it does not withstand practical use, and the refractive index is likely to decrease, and the ITO film is also easily corroded. Moreover, when 1-10 weight part of adipic acid ester type compounds are contained, since there exists a tendency for adhesive force to fall, it is preferable to use a silane coupling agent together and to improve adhesive force. Particularly when the adherend is an ITO film, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is easily peeled off, so that 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a plasticizer is contained, and 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight of a silane coupling agent is contained, The durability against the ITO film in a low temperature environment can be further enhanced, which is preferable.

When an adipic acid ester compound is used as a plasticizer in addition to an acrylic acid-modified product containing an aromatic ring, ITO has a high refractive index, high transmittance, good adhesion, and high temperature and high humidity. It is preferable because a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained that has corrosion resistance for the film, does not float off even under low temperature conditions, and has excellent durability. In particular, when benzyl acrylate is used as a modified acrylic acid containing an aromatic ring, and dioctyl adipate is used as an adipate ester compound, the refractive index is higher, the transmittance is high, and the adhesive strength is good. It is preferable because it can prevent corrosion of the ITO film in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and does not generate floating even under low temperature conditions, and a transparent adhesive sheet having excellent durability can be obtained.

The antioxidant will be described. Examples of the antioxidant include a phenol compound, a salicylic acid compound, a thioether compound, a hydrazine compound, a phosphorus compound, and a sulfur compound. Specific compounds include ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, propyl gallate mixture, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), propyl gallate, and citric acid, butylated Although there are hydroxytoluene, t-butylhydroquinone, natural tocopherol, butylated hydroxyanisole, dodecyl gallate, etc., it is preferable to use a phenolic compound as an antioxidant in the present invention. It is preferable to add an antioxidant because it is easy to prevent corrosion of the ITO film due to carboxyl groups such as acrylic acid and to easily suppress an increase in electric resistance value. However, if the content of the monomer having a carboxyl group exceeds 1.0 part by weight of the adhesive, corrosion of the ITO film cannot be prevented even if an antioxidant is contained. Antioxidants can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

The silane coupling agent will be described. Examples of silane coupling agents include epoxy compounds, isocyanate compounds, mercapto compounds, amino compounds, carboxyl compounds, alkoxy compounds, etc. In the present invention, mercapto compounds are used as silane coupling agents. Is preferred. Use of a mercapto-based compound is preferable because the adhesive strength is good, the ITO film has corrosion resistance under high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in durability is obtained without being lifted off even under low-temperature conditions. . The content of the silane coupling agent is preferably 0.1 part or more and 1.0 part or less. When the content of the silane coupling agent exceeds 1.0 part by weight, the durability under a low temperature environment of −40 ° C. is not preferable.

By using an acrylic acid modified product and an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring as an adhesive, using an isocyanate compound as a crosslinking agent and an adipate ester compound as a plasticizer, preferably dioctyl adipate, an ITO film On the other hand, it is possible to reduce the interface reflection based on the difference in refractive index and suppress the increase of the electric resistance value to the ITO film, and it becomes an adhesive sheet that prevents the ITO film from being corroded. Since the transparent adhesive sheet which has the durability to a film | membrane is obtained, it is preferable. Furthermore, m-xylylene diisocyanate is used as a crosslinking agent, the amount of crosslinking agent added is 0.1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive, and the amount of plasticizer added is 100 parts by weight of the adhesive. 0.5 parts by weight or more and 10 parts by weight or less, and preferably by adding an antioxidant of 0.1 parts by weight or more and 10 parts by weight or less, increasing the electrical resistance value to the ITO film while maintaining high adhesiveness This is preferable because corrosion of the ITO film can be further prevented. In addition, if the amount of the crosslinking agent added is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the adhesiveness can be further improved. In addition, the plasticizer addition amount is more preferably 1.0 parts by weight or more and 5.0 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the refractive index is high, the transmittance is high, and the adhesive strength is high. It is preferable because it provides a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is excellent, has an anti-corrosion property to the ITO film in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and does not float off even under low-temperature conditions and has excellent durability.

Further, 10 parts by weight or more and 60 parts by weight or less of the acrylic acid modified product containing no aromatic ring, 40 parts by weight or more and 90 parts by weight or less of the acrylic acid modified product containing the aromatic ring, and 0.1 parts by weight of the isocyanate compound. Part to 20 parts by weight, more preferably 0.1 parts to 10 parts by weight, and dioctyl adipate to 0.5 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight, more preferably 1 part by weight to 5 parts by weight. Therefore, it is easy to further suppress an increase in the electric resistance value due to the corrosion to the ITO film while maintaining higher adhesiveness. Particularly preferably, 7 to 57 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as an acrylic acid modified product containing no aromatic ring, and 40 to 90 parts by weight of benzyl acrylate as an acrylic acid modified product containing an aromatic ring. When dioctyl adipate is used as a plasticizer using the following, it is easy to obtain a transparent adhesive sheet that maintains high adhesiveness and has durability to an ITO film in a harsh environment. In addition, all said ratio is a ratio in conversion of solid content.

A method for forming the adhesive layer 6 will be described. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by coating a release sheet 7 subjected to a release treatment with a mixture of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a cross-linking agent, a plasticizer, preferably an antioxidant, and a silane coupling agent, followed by drying and cross-linking. After providing 6, another release sheet 5 is stuck on the adhesive layer 6. At this time, the method for forming the adhesive layer 6 is not particularly limited, and a known method such as a gravure printing method, a spray method, a roll coater method, a die coater method or the like can be used.

The thickness of the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10 μm or more, particularly preferably 15 μm or more. If it is less than 10 μm, peeling of the optical member and the substrate tends to occur due to insufficient adhesive force. Conversely, when the thickness exceeds 100 μm, the solvent component in the adhesive remains, the cutting area of the adhesive layer during processing increases, the adhesive adheres to the slit blade, or the end face is deformed by the blade pressure of the slit blade. There is a fear.

The release sheets 5 and 7 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 in the present embodiment are not particularly limited as long as they can be peeled off without being bonded to the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. For example, what applied the release agent to paper and a synthetic resin film can be mentioned. When using a release agent, it is preferable to appropriately adjust the release force to prevent delamination of the adhesive layer.

As described above, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 of the present embodiment, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 includes at least a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic acid-modified product containing one or more aromatic rings, and an adipate ester plasticizer. It is out. By adopting such a configuration, when the film 1 is bonded to the surface of the ITO film 3 using the adhesive layer 6, the progress of corrosion of the ITO film 3 is suppressed, and the ITO film in a harsh environment It is preferable because of its durability. Therefore, for example, when applied to the ITO film 3 used in the capacitive touch panel 11, it is possible to reduce malfunctions such as poor sensing by suppressing an increase in the electric resistance value, and the ITO film in a harsh environment. Therefore, it is possible to supply the touch panel 11 having a stable quality which does not cause the peeling-off due to its durability.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change is possible. In the above-described embodiment, the case where the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 is applied to the touch panel 11 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this example. Therefore, the adhesive sheet 10 may be applied to other application examples.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention will be specifically described below according to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples. Hereinafter, (1) sample preparation, (2) evaluation contents, and (3) evaluation results will be described in this order.
(1) Sample preparation

The adhesive sheet 10 which consists of the adhesive layer 6 of 27 types (Examples 1-14, Comparative Examples 1-16) from which a composition differs was produced. As an adhesive, it has a copolymerizable polymer having an aromatic ring (benzyl acrylate polymer (BZA), 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate polymer, 2- (1-naphthyloxy) -1-ethyl acrylate polymer) and an aromatic ring. No copolymerizable polymer (n-butyl acrylate polymer (BA), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate polymer, acrylic acid polymer (AA)) was used. These pressure-sensitive adhesives were mixed in the ratios shown in Tables 1 and 2. 25 parts by weight of this pressure-sensitive adhesive was dissolved in 75 parts by weight of a solvent (a solvent obtained by mixing 22 parts by weight of toluene, 42 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, and 11 parts by weight of MEK) to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive solution having a solid content of 25 parts by weight. 5 parts by weight of a solvent (ethyl acetate) is prepared with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive solution, and the crosslinking agent, plasticizer, silane coupling agent and antioxidant described in Table 1 are listed in Table 1. And then added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive solution. All the stated ratios are weight percentages in terms of solid content.

In addition, when AA was used as an adhesive (Examples 17 and 18, Comparative Examples 11 and 12), an epoxy-based crosslinking agent that easily reacts with AA was used in combination with an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent. The reason is that the isocyanate-based cross-linking agent is yellowed by mixing with AA and has a characteristic that performance variation is likely to occur due to the influence of moisture. On the other hand, when AA is not used (Examples 1-16, 19, 20 and Comparative Examples 1-10, 13), the adhesive and the epoxy-based crosslinking agent are difficult to react, so only the isocyanate-based crosslinking agent is used. did.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive solution was allowed to stand for 2 hours. Subsequently, the pressure-sensitive adhesive solution was applied to the release sheet 7 subjected to the release treatment with a die coater so as to have a thickness of 25 μm, and dried and crosslinked at 80 to 110 ° C. for 2 minutes. As a result, the adhesive layer 6 was formed on the release sheet 7. Next, another release sheet 5 was stuck on the adhesive layer 6 to produce an adhesive sheet 10.

(a)屈折率
(2) Evaluation (a) Refractive index Using the prepared adhesive sheet 10, the refractive index was evaluated. Refractive index evaluation measured the refractive index in 589 nm of only the adhesion layer 6 with the refractometer (the product made from Atago, model number DR-M4). If the refractive index is 1.54 or more, the refractive index is excellent, the loss of interface reflection between the optical members can be sufficiently reduced, and the effective utilization of light (brightness of the screen) can be particularly improved. If it is 1.49 or more, the refractive index is good, loss of interface reflection between optical members can be reduced, and the effective utilization of light (brightness of the screen) can be improved. If the refractive index is less than 1.49, the refractive index is low, the loss of interface reflection between the optical members cannot be reduced, and the effective utilization of light (screen brightness) decreases.

(B) ITO adhesive force The produced adhesive sheet 10 was used and adhesive force was evaluated. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is bonded to A4100 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. as a support, and the base material 4 in a state where the ITO film 3 is formed on the other surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is bonded. % After using the autograph (Shimadzu Corporation, model number AGS500NG) to peel off the substrate 4 with the ITO film 3 formed from the support and the adhesive layer 6 after being left for 30 minutes in a% environment. Then, the adhesive strength after 24 hours of bonding at a width of 25 mm was evaluated at a peeling angle of 180 ° and a peeling speed of 300 mm / min.
An adhesive strength of 5.0 N / 25 mm or more indicates that the adhesive strength is sufficient and can be used as a product. An adhesive strength of less than 5.0 N / 25 mm and 3.0 N / 25 mm or more indicates that the adhesive strength is slightly inferior, but is a level that can be used as a product. When the adhesive strength is less than 3.0 N / 25 mm and 1.0 N / 25 mm or more, the adhesive strength is further inferior, indicating that the product is at the lower limit level that can be used. An adhesive strength of less than 1.0 N / 25 mm indicates that the adhesive strength is low and cannot be used as a product.

(C) Transmittance The produced adhesive sheet 10 was used to evaluate the transmittance. Adhesive layer 6 is applied to A4100 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. as film 1 and then 1 mm thick as a support on the surface of adhesive layer 6 in a state of dew on the side opposite to the side on which film 1 is attached. Pasted on one side of soda lime glass. Thereafter, it is put in an environment of 85 ° C. and 0% RH, left for 1000 hours, taken out, and then taken out, using a UV visible light spectrophotometer (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation, model number UV-3150) to transmit light at 380 nm to 780 nm. The rate (D65 light source, viewing angle 2 °) was measured. If the transmittance is 88.5% or more, the transparency is excellent, and if the transmittance is 87.5% or more, the transparency is good. If the transmittance is less than 87.5%, the transparency is low and the optical member cannot be used for bonding.

(D) ITO corrosiveness (electric resistance value)
The produced adhesive sheet 10 was used and ITO corrosivity (electrical resistance value) was evaluated. The adhesive layer 6 is pasted on A4100 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. as the film 1, and then the ITO film 3 is formed on the surface of the adhesive layer 6 in the dew on the side opposite to the side on which the film 1 is pasted. The base material 4 (40 mm × 40 mm) in the finished state was bonded together. Then, it was put in an environment of 60 ° C. and 95% RH and left for 1000 hours. The film 1 and the adhesive layer 6 were removed and the ITO film 3 was exposed. And the electrical resistance value between the two corners on the diagonal of the base material 4 on which the ITO film 3 was formed was measured using an insulation resistance meter “SK-300” manufactured by Kaise Corporation. The initial electrical resistance value of the ITO film is 800Ω or more and less than 1,000Ω. In Table 3, when the ITO electrical resistance value is 800Ω or more and less than 1,500Ω, it indicates that the product can be sufficiently used as a product. If the ITO electrical resistance value is not less than 1,500Ω and less than 2,000Ω, it indicates that the product can be used as a product. If the ITO electrical resistance value is 2,000Ω or more and less than 3,000Ω, it indicates the lower limit level that can be used as a product. If the ITO electrical resistance value is 3,000Ω or more, it indicates that the product cannot be used as a product.

(E) ITO durability Using the produced adhesive sheet 10, ITO durability was evaluated. Then, after leaving it to stand in a low temperature environment (−40 ° C.) for 1,000 hours, the degree of floating peeling of the adhesive layer from the ITO film was evaluated. In Table 3, “◎” indicates that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not lifted off with respect to the ITO film and can be used sufficiently. “◯” indicates a level where the product can be used as a product although a slight peeling is observed at the end compared to “◎”. “Δ” indicates that the peeling at the end portion is larger than that of “◯”, which indicates a lower limit level that can be used as a product. “×” indicates that the floating at the end is large and the product cannot be used.

(3) Evaluation results Each of the transparent adhesive sheets of the examples contains a copolymerizable polymer of an acrylic acid-modified monomer containing an aromatic ring, and the monomer having a carboxyl group is 100 parts by weight of the copolymerizable polymer. The refractive index is 1 because it is less than 1.0 part by weight and the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an adipate ester plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the copolymerizable polymer. .49 to 1.60, high adhesive strength to ITO, high transmittance even in high temperature environment, less likely to corrode ITO even in high temperature and high humidity environment, and less likely to float off in low temperature environment It is.

On the other hand, the transparent adhesive sheet of the comparative example does not contain a copolymerizable polymer of an acrylic acid-modified monomer containing an aromatic ring, or the monomer having a carboxyl group is 1. It is not less than 0 part by weight, or since the adipate ester plasticizer is not contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in an amount of 0.5 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the copolymerizable polymer, the refractive index is low. Inferior to one or more of these items, such as low adhesive strength, low transmittance in high temperature environments, corrosion of ITO in high temperature and high humidity environments, and easy peeling in low temperature environments It is a transparent adhesive sheet which cannot solve the subject of the present invention.

A transparent adhesive sheet having a high refractive index of 1.49 to 1.60 and capable of improving the effective utilization of light (screen brightness) can be obtained. Can do.
