Description
Claims (14)
- 圧縮ガスを受取るための吸気口とガスを排出するための排気口とを備えるガス貯蔵容器と、
ガス貯蔵容器にインプットされたガスを加熱するための第一熱交換装置と、
を含むことを特徴とするガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記第一熱交換装置は第一熱交換ユニットを含み、上記第一熱交換ユニット内に第一媒体が収容され、上記第一媒体がガス貯蔵容器内のガスと熱交換することにより、このガスが加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。
- 更に、第一クーラーと第一循環ポンプとを備え、
上記第一熱交換ユニットと、第一クーラーと第一循環ポンプとにより内循環冷却システムが構成されており、
第一媒体が第一熱交換ユニットと第一クーラーとの間において循環し、第一クーラーが外気と熱交換することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記第一熱交換ユニットは、ガス貯蔵容器の周囲を取り囲んだ第一温度調節室を備え、
第一媒体が上記第一温度調節室とガス貯蔵容器との間に格納され、
第一クーラーの両端がいずれも上記第一温度調節室に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記第一熱交換装置は更に第二熱交換ユニットを備え、
吸気口、第一熱交換ユニット、第二熱交換ユニット及び排気口が順次に配置され、
第二熱交換ユニットは、ガス貯蔵容器の周囲を取り囲んだ第二温度調節室と、ガス貯蔵容器と第二温度調節室との間に格納される第二媒体と、第二温度調節室に装着されて第二媒体を加熱する第一加熱器とを備え、
第二媒体がガス貯蔵容器内のガスと熱交換することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記第二温度調節室が第一放熱器に接続され、第二媒体が第二温度調節室と第一放熱器との間において循環し、第一放熱器が外気と熱交換することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。
- 更に減圧弁を備え、
圧縮ガスが減圧弁で減圧された後ガス貯蔵容器に入ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 更に、減圧弁を加熱するための第二熱交換装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。
- 上記第二熱交換装置は、冷却液が収容される容器を備え、
上記減圧弁が上記冷却液内に浸されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 更に、第二クーラーと第二循環ポンプとを備え、
上記容器と第二クーラーと第二循環ポンプとが互いに連通し、冷却液を媒体として循環冷却システムが構成され、第二クーラーにより外気と熱交換することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記減圧弁は、ハウジングと、バルブコアと、調節ブロックと、弾性体とを備え、
バルブコアはハウジング内部に位置し、当該ハウジングに摺動自在に密着しており、
ハウジングは、軸方向にこのハウジングを貫通するハウジングチャンバーと、径方向にこのハウジングを貫通するガス流路とを備え、このハウジングチャンバーに吸気パイプラインが接続され、このガス流路がハウジングチャンバー及びガス貯蔵容器に接続され、
バルブコアは、密封端及び調節端を備え、弾性体は調節ブロックとバルブコアの調節端との間に配置され、
調節ブロックはハウジングに固定され、
バルブコアは第一位置及び第二位置を備え、第一位置の場合、ガスインプットパイプラインが密封端により塞がれてガスインプットパイプラインとガス貯蔵容器とが遮断され、第二位置の場合、密封端がガスインプットパイプラインから離れ、ガスインプットパイプラインとガス貯蔵容器とが導通するようになることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 上記減圧弁は第一制御弁と第二制御弁とを含み、
上記第一制御弁は、キャビティーを備える第一弁座と、当該キャビティー内に位置するとともに当該キャビティーを第一チャンバーと第二チャンバーに仕切る第一バルブプラグと、第二弾性体と、第一ガスパイプラインと、第二ガスパイプラインと、第三ガスパイプラインと、第四ガスパイプラインとを含み、
上記第一バルブプラグは、上記第一弁座に摺動自在に密着し、
上記第二弾性体は上記第二チャンバー内に設置され、上記第一バルブプラグを支持するものであり、
上記第二ガスパイプラインは上記第一ガスパイプラインと上記第二チャンバーとを接続させ、
上記第三ガスパイプラインは上記第一チャンバーと上記第二チャンバーとを接続させ、
上記第四ガスパイプラインと上記第一ガスパイプラインとの両方はいずれも上記第一チャンバーに接続され、
上記第二ガスパイプラインの断面積が第三ガスパイプラインの断面積より小さく、
上記第二制御弁は上記第三ガスパイプラインに接続され、当該第三ガスパイプラインにおけるガスの流量を制御し、
上記第一バルブプラグは、摺動方向において第一位置と第二位置を有し、上記第一位置の場合、上記第一ガスパイプラインを塞ぐことで当該第一ガスパイプラインと第一チャンバーとが互いに連通しなくなり、第二位置の場合、上記第一ガスパイプラインから離れることで、上記第一ガスパイプラインと第一チャンバーとが連通するようになることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置。 - 圧縮ガスを貯蔵するための圧縮ガス容器と、圧縮ガスエンジンに圧縮ガスを輸送するための分配器とを備える噴気システムであって、
さらに、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のガス減圧貯蔵装置を備え、
上記圧縮ガス容器からの出力がパイプラインを介してガス減圧貯蔵装置の吸気口に接続され、
上記ガス減圧貯蔵装置の排気口に分配器が接続されていることを特徴とする噴気システム。 - 車輪と、伝動系と、圧縮ガスエンジンとを含む動力駆動車両であって、
さらに、請求項13に記載の噴気システムを備え、
上記噴気システムと、圧縮ガスエンジンと、伝動系と、車輪とが順次に接続されることを特徴とする動力駆動車両。
