Claims (3)
- 真空脱ガス設備の真空槽内の溶鋼に酸素源を供給して溶鋼に真空脱炭処理を施し、炭素濃度が0.05質量%以下、マンガン濃度が0.5質量%以上である低炭素高マンガン鋼を溶製する方法であって、炭素を含有する粉体のマンガン系合金鉄を、吹き込み位置を真空槽内の溶鋼湯面位置に対して0.3m以上深い位置として、搬送用ガスとともに前記溶鋼中に吹き込みながら溶鋼に真空脱炭処理を施すことを特徴とする、低炭素高マンガン鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記マンガン系合金鉄の粒径が3mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低炭素高マンガン鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記真空脱ガス設備がRH真空脱ガス装置であって、前記マンガン系合金鉄の吹込み位置が、真空槽の側壁、上昇側浸漬管、上昇側浸漬管直下の何れかの1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の低炭素高マンガン鋼の溶製方法。
