Claims (9)
- 引き込み可能な航空機構成要素を引き込み位置にロックするロック装置において、
ロックされた場合に捕捉ピンを所定の位置に維持するように構成されたフック部分を有する回動自在に取り付けられたフック部材と、
前記回動自在に取り付けられたフック部材の一部分と係合するように構成された部分を有する回動自在に取り付けられた第1段ラッチ構体と、
前記第1段ラッチ構体及び前記フック部材を所定のロック位置に維持するために前記第1段ラッチ構体の一部分と係合するように構成された部分を有する回動自在に取り付けられた第2段ラッチ構体と、
前記第1段ラッチ構体及び前記フック部材が回動軸に関してロック解除位置まで回転して前記捕捉ピンを解放するように、前記第2段ラッチ構体を回動軸に関して回転させるように構成されたロック解除装置と、
を具備し、
前記第2段ラッチ構体は、前記第1段ラッチ構体の対応する部分と係合するように構成されたローラを有する、
ロック装置。 - ロックを解除された場合に、前記捕捉ピンにより加えられる下向き荷重が前記フック部材を回動軸に関して前記ロック解除位置まで回転して前記捕捉ピンを解放するように、使用中、前記フック部材の前記回動軸は、前記ロック位置にある場合に前記フック部材と係合した前記捕捉ピンにより加えられる前記下向き荷重から水平方向に位置がずれている請求項1に記載のロック装置。
- 1つ以上のフック引っ張り部材は、前記フック部材をロック解除位置まで回転しようとする力を加える請求項1又は2に記載のロック装置。
- 前記第1段ラッチ構体は、前記回動自在に取り付けられたフック部材の対応する部分と係合するように構成されたローラを有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のロック装置。
- 前記フック部材と前記第1段ラッチ構体の前記ローラとの接触点において荷重は伝達され、前記フック部材及び前記第1段ラッチ構体の前記ローラの中心点(A)の接触面に対する垂線と、前記第1段ラッチ構体の前記回動軸及び前記ローラの中心点を結ぶ線とが成す角度は5°から80°である請求項4に記載のロック装置。
- 前記第1段ラッチ構体及び前記第2段ラッチ構体をロック位置に維持するように前記第2段ラッチ構体を前記第1段ラッチ構体に圧接するために1つ以上の引っ張り部材が設けられる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のロック装置。
- 前記ロック解除装置はソレノイドである請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のロック装置。
- 前記ロック解除装置は電気機械式アクチュエータ又は油圧アクチュエータである請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のロック装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のロック装置を含む航空機。
