Claims (5)
- 呼気を大気に導く呼気流路の出口を開閉するダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムにおける前記呼気流路の反対側に設けられて、該ダイヤフラムと共に空間を形成するバックチャンバと、
前記バックチャンバの周囲に設けられ、該バックチャンバに対する送排気を行って該バックチャンバ内の気圧を調節するマイクロポンプと、
前記マイクロポンプの動作を制御する制御ユニットと、を備え、
前記マイクロポンプとして、
前記バックチャンバに対する送気を行う送気用マイクロポンプと、
前記バックチャンバに対する排気を行う排気用マイクロポンプと、を備えることを特徴とする、
呼気弁。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記呼気流路内の気圧が前記バックチャンバ内の気圧より高い場合に、前記バックチャンバ内の気体を強制排気するように前記マイクロポンプを制御することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の呼気弁。 - 前記送気用マイクロポンプは、気体を前記バックチャンバ外から吸入する送気用吸入口と、前記バックチャンバに直結されて前記送気用吸入口から吸入した気体を該バックチャンバ内に吐出する送気用吐出口と、を備え、
前記排気用マイクロポンプは、前記バックチャンバに直結されて該バックチャンバ内から気体を直接吸入する排気用吸入口と、前記排気用吸入口から吸入した気体を前記バックチャンバ外に吐出する排気用吐出口と、を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載の呼気弁。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記送気用マイクロポンプ及び前記排気用マイクロポンプの双方を同時に動作させておき、前記送気用マイクロポンプ及び前記排気用マイクロポンプの一方の動作を停止させることで、前記バックチャンバ内の気圧を制御することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の呼気弁。 - 吸気となる気体を供給源から生物に導く吸気流路と、
前記生物の呼気を大気に導く呼気流路と、
前記呼気流路内の気体を大気に放出して該呼気流路内の気圧を調節する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の呼気弁と、を備えることを特徴とする、
