Description
本実施形態に係る往復動ポンプは、血液透析装置に適用され、給液側ポンプ室により液体を被供給部に供給するとともに当該被供給部からの排液を排液側ポンプ室により排出するための所謂複式ポンプから成り、図1〜3に示すように、給液側ポンプ室P1及び排液側ポンプ室P2が形成された筐体1と、往復動手段としてのプランジャ2と、ダイアフラム8にて形成される給液側副ポンプ室P1aと、ダイアフラム9にて形成される排液側副ポンプ室P2aと、ロッド7と、駆動源としてのモータMと、シール手段12、13と、中央シール手段14とから主に構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 被供給部に液体を供給するための給液側ポンプ室と、
前記被供給部から排出された排液を排出するための排液側ポンプ室と、
前記給液側ポンプ室と排液側ポンプ室との間で往復動可能とされ、当該往復動により、前記給液側ポンプ室に対する液体の吸込みと吐出及び前記排液側ポンプ室に対する排液の吸込みと吐出を行わせる往復動手段と、
該往復動手段を往復動させるための駆動源と、
を備え、前記給液側ポンプ室により液体を被供給部に供給するとともに当該被供給部からの排液を前記排液側ポンプ室により排出するための往復動ポンプであって、
前記給液側ポンプ室の外側に隣接して設けられた給液側副ポンプ室と、
前記排液側ポンプ室の外側に隣接して設けられた排液側副ポンプ室と、
前記給液側ポンプ室、給液側副ポンプ室、排液側ポンプ室及び排液側副ポンプ室を貫通して延設されるとともに、前記往復動手段と駆動源とを連結して成り、前記駆動源の駆動力を前記往復動手段に伝達して往復動させ得るロッドと、
前記給液側ポンプ室と給液側副ポンプ室との間における前記ロッドの貫通部、及び前記排液側ポンプ室と排液側副ポンプ室との間における当該ロッドの貫通部のそれぞれに配設されたシール手段と、
を具備したことを特徴とする往復動ポンプ。 - 前記ロッドの先端側及び基端側にそれぞれ取り付けられて前記給液側副ポンプ室及び排液側副ポンプ室を形成するダイアフラムを有したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記給液側ポンプ室及び給液側副ポンプ室を介して前記被供給部に液体が供給されるとともに、前記排液側ポンプ室及び排液側副ポンプ室を介して前記被供給部からの排液を排出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記往復動手段は、前記ロッドに形成されて前記給液側ポンプ室と排液側ポンプ室とを隔成するプランジャから成り、且つ、前記給液側ポンプ室と排液側ポンプ室との間の位置であって当該プランジャが往復動する略中央の位置に中央シール手段を形成し、当該中央シール手段により当該給液側ポンプ室と排液側ポンプ室とを液密状態で隔成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記往復動手段は、前記ロッドに形成されて前記給液側ポンプ室と排液側ポンプ室とを隔成するダイアフラムから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 前記被供給部は血液浄化器から成るとともに、前記液体は透析液から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つに記載の往復動ポンプ。
- 請求項6記載の往復動ポンプを具備したことを特徴とする透析装置。
