Description
R1、R2及びR3は、同一のもの又は異なるものであってよく、分岐若しくは非分岐脂肪族有機基、置換若しくは非置換の芳香族若しくは脂環式基又はハロゲン原子を表し、
M1、M2は、同一のもの又は異なるものであってよく、それぞれ亜鉛、ホウ素、アルミニウム、カドミウム、ガリウム、インジウム及び錫よりなる群から選択される、原子価m1、m2の元素を表し、ここで、M1及びM2は、同時にホウ素を表すことが可能であるものとし、
Xは、酸素、炭素、窒素、珪素、硫黄及び燐よりなる群から選択される、原子価xの元素であり、
nは、m1−1に等しい整数であり、
pは、m2−1に等しい整数であり、
tは、x−2に等しい整数である。)
に相当する有機金属化合物であることを特徴とする方法を提供する。
・Cod:シクロオクタジエン
・3PN:3−ペンテンニトリル
・AdN:アジポニトリル
・ESN:エチルスクシノニトリル
・MGN:メチルグルタロニトリル
・TTP:亜燐酸トリ−p−トリル
・TEA:トリエチルアルミニウム
・DEAC:塩化ジエチルアルミニウム
・EADC:二塩化エチルアルミニウム
・TiBAO:テトライソブチルジアルミノキサン
・mes:メシチル(2,4,6−トリメチルフェニル)基
・Et:エチル基
・iBu:イソブチル基
・Ph:フェニル基
・DPPX:ビス(ジフェニルホスフィノメチル)−1,2−ベンゼン
・DC(Y):Yの転化モル数対Yの初期モル数の比率に相当する、ヒドロシアン化される物質の転化率Y
直鎖性(L):形成されたAdNのモル数対形成されたジニトリルモル数(AdN、ESN及びMGNのモルの合計)の比率
様々な化合物の合成を、上で列挙した文献のInorganic Chemistryに発表された論文に記載された方法に従って実施した。これらの合成はアルゴン雰囲気下で実施する。
TEAのヘキサンモル液179mgをボリン酸(68mg)の無水トルエン(1mL)溶液に迅速に撹拌しながら添加する。この混合物を撹拌しながら所定の温度で30分間保持してからヒドロシアン化試験において触媒として完全に使用する。
EADCのヘキサンモル液182mgをジメシチルボリン酸(68mg)の無水トルエン(1mL)溶液に迅速に撹拌しながら添加する。この混合物を撹拌しながら所定の温度で30分間にわたり保持してからヒドロシアン化試験のために完全に使用する。
ZnEt2のトルエン1.1モル液221mgをジメシチルボリン酸(67mg)の無水トルエン(1mL)溶液に迅速に撹拌しながら添加する。この混合物を撹拌しながら所定の温度で30分間にわたり保持してからヒドロシアン化試験のために完全に使用する。
手順は次のとおりである:
次のものをアルゴン雰囲気下で隔壁ストッパーを備えたSchott型の60mLガラス管に連続的に装入する:
・配位子[該配位子がTTPのような単座の場合にはNi原子当たり5モル当量の配位子、又は該配位子がDPPXのように二座の場合にはNi原子当たり2.5モル当量の配位子]、
・1.21g(15mmol、30当量)の無水3PN、
・138mg(0.5mmol、1当量)のNi(Cod)2、
・ルイス酸(性質及び量については以下の表I及びIIにおける表示を参照)。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1個の非共役不飽和を有し2〜20個の炭素原子を含む有機化合物を、ゼロの酸化状態を有するニッケルと有機ホスフィット、有機ホスホナイト、有機ホスフィナイト及び有機ホスフィンよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1個の有機リン配位子との錯体を含む触媒と、助触媒との存在下でシアン化水素と反応させることによりヒドロシアン化させることによって、少なくとも1個のニトリル官能基を有する化合物を製造する方法であって、該助触媒が次の一般式I:
基R 1 及びR 3 は1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基、メチル基で置換されていてよいフェニル基又はハロゲン原子を表し、
M 2 はアルミニウム又は亜鉛を表し、M 1 がホウ素又はアルミニウムを表し、
Xは、酸素であり、
nは、2に等しい整数であり、
pは、1又は2に等しい整数であり、
tは、ゼロである。)
に相当する有機金属化合物であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記触媒系が0.1〜10のNiのモルに対する助触媒のモル比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記有機リン配位子が単座有機リン化合物及び二座有機リン化合物よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ジニトリル化合物に転化される有機化合物がペンテンニトリル化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個のニトリル官能基を含む化合物がアジポニトリルであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
