Description
図面に示すスクリュー機械は従来の押出機である。これは、フランジ3により互いに連結した個々のハウジング部分2、いわゆるハウジングセクションからなるハウジング1を有する。ハウジング1は支持部4によりベース5に対して支持され、滑り軸受6が支持部4とハウジング1の間に配置されている。滑り軸受6により、ハウジング1はその縦軸7の方向に移動することができる。従って、支持部4による支持は実質的に垂直方向に行われる。製造方向8の下流である排出端部9の領域では、ハウジング1は、垂直方向と縦軸7の方向の両方に連結部10によって固定されている。従って、ハウジング1のこの排出端部9は静止して固定されている。
始動されると特に加熱により、室温から200℃以上、場合によっては300℃以上もの温度までの急激な温度上昇のために、一方でスクリューシャフト13,14が、他方でハウジング1が大きく膨張する。従来通り縦軸7の方向にギヤ16に対して固定されたスクリューシャフト13,14は、一般的に従来のように、ハウジング1の端部9の方向に、すなわちそれらのスクリュー先端(図示せず)の方向に膨張する。その排出端部9の領域のハウジング1は、スクリューシャフト13,14がハウジング1においてその端部まで膨張できるように構成されている。

Claims (8)
- 供給端部と、排出端部(9)と、当該供給端部に供給開口(37)とを有するハウジング(1)と、
縦軸(7)を有する、ハウジング(1)に配置された少なくとも1つのスクリュー穴(11,12)と、
スクリュー穴(11,12)に回転可能に配置されたスクリューシャフト(13,14)と、
ドライブモータ(15)と、
ドライブモータ(15)に駆動連結したギヤであって、スクリューシャフト(13,14)に連結した出力軸(18)を有するギヤ(16)と、を有するスクリュー機械であって、
スライド連結部(24)が、縦軸(7)の方向にハウジング(1)とギヤ(16)の間に配置され、
スライド連結部(24)は、ハウジング(1)に連結したスクリュー穴部分(27)とギヤ(16)に対向する軸受部分(28)とを有したアダプタ(25)を有し、
出力軸(18)を取り囲むアタッチメントハウジング(21)が、ギヤ(16)に設けられ、縦軸(7)に対して横にハウジング(1)を支持する軸受開口(33)を有することを特徴とするスクリュー機械。 - アダプタ(25)の軸受部分(28)は、軸受開口(33)内で縦軸(7)の方向に移動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- スクリューシャフト(13,14)は、縦軸(7)の方向に移動できないように出力軸(18)に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- スクリューシャフト(13,14)は、アダプタ(25)のスクリュー穴部分(27)に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- スクリューシャフト(13,14)のドライブジャーナル(20)が、アダプタ(25)の軸受穴(29,30)に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- ハウジング(1)の排出端部(9)は縦軸(7)の方向に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- 二軸押出機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
- ハウジング(1)は、ベース(5)に対して支持部(4)によって支持され、
滑り軸受(6)が支持部(4)とハウジング(1)の間に配置され、当該滑り軸受(6)により、ハウジング(1)は支持部(4)に対して縦軸(7)の方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー機械。
