単結晶シリコン型太陽電池1個を光電変換センサ且つ光電変換センサモジュールとし、これらの太陽電池3個を直列に接続して光電変換センサモジュール群を作成した。これらの太陽電池の内、1個は面積の1/4を遮蔽し、1個は面積の1/2を遮蔽し、残る1個は未遮蔽とした。
正確な日射を測定するためには、一時的且つ過渡的な影による短絡電流の無影響だけでは不十分であり、前記短絡電流と日射強度が明確に対応することが必要である。より好ましくは、式(1)の使用が可能となるために、前記短絡電流と前記日射強度が線形関係を有することである。

Claims (5)
- 日射を計測すべき対象区画内に2個以上の光電変換センサモジュールを間隔を有して接続したセンサモジュール群を配置し、前記センサモジュール群を構成する光電変換センサモジュールは直列又は直並列に接続されていて、その両端に並列に接続された抵抗で構成され、前記抵抗の両端に発生する電圧が計測され、この電圧からオームの法則に基づき短絡電流値が得られ、前記短絡電流値が影に遮蔽されない1個の光電変換センサモジュールの短絡電流値又はその近くになるように前記抵抗の抵抗値が選定され、前記センサモジュール群の短絡電流により、又は前記短絡電流の変換量により前記日射を計測することを特徴とする日射計測装置。
- 前記光電変換センサモジュールが、1つ以上の光電変換センサから構成される請求項1に記載の日射計測装置。
- 前記光電変換センサが太陽電池、フォトダイオード、フォトトランジスタ、焦電素子又は光電セルの1種以上からなる請求項2に記載の日射計測装置。
- 前記日射は、日射強度(W/m2)、照度(lx)、光量子束密度(μmol・m-2・s-1)、太陽光依存性抵抗(Ω)、太陽光発電電力(kW/m2)又は太陽熱集熱量(kW/m2)の1つ以上である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の日射計測装置。
- 前記センサモジュール群の配置形式が、分散配置型及び/又は集合配置型である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の日射計測装置。
