Description
(1)試料採取面積と試験面積が同じである状況では、試料採取面積の質量の溢流が生じる。
(2)煙塵中の湿度が比較的高いために、煙塵質量の検査が妨げられている。
(3)分散度が大きい煙塵や大きな粒子状の煙塵に対する検査は正確ではなく、β線源(炭素14面源)は全く透過することができず、完全に煙塵に吸着されてしまう。
Claims (5)
- 煙塵収集部と、煙塵質量検査部を備え、
前記煙塵収集部は、採取管、ピトー管、保護管を有する煙塵サンプルガンと、濾紙と、
濾紙送紙手段とから構成され、
前記煙塵質量検査部は、β線源とβ線検知ガイガーミュラー計数管を備えるβ線計数検査装置と、データ処理装置とから構成され、
前記煙塵収集部が煙塵検査試料を採取し、前記煙塵質量検査部が煙塵濃度を測定するβ線煙塵濃度測定装置であって、
前記煙塵サンプルガンが備える前記採取管の端部に上部筐体が配設され、
前記上部筐体に対応する下部筐体が、前記上部筐体と間隙を有して配設され、
前記下部筐体は、格子状濾紙台と、排気口を備え、
前記濾紙は前記上部筐体と前記下部筐体との間の前記間隙を通って送紙され、
前記上部筐体が煙塵を採取する試料採取面積は、前記濾紙の実際の検査面積の2倍以上とされ、
前記β線煙塵濃度測定装置は加熱除湿手段を備え、
前記加熱除湿手段は、少なくとも3つの加熱手段を備え、
前記3つの加熱手段のうちの一の加熱手段が、前記採取管に配設され、
前記3つの加熱手段のうちの他の2つの加熱手段が、前記β線源の両側に配設されること
を特徴とするβ線煙塵濃度測定装置。 - 前記採取管と前記ピトー管の周囲に一のバンドヒータが配設され、
周囲に前記バンドヒータを配設された前記採取管と前記ピトー管が前記保護管内に収容され、
更に前記上部筐体の周囲に他のバンドヒータが配設されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のβ線煙塵濃度測定装置。 - 前記β線源としてPM147源を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のβ線煙塵濃度測定装置。
- 前記採取管の直径が4〜6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のβ線煙塵濃度測定装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のβ線煙塵濃度測定装置を用いた試料の有効性確認方法であって、
前記β線煙塵濃度測定装置が採取した試料に対して試験を行い、前記β線検知ガイガーミュラー計数管の出力周波数が計測され、該周波数から当該試験に用いた、採取した試料が有効であると判定されること
を特徴とする試料の有効性確認方法。
