Description
本発明は、上述した実情に鑑みてなされたもので、折り曲げ性がよく、水分の侵入を防止することができる非水電解質蓄電デバイスに使用されるリード部材及びその製造方法並びに非水電解質蓄電デバイスの提供を目的とする。
電離放射線の照射は、50〜200kGyがよく、好ましくは70〜130kGyである。
Claims (3)
- 電極体と非水電解質媒体が、金属箔層を含む多層フィルムからなる封入袋体に収納された非水電解質蓄電デバイスに使用されるリード部材であって、
前記電極体に接続されるリード導体と、該リード導体に接着され前記封入袋体の内面に接着される絶縁体とを備え、
前記絶縁体は、架橋助剤を23重量%以下含み、厚さ20μm〜40μmの1層の樹脂フィルムが前記リード導体を挟んで融着により貼り合わせられていると共に、外面から内面に至る厚さ方向の全体が架橋されていることを特徴とするリード部材。 - 電極体と非水電解質媒体が、金属箔層を含む多層フィルムからなる封入袋体に収納された非水電解質蓄電デバイスに使用されるリード部材の製造方法であって、
前記電極体に接続されるリード導体に、架橋助剤を23重量%以下含み、厚さ20μm〜40μmの1層の樹脂フィルムからなる絶縁体を前記リード導体を挟むように熱融着により貼り合わせて接着して被覆した後、前記絶縁体の外面から内面に至る厚さ方向の全体を電離放射線の照射により架橋することを特徴とするリード部材の製造方法。 - 電極体と非水電解質媒体が、金属箔層を含む多層フィルムからなる封入袋体に収納された非水電解質蓄電デバイスであって、
