Claims (2)
- 一般式ANbO3(Aはアルカリ金属元素の中から選択された1種以上の元素であって、少なくとも10モル%以上のKを含む。)で表されるペロブスカイト型複合酸化物からなる主成分と、Yb、Y、In、Nd、Eu、Gd、Dy、Sm、Ho、Er、Tb、及びLuの中から選択された少なくとも1種の元素Mを有する副成分とからなり、
前記副成分は、前記主成分1モルに対し、0.001モル以上0.1モル未満の範囲で含有されると共に、異相が形成されていないことを特徴とするセラミック粉末。 - 少なくとも10モル%以上のKを含むアルカリ金属Aを含有したA化合物と、Nb化合物と、In、Yb、Y、Nd、Eu、Gd、Dy、Sm、Ho、Er、Tb、及びLuの中から選択された少なくとも1種の元素Mを含有したM化合物とを、A:Nb:Mがモル比で1:1:x(ただし、xは0.001以上0.1モル未満)となるように秤量して混合する混合工程と、該混合工程で混合された混合物に700〜1000℃の温度で1〜10時間熱処理を施し、セラミック粉末を作製するセラミック粉末作製工程とを含むことを特徴とするセラミック粉末の製造方法。
