Description
<充電システムの構成>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態における充電システム1の構成を示す図である。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係るケーブル100の断面図である。図3は、ケーブル100に対してX方向に外力を加えた際のケーブル100の断面図である。図4は、ケーブル100に対してY方向に外力を加えた際のケーブル100の断面図である。
ケーブル100が図3に示す向きで地面gに置かれている状況において、ケーブル100に対してX方向(第1の導体101が第2の導体102に近づく方向)に外力が加えられた際には、第1の導体101、第2の導体102、第1の絶縁体103、第2の絶縁体104、アース線105、第3の絶縁体106及び第4の絶縁体107が潰されて変形する。X方向から加えられる外力は、例えば車輌3の車輪により踏まれた際に車輪からケーブル100に対して加わる力である。
本実施の形態によれば、一対の導体間に導体同士の短絡を防ぐ内部絶縁体を設けることにより、一対の導体同士が接触することを防ぐことができるので、過電流が流れることによる電源回路等の損傷を防ぐことができる。
上記の実施の形態において、アース線を第3の絶縁体により被覆したが、本発明はこれに限らず、アース線を設けずに第3の絶縁体のみを設けてもよいし、アース線を第3の絶縁体で被覆せずに、剥き出しのアース線を設けてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 移動体に搭載されている蓄電池に給電する際に使用されるケーブルであって、
プラス電極に接続する第1の導体と、
マイナス電極に接続する第2の導体と、
前記第1の導体を被覆する第1の絶縁体と、
前記第2の導体を被覆する第2の絶縁体と、
前記第1の導体と前記第2の導体との間に配設されるアース線と、
前記アース線を被覆する第3の絶縁体と、
前記第1の導体、前記第2の導体、前記第1の絶縁体、前記第2の絶縁体、前記アース線、及び、前記第3の絶縁体を被う第4の絶縁体と、
を具備し、
前記第3の絶縁体は、
前記ケーブルの軸に直交する断面において、前記第1の導体の外周と前記第2の導体の外周とに接するとともに前記第1の導体と前記第2の導体との間で交わらない2本の仮想接線を、前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ最長直線が横切るように設けられ、
前記アース線は、
前記ケーブルの軸に直交する断面において、前記2本の仮想接線を、前記アース線の外周上の2点を結ぶ最長直線が横切るように設けられる、

前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ最長直線の長さが、前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ最長直線に対して直交する前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ直線の長さよりも長い扁平形状に形成される、

前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ最長直線に対して直交する前記第3の絶縁体の外周上の2点を結ぶ直線が、前記2本の仮想接線と交わらないように設けられる、
