Description
Claims (10)
- エーロフォイル部分(4)及び根元部分(6)を有し、前記エーロフォイル部分と前記根元部分との間の境界面にほぼ平坦なプラットフォーム(8)を含むタービンバケット(2)であって、前記プラットフォームの内部で該プラットフォームの前方部分に沿って、前記エーロフォイル部分(4)の前縁の前方でエーロフォイル部分(4)の正圧側から負圧側まで連続して延出する空洞部(12、112)と、冷却剤源(14、15、114)から前記空洞部まで延出する少なくとも1つの入口孔(16、17、116)と、前記空洞部から冷却剤を放出する少なくとも1つの出口開口部(18、118)とを含むプラットフォーム冷却構造を有していて、前記少なくとも1つの出口開口部が、前記空洞部(12)の少なくとも1つの長手方向端部に形成された出口開口部(18)、又は前記プラットフォームを貫通して前記空洞部(112)を前記エーロフォイル部分(4)の負圧側の低静圧領域と連通させる少なくとも1つの薄膜冷却穴(118)を含む、タービンバケット。
- 前記空洞部(12、112)が、前記プラットフォーム(8)の前縁部(10)とほぼ平行に延在する、請求項1記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記冷却剤が蒸気であり、前記冷却剤源が、前記エーロフォイル部分及び前記プラットフォームの一方を貫通するよう形成された冷却回路(14、15)を具備する、請求項1又は請求項2記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記冷却剤が空気であり、前記冷却剤源が、前記根元部分(6)に形成されたポケット(114)を具備する、請求項1又は請求項2記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記空洞部(12、112)が、鋳造又は機械加工で形成された空洞部或いは穴あけにより形成された穴である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記出口開口部が、前記プラットフォームのスラッシュ面に形成され、隣接するバケットのスラッシュ面に対向していて、前記隣接するスラッシュ面を冷却するように方向付けされる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記空洞部(12、112)及び入口孔(16、17、116)の少なくとも1つに、熱伝達を更に向上させるための複数のタービュレータを含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のタービンバケット。
- エーロフォイル部分(4)及び根元部分(6)を有し、前記エーロフォイル部分が、前記根元部分を覆うように延出するプラットフォーム(8)に接合されているタービンバケット(2)の前縁部を冷却する方法であって、当該方法が、
前記前縁部の少なくとも一部に沿い且つそれに隣接して、前記エーロフォイル部分(4)の前縁の前方でエーロフォイル部分(4)の正圧側から負圧側まで連続して延出するように空洞部(12、112)を前記プラットフォームの内部に形成する工程と、
冷却剤源(14、15、114)から少なくとも1つの入口孔(16、17、116)を通して前記空洞部(12、112)まで冷却剤を流通させる工程と、
少なくとも1つの出口開口部(18、118)を経て前記空洞部から冷却剤を放出する工程と
を含んでおり、
前記少なくとも1つの出口開口部が、前記空洞部(12)の少なくとも1つの長手方向端部に形成された出口開口部(18)、又は前記プラットフォームを貫通して前記空洞部(112)を前記エーロフォイル部分(4)の負圧側の低静圧領域と連通させる少なくとも1つの薄膜冷却穴(118)を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの出口開口部が、前記エーロフォイル部分(4)の負圧側にある薄膜冷却穴(118)であって、当該方法が、前記空洞部(112)から前記薄膜冷却穴(118)を通して冷却剤を放出させることを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口開口部が、前記空洞部(12)の長手方向端部にある開口部(18)であって、当該方法が、使用済み冷却剤を前記空洞部から隣接するバケットプラットフォームに向かって搬送し、隣接するプラットフォームの間の間隙を前記使用済み冷却剤によってパージングすることを更に含む、請求項8記載の方法。
