Description
−アルミナまたはオキシ水酸化アルミニウムと、元素LaおよびMの塩と、適切な場合には置換基元素の塩とを含む液体媒体を形成する段階であって、前記塩が酢酸塩、塩化物および硝酸塩から選択される段階;
−こうして形成された媒体に、少なくともpH9が得られるまで塩基を添加し、それによって沈殿物を得る段階;
−前記沈殿物を反応媒体から分離し、第1の段階において上述元素の塩として塩化物または硝酸塩を使用する場合には、前記沈殿物を洗浄する段階;
−前記沈殿物を焼成する段階。
この比較例は、ランタンおよび鉄に基づく担持されていないバルクペロブスカイト(LaFeO3)の調製に関する。
Claims (14)
- アルミナまたはオキシ水酸化アルミニウムに基づく担体上に分散された粒子の形態の、式LaMO3 (式中Mは、鉄、アルミニウムまたはマンガンから選択される少なくとも1つの元素を表す)のペロブスカイトを含む組成物であって、700℃で4時間の焼成後に、ペロブスカイトが純粋な結晶学的相の形態で存在すること、およびペロブスカイト粒子は最大15nmのサイズを有することを特徴とする、組成物。
- 粒子が最大10nmのサイズを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 組成物中のペロブスカイトの量が5重量%から30重量%の間であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 組成物中のペロブスカイトの量が10重量%から20重量%の間であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。
- ペロブスカイトの元素LaおよびMの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの置換基元素によって部分的に置換されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物。
- Laのための置換基元素はレアアース金属およびカルシウムから選択され、Mのための置換基元素がコバルトまたはストロンチウムから選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。
- ペロブスカイトが元素LaまたはMの1つの欠乏を示すことを特徴とする請求項1から6の一項に記載の組成物。
- 900℃にて4時間の焼成後に、ペロブスカイトの粒子は最大18nmのサイズを示すことを特徴とする請求項1から7の一項に記載の組成物。
- 900℃にて4時間の焼成後に、ペロブスカイトの粒子は最大15nmのサイズを示すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃で4時間の焼成後、ペロブスカイト粒子が最大22nmのサイズを示すことを特徴とする請求項1から9の一項に記載の組成物。
- ペロブスカイトが純粋な結晶学的相の形態で存在することを特徴とする請求項8から10の一項に記載の組成物。
- 担体のアルミナまたはオキシ水酸化アルミニウムが、レアアース金属、チタン、ジルコニウムおよびケイ素から選択される少なくとも1つの安定化する元素によって、安定化されるおよび/またはドープされることを特徴とする請求項1から11の一項に記載の組成物。
- 次の段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から12の一項に記載の組成物の調製方法:
−アルミナまたはオキシ水酸化アルミニウムと、元素LaおよびMの塩と、適切な場合には置換基元素の塩とを含む液体媒体を形成する段階であって、前記塩が酢酸塩、塩化物および硝酸塩から選択される段階;
−こうして形成された媒体に、少なくともpH9が得られるまで塩基を添加し、それによって沈殿物を得る段階;
−前記沈殿物を、反応媒体から分離し、第1の段階において上述元素の塩として塩化物または硝酸塩を使用する場合には、前記沈殿物を洗浄する段階;
−前記沈殿物を焼成する段階。 - 請求項1から12の一項に記載の組成物、または請求項13に記載の方法によって得られるような組成物を含むことを特徴とする、還元反応用触媒系。
